  • September 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide range of features available to support any idea. If you're finding it difficult to start from scratch, you can choose from many ready-to-use templates. However, the most valuable aspect is the collaborative tool, which enables seamless teamwork across different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes to much time to load images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of organizing and visualizing ideas in a collaborative way. It allows us to gather all the necessary information to start a project, providing both an overview and detailed introspection. The platform makes it easy to share findings and presentations with the team, ensuring everyone is aligned on next steps. Its flexibility supports brainstorming, planning, and tracking progress, which streamlines the entire project workflow."

User friendly, enabling collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
It allows working with others during presentations, its interface is straightforward to learn and use, and its colouring and ready-made template usage is excellent. I open it almost every day. It helped both my doctoral thesis and my business. I never had to call customer support service. For implementation, the user should spend one or two minutes learning the items and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work with other board-making applications. We can only send it as an image. This makes collaboration difficult. So, they should improve the possibilities of integration with other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make tables, shapes and graphs that help me visualize what's in my mind and read them quickly when I need them.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and dynamic to work with Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
That allows using music files but does not play them automatically. In other words, the music file is static.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is the music file that does not play automatically, that is, the music should play when you enter your view.

The best way to brainstorm ideas in a meeting for starting a new project or campaign.

  • September 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We can all work as a team at the same time by sharing the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to be connected to the internet to work on it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me illustrate all my ideas on a diagram or a whiteboard, capturing them fully so that, after a brainstorming session, whether with a team or by myself, I can start dividing them according to my goals for the project or campaign. With the visual aid, everything becomes easier, and with Miro, I have a storytelling process that's easier to communicate

The does-everything tool for businesses

  • September 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a digital product manager, I use Miro every day. From wireframing designs, to brainstorming ideas, to prioritizing roadmap items, Miro is the place where I go to get work done. It's incredibly easy to learn and intuitive, and teams across the entire organization have implemented it in their own business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always easy to share boards with colleagues who aren't registered as teammates in Miro. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get them the right access level to be able to fully collaborate, leave comments, and edit in the Miro. I also find the integration with Microsoft Teams to be lackluster, I prefer accessing the web-based experience in my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the work I do is strategic, conceptual, and requires visualization to help others on my team understand and collaborate on projects. Miro makes it easy to share information and ideas with teammates, collaborate effectively, and move faster through ideation and planning processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the perfect tool for anyone needing an easy to use scalable platform for developing any kind of diagrammatic document. I have been using this for Customer Journey flows in CRM and it is unrivalled in it's flexibility and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integration features with other platforms and probably some enhancements to the presentation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables me to flexibily develop and iterate large-scale diagrams for Customer Journeys in CRM. Very powerful features even on the free version.

Best Presentation/Team Communication Tool

  • September 26, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has the been the best tool to communicate about teammates and stakeholders and what is needed. Can use it during client integration too with it's intutiveness and already available templates makes it very easy to convey the message using the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The costing though i feel has gone up and there must be some different pricing when we consider the idividual users who might use it for their freelance or own use. Sharing across to view only sometimes doesn't work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using 2-3 tools for conveying a message among your teammates and not required to create the templates from scratch and instead use the avaialble template makes it easy to use the tool

Hands down the most transparent mind/idea to document/board tool available

  • September 25, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is an infinite board means you can keep adding to your idea without having to think about saving or making another board or page. The way you can have a meeting with multiple people and you can all collaborate in real time. We do our sprint planning on it connected to Jira and it is seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to add a few scripts to automate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to plan for large and small features and epics.
It's the perfect place to combine ideas, references and screengrabs to help to form an idea of where you are and where you want to get to.
