What do you like best about the product?
I love the scope I have to plan out my thoughts. I'm a Marketing Manager and when I work on campaigns and strategy it's difficult to map it all out, things live in different places. Miro allows to me to be completely creative, to plan, adapt, build processes and build my department on a single page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is that there is a text limit on the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To start out my role is in marketing. As a Manager, my role encompasses complete strategy planning and overview, campaign planning, applications and building custoemr roadmaps, experiences and communicating the objectives and actions of my department. Miro allows me to do all of this is a really user friendly, simple, creative way and be able to add people to my board to save the backwards and forwards of email.
It solves everything, it has different templates that I can easily implement but I can also build whatever I want. The creative expression and process mapping opportunities is literally endless!
Everything I have and need, can live in one or multiple boards and I can easily peice things together.

Miro was a great upgrade for me personally
What do you like best about the product?
Miro was very useful and simple to create flowcharts. Earlier i was using a different tool. Got migrated a year back. Now it is easy for me to use Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. The User interface looks very simple to use. More clean and neat. That is what i wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to create flowcharts. Just few clicks were needed for miro to create flow chart. Connections were done automatically for me to create a flow chart which i needed. Which was helpful for me.
I am a level III software engineer. I work for a startup company called SmartHub.ai.
What do you like best about the product?
My area of experiences is in various fields like database, IoT, go language.
While working on database I have found Miro to be most useful while drawing the ER-diagram or even to show the database functionality like CRUD operations visually.
While designing the backend functionalities, frequently I find that Mrio is my first option. In Miro it's very easy to dram the UML based diagram to explain the concepts on a abstract level and based on the desing the implementation is quite easy.
I have also interact with the customer's to get the requirements on what needs to be done. I use Miro to quickly put up the thought process into a diagram.
My role at SmartHub.ai demands me to guide freshers, to explain the concepts in detail visually I make use of Miro which is easy to integrate with a bigger component.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a canvas where users can visually organize ideas, workflows, and plans using sticky notes, mind maps, and flowcharts. This helps teams break down complex ideas into manageable parts, improving clarity and understanding.
Essential tool for everyday work
What do you like best about the product?
First things first: It's easily accessible and I can quickly share content, both via link or more secure ways. I use it almost everyday for my own personal boards and collaboration efforts. Cloud based front-end means no installation and quick implementation for any group. Collaboration for workshops and coaching settings is easy and allows fast client onboarding. Most of the time quite stable and fast. Many options for layout and easy integration of images and icons for visually appealing boards. Integrates with many third party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
100% cloud based leads to a dependency on the backend. This works 99% of the time, but when it doesn't there is no way to access your data. Better make backups and have a plan B in your sleeves. Simple onboarding is easy, but being productive in more complex scenarios needs a learning curve. Many features tend to move around in the UI and sometimes it can be hard to orient yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative workshops with clients: Helps to engage everyone and collect results.
Project management: Keep all project data together, manage roadmaps, concepts and visual diagrams. Share information with stakeholders.
Personal Mindmapping and concepting: Easy tool for mindmaping and drawing concepts in an almost unlimited canvas

Collaborative powerhouse with exciting AI features, a must-have for Teamwork!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become an essential tool for my me and the team. We use it weekly for our team and 1:1 meetings, Ideas repository, and workshops. It’s amazing for working together in real time: it’s fast, easy to use, and keeps everyone aligned.
I don’t always use the templates directly, but I love browsing through them for inspiration when I’m stuck.
The new AI features, like grouping ideas and sticky notes, are a fantastic addition. They’re making Miro even more valuable, and I can see so much potential as these features get more refined.
I also like that we can create different areas to organize our projects and boards, especially considering we're a big organization. This helps to keep permissions and access organized.
We neved had to call customer support, and we've been using the tool consistently for more than 3 years now!

What do you dislike about the product?
When you’re working on a really packed board, it can slow down, which gets frustrating. We have this issue in our weekly meeting that we are now running for more than a year, but we want to keep the board together to have consistency and relatability to what happened/actions etc.
Also, it can feel a bit overwhelming for newbies—there are so many features that it’s hard for them to know where to start. Sometimes during workshop, as facilitator, we had to take the ownership to write on postit on behalf of the person.
It would be great if you had a more guided intro or easier way to organize boards/having smaller set of funcionalities enabled if the participant flag him/herself as a newbie.
A better offline mode would be a game-changer too—sometimes you just need to work without Wi-Fi!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved collaboration across teams is at the top.
It bridges communication gaps, especially for remote or hybrid teams, allowing everyone to contribute in real time, no matter where they are.
This is invaluable for brainstorming, team meetings, and workshops.
We use it even if everyone is in person as it helps structure the workshop and manage the ideation, but mostly is beneficial for the facilitators after the workshop to quickly create wrap ups and organize the content.

Sometimes it can get visually cluttered, mostly due to many icons and options that are available at a given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables great collaboration, remote collaborative work and conducting design sprints and Design Thinking workshops very easily.
