Miro has transformed the way I manage tasks with my team
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro to assign and organize tasks within my team, and it has been an incredibly efficient tool. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to create visual boards where we can break down projects, assign responsibilities, and track progress in real-time. The ability to collaborate simultaneously with other team members has helped us stay aligned and productive, whether we're working remotely or in the office.
The templates and customizable workflows are also great advantages, allowing us to tailor the platform to our specific needs. In short, Miro has been a game-changer for improving communication and efficiency within my team. I highly recommend it to any team looking to enhance their organization and collaboration!

What do you dislike about the product?
one thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the app can be a bit slow or laggy when working with large boards or many collaborators at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time Collaboration: With remote and hybrid work being common, Miro allows my team to collaborate in real-time, regardless of location. This has greatly improved the flow of communication, brainstorming, and decision-making processes, making the team more efficient and aligned.
Enhanced Visualization: The visual boards help break down complex projects into manageable pieces, making it easier to track progress and identify potential bottlenecks. It’s much more intuitive than traditional task management tools, which often rely on lists and spreadsheets.

It really changed the way we visualize our roadmaps
What do you like best about the product?
Its a superpowerful tool to share ideas, create roadmaps and visualize news projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have natural language editor

Miro a collaborative environment for sketching a flow diagram of a complex defi protocol
What do you like best about the product?
I use miro primarily for flow diagram of a defi protocol, visualizing concepts, sketch the control flow from one contract to another inside a system. Complex lending and borrowing protocols have intricate call flow which can be visualized. Another thing is we can collaboratively work on a project by creating a team and sharing with them. I mainly use it for creating a flow diagram, creating a team, work on a project on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike on any of features in Miro until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves complexity of a defi protocol by sketching the flow of the protocol when interacted by an external user visually helps me to create heuristics that leads me to understand the protocol much better and where it can go wrong. It benefitted me greatly in getting leads in auditing a protocol.
Miro has enabled our team to seamlessly plan system architecture for years
What do you like best about the product?
In Miro, its very fast to put together a high level system diagram. I am a teach lead for a team of backend engineers, and we use Miro every time a sequence diagram, flow chart, or visualization of event driven architecture is needed. We find it very useful for real time collaboration and being able to drag arrows around in our flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for our specific use case is maybe UI scaling-- which isn't a huge blocker. We tend to make very large diagrams and sometimes the arrows aren't visibile or very clear to what they are pointing to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team planning each quarter and system diagrams for technical documentation.
Essential Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro so easy to use and intuative. I am able to use it in every project and it makes it so easy to see all of the things going on in my campaigns. There are lots of things you can do with Miro, but one of my favorite things is that it's so nice to also be able to collaborate with others in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to remember the keyboard shortcuts. I wish they were similar to other popular applications. I wish there were more planning templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro to plan out our marketing campaigns. It's many features allows us to collaborate and plan multiple campaigns within one miro board. We can see the entire year's plan, but if things need to change (as they often do), we are able to make changes quickly without having to reconfigure the entire design. It has allowed us to collaborate asynchronously across various timezones. It's been incredibly helpful.
Excellent white boarding tools. AI tools need some work
What do you like best about the product?
Fun way to work with your colleagues, can make online training interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tools are a bit lacking they could look at Figjam to see how to do it better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our team work together remotely and keep all the documents in one place
My experience with miro
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the tools that allows you to be creative, cooperative and agil. It helps me to create hybrid meetings, retros, as well workshops and it's easy to use.
It is very functional and fun. I especially like the voting and timer as well the different gifs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any value in the AI components at the moment. I think it could be better. I would like the AI to be implemented in such a way that I no longer use chatgpt. Suggestion would be to apply concrete concepts, that allows you to design a workshop faster and with not so much effort. Also to make the hybrid work easier or translate the content in second into another language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating and hybrid work.
My go-to tool for brainstorming and diverging into options and possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Clear communication is fundamental for my work. I love sharing an in-person drawing board to brainstorm with my peers, and in times of remote working, Miro is my go-to tool to brainstorm and contribute with different people at the same time. It´s noticeable the amount of new functionalities being enabled by Miro over the last 6 months or so. It's noticeable Miro team is constantly experimenting with new functionalities and more than once reorganizing how information is shown to the customers. Sometimes that's confusing (where is this functionality now? Ahh, there's a new menu!) but that's the fair price of having a continuously evolving tool.
In a previous Forbes 500 company I worked in the past, Miro was not allowed. Once I left that company, I felt a relief to be able to work with Miro again. Feels like typing again using both hands.

What do you dislike about the product?
I love shortcuts. They save a lot of time. And miro shortcuts aren't yet top notch. A concrete example is the lack of shortcut to increase / decrease font size. The default shortcut across different apps (ctrl+shift dot / comma) is still unavailable.
Also, drawing complex objects with different lines is not something very intuitive.
Lastly, there's some elegance in Excalidraw to represent that a drawing is a brainstorming (with this appearance of a real pencil) that Miro lacks. These are minor details that I'm sure will be addressed in the near future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping communicating in a remote-intensive environment
Great for note taking and research
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features means you can use it for just about anything - presentations, collaborative research and notes, diagramming, driving meetings. The infinite space in all directions allows you to work on it without the need to obsess over structure - you can just keep going and it'll probably be fine. Moving things around and resizing is quick and easy. Jira integration does just enough to be useful (although it's a little rigid). I use it in basically every project because it is always useful, and in many ad hoc tasks as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite rigid in terms of custom implementation. There isn't a custom shape tool, graphs and charts have very few options (and also don't accept decimal numbers for some reason), tables can only be massive unless you want to spend a long time messing with them. This is fine, you have to just get used to doing these things the default Miro way, but I do wish it could do things my way more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting everything to do with a project into one space, and granting easy viewing access to stakeholders.
Endlessly mindmapping and collating research without limitation.
Leading meetings by following the flow of a Miro (for example, a retrospective with 50 attendees can be collaboratively performed on a Miro).

Roadmaps and Design for Smart Public Transport and IoT Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very collaborative. We use Miro on a daily basisi in our DevOps teams to e g do Roadmaps and Agile Design for Smart Public Transport and IoT Solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
A simple line is "impossible" for me to move without bending the line...
The connection of shapes to columns and rows in tables are flawed.
