Great for wireframing, collaboration and brainstorming on almost everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I like MIro's inituitive yet super simplistic design. For a user, it seems on the surface that it has targetted feature but pretty soon we realise that its more than that. Its easy to get started with (installation), and easy to get a hang of. I love the repository they offer of templates, shapes, other items. Plus its FAST! That's definitely a big plus. I have never had my miro hang on any page/project. I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike is that it doesn't have a repository of line icon / svg icons. That would have been really handy as I have to create so many wireframes. So as of now I just go to google, copy the icon I want and simply paste it on my Miro board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go to multiple tools to perform the jobs that I own - such as mindmapping, wireframing, whiteboarding, collaborations, user journey mapping. I can do everything at one place!
Easy to use, functional, great collaboration options
What do you like best about the product?
I’m consistently impressed by its simplicity and ease of use. The intuitive interface makes it easy to dive right into projects without a steep learning curve. Miro’s wide range of templates is a huge plus, offering flexible options for brainstorming, planning, and team collaboration. The real-time collaboration features make it effortless to work with remote teams, and I love how everyone can contribute at the same time. Miro has become an essential tool for our team’s productivity and creative flow!
What do you dislike about the product?
not really anything to say much, love the tool.

Miro helps us collaborate effectively with remote teams, makes it easy to get started with organizing complex projects or flows, and streamline brainstorming sessions. Its easy-to-use templates and real-time collaboration features boost productivity, making meetings and workshops more interactive and ensuring everyone stays aligned and engaged.
Good tool, but not sure how different it is from figma.
What do you like best about the product?
easy to quickly diagram things and share with collaborators
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish i had more control readily available to me with linking things together or finding new images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
brainstorming mood board, prototyping things on a board
Essential to Creative and Innovative Work
What do you like best about the product?
It's where ideas start, where they're developed, and where they're refined. Not just used as a personal notebook but also a collaboration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can't handle heavy boards, also drawing functionality can be better. When I draw on my iPad the pen colour and size changes randomly and sometimes glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates that help ideate and set a framework when I don't know where to start.
An invaluable tool for product managers
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and smooth the interactions with the tool suite are. It's easy to learn, easy to remember, and easy to keep coming back to. Especially as a product manager who often needs to tell stories I use Miro extensively over tools like Powerpoint to assemble a visual story and communicate proposals and complex concepts to stakeholders. What's more, the 2 way integration with JIRA is a life saver enabling me to run workshops around multiple team's roadmaps and make changes to our JIRA plans as we go. I log on to Miro at least once a week but often it's 3, to 4 times a week. I often have a few boards open in my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro had better support for icons. It's already got a rich icon library but I often dislike the icons I find there. I'd also love to have smaller visual templates. The template library is already amazing, but I'd love to have smaller sub components as templates so I can easily assemble a template of my own. I find I need to invent a new visual when I don't find a template that matches the story I need to tell or the activity I'm trying to perform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my life as a product manager a lot easier for the reasons I've outlined before: easy collaboration, ease of use, ease of telling visual stories and assembling such stories quickly.
Great tool for visual documents
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for creating visual representations of documents and information. It has a great amount of tools and plug ins that allow basically any type of graph, diagram or infographic you want
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to document more complex systems. I would LOVE to have pages inside the board and limiting the board once I'm done so it's not Infinite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual documentation is easier to read and understand,it also allows to have less words, which solves the problem of no one reading documentation ever
A very good collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has an outstanding real-time collaboration platform. Its intuitive interactions and features make it easy for non-technical users to quickly get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, as a Product Designer, I find that the integration between my Figma designs and other Miro activities—like flows, workshops, and brainstorming—could be more seamless. Improving this would greatly enhance my workflow and efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to work together seamlessly, no matter where we are. We can brainstorm, map out flows, and co-create designs without missing the in-person experience.
It provides a visual, interactive space where ideas can be shared clearly and iterated on quickly, which helps align teams and stakeholders more effectively.

Gain a holistic view to project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can zoom in to issues and hash them out when they are raised in an alignment call. I've found some success as a project manager to help the whole team visualise the roadmap in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that fact that it's always a whiteboard. I'd prefer to cater the extent of information that is shared with colleagues. So they don't get lost when I share a Board. I would love to see workable assets that live inside a Board. But help people to not get overwhelmed by the rest of the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's breaking down barriers for us to quickly understand technical aspects of the projects. I use the board to design spaces that create psychological safety that leads to way better collaboration.
Recommend Miro board for the advantage to the business
What do you like best about the product?
It is flexible and adds a lot of value when it comes to presentation or providing a visual representation of what the business want to do. I use miro board almost on a daily basis to ensure my thoughts are captured somewhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the image taken from Miro is grainy, i think the Miro should have a default zoom so no one use the page at 1% and then images gets distorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massively help with visualisation, the primary work is tech where the mapping of the work to a visual representation helps various teams to sync up and collaborate. Ensures the ideas are penned down as diagrams and also integrate with teams for people to colloborate
Ideal tool for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most about Miro is the ability to collaborate with my teammates in real time. Especially in remote first work environments, being able to have access to features on tap (i.e., wireframe components) makes it extremely easy to express requirements visually.
Not only do we use this tool daily for shaping out any work we have to do, I also personally use it to document my learnings over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to navigating around a Miro board, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.
I've also encountered in some rare occurrences that the autosave functionality did not save properly, resulting in lost work. This has only happened twice in the last 3 years of using the platform.
