Upgraded our Product Discovery Process
What do you like best about the product?
As a Senior Product Manager, I’ve got to say, Miro has become a key part of how my team works. We use it for everything—brainstorming, wireframes, mapping out workflows, and planning strategies. It’s super flexible, and that’s what makes it so great. Whether we’re collaborating across teams or hashing out product ideas, Miro has been our go-to tool for managing end to end product discovery.
One feature I really want to call out is the AI-generated Product Requirement Document (PRD). This has been a total game-changer for us. As someone who’s usually juggling a bunch of projects, having the AI pull together a clean, detailed PRD from brainstorming sessions or even rough ideas is such a time-saver. It catches all the important stuff, so we don’t have to worry about missing anything.
The integrations with tools like Jira and Figma are another huge win—they make it so easy to keep everything connected without jumping between platforms.
Honestly, Miro has helped us work faster, more creatively, and way more efficiently. It’s hard to picture running our product processes without it now.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t love about Miro are a few things that feel like missed opportunities. For starters, while the platform has so many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming for new team members. There’s a learning curve, especially for those who aren’t as familiar with visual collaboration tools. Some of the more advanced functionalities take time to get comfortable with.
Another thing is the mobile experience. It’s not as seamless as the desktop version, and when we’re on the go, it’s harder to make edits or navigate boards smoothly. This can slow down productivity when we’re trying to quickly update things or review work outside the office.
These aren’t dealbreakers, but addressing them would make Miro even more efficient for us.

We started using it as soon as we started working from home in 2020, it allowed us to collaborate and share our ideas. We use it for modelling our business and our processes, collaborating with teams and sharing information with others.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps me put down the thoughts that are swirling in my mind, allowing me to organize ideas and tasks more logically. It's also very useful for online meetings with partners, enabling us to communicate more effectively and reach a mutual understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: Miro’s pricing model might not be cost-effective for smaller teams or individuals. Some users feel that the features available on the free plan are too limited.

Miro is a must-have for anybody doing collaborative work!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a game-changer in enabling how teams work together, whether remotely, synchronously, or asynchronously! I use it on a daily for all kinds of activities, such as brainstorming, workshopping, note-taking, research analysis, and even project management. I love that it has templates for all your needs, so you don't have to waste time creating your own boards from scratch. Miro boards can also serve as the ONE hub where you can have all your files and information, which makes super easy to find everything you need in one place. It's very intuitive from day one and I highly recommend Miro to anybody whose role is collaborative in nature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that some boards with images/screenshots show up blurry on the Miro app only, but are fine on the Miro web app using a browser. Depending on the size of the boards, Miro can be laggy and it takes time to load. I sometimes also struggle with the scaling of boards (e.g., if your board is too small, you have to zoom in to make the text readable and vice-versa if the board is too big, you have to zoom out a lot). I wish there was a better way to ensure that the templates fit the size of a regular desktop screen/monitor to reduce the constant zooming in and out, and moving around the boards.
The "cluster by tags" feature doesn't always work due to a bug and defaults to clustering stickies into a long horizontal line. It would be better if it clustered into a shape of a square or rectangle instead, so all stickies are closer together and don't need to be dragged closer manually.

Miro solves the problem of the remote work setting. You can still collaborate in the same way as when you're in the same room doing "whiteboarding" exercises, etc.
Facilitating workshops using Miro templates helps me as a facilitator tremendously because I get to work with the default structure and can customize it anyhow that I see fit for my own purposes. They're also aesthetically pleasing and contain content that serve as a solid foundation. Miro templates serve as a great thought starter to foster ideation and innovation that turn into fruitful discussions among teams and stakeholders.

Exceptional Product
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO is an essential tool for my role as a Customer Lifecycle Manager. My manager and I started using with MIRO first, and then we introduced the tool to other team members for collaboration and brainstorming sessions. Slowly and gradually, it turned out to be a very effective tool for the whole organization a it was adopted widely. We are able to create customer journeys, run workshops, visually identify frictions in the journeys, share ideas and drive improvement strategies in each stage of the lifecycle. As a remote company, it has been overly easier to connect with the teams across different geos and the business, it also helped us to break silos in driving solutions as a team. MIRO is a very user friendly and intuitive tool. It has definitely made our job much efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
MIRO lacks some functionality like journey hierarchies for customers. The journey is always not so linear, but they have macro and micro journeys. It also lacks out of the box integration capability with Databricks which is our data warehouse which definitely limites us to monitor business performance.
Miro also does not have a way to organize boards. It would be great if we can have folders to manage our boards because they are growing in volumes and its getting tougher to manage them.
MIRO does not send any email notification to the users when they are tagged which makes it difficult for people to follow if they are not active in the tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a UX designer, I collaborate with others every day. Many of these people are not as familiar with Miro. The fact that Miro is so easy to use makes it an ideal tool to be used across the company. It's now our go-to tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to present an E2E flow with miro, prefer to take SS and add to a ppt.
When adding mulitple SS, it takes time to upload all of them.
Hard to design so it will be more applicable for presentation.
It will be great to add a feature with AI tools, such as writing a prompt that will produce the chart \ comments you would like to add.
