What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows you to share your creative process with your coworkers. If you ever wanted a way to share the thoughts in your head or your imagination, Miro lets you do that. You can incorporate pictures, text, video, emojis, and more and develop a full spectrum of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
at this current moment, I can not think of a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I consider myself an asymmetrical thinker and it is not always easy for me to express that. Miro allows me to share my creative process using all my abilities in one place.
MIRO is the best collaborative tool I’ve had the opportunity to use with my team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to leave video chats or voice notes to explain a topic within the app itself when we need to share a board with other teams is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be ideal to have some basic design tools to adjust or crop images, along with a few other tweaks. Additionally, having integration with Google Docs would be a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly helps us create a collaborative environment where we can do everything from sharing ideas to preparing marketing campaigns with every necessary element, consolidating everything in one place before moving it to the appropriate tools.

Essential tool for seamless collaboration and planning
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become an essential tool for my daily work, helping with everything from OKR planning to brainstorming and project management. Its intuitive interface makes collaboration effortless, especially when working with distributed teams. The wide range of templates is one of Miro’s best features, making it easy to set up and run workshops efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is incredibly feature-rich, it can sometimes feel overwhelming when introducing it to new users. A simpler onboarding process could make it even more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of working together across different locations by giving us a shared space to collaborate in real time. It makes brainstorming and planning so much easier and more efficient. The templates are a huge time-saver, especially for things like OKR planning and workshops, which used to take a lot more effort. Overall, it’s really improved how our team stays organized and on the same page, even when we’re not in the same room.

The only way remote/hybrid work WORKS
What do you like best about the product?
Hard to limit myself to just one thing I like best. I'll give a few: collaboration with collegues is honestly EASIER than in person collaboration. I could not live without Miro as a workspace for client sessions. It's easy onboarding new users and makes our workshops professional and seamless. Third, it's invaluable for brainstorming and note taking for my own personal use. I've even used it to help plan a personal trip to Paris! I use Miro every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very very little. There are just two that consistently trip me up. First, there is no ability to archive or create subfolders. I work in a large organization and that consistently creates issues as we do multiple projects for the same client. Just give me a subfolder please! The only other nit is that as new features are added, I've noticed that Miro has slowed down and gotten a bit laggy in the past few months, which never used to be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At it's most basic level, Miro allows for realtime collaboration no matter where you are located. My clients and collegues are spread around the world. Miro makes it easy for everyone to work together and align around a single goal.
