Fantastic collaboration space!
What do you like best about the product?
The nearly infinite canvas is so freeing, especially for someone who has been working 100% remotely for several years and loves the opportunity to enhance work via collaboration. Its many ways to represent ideas (like stickers, icons, sticky notes, text boxes, shapes, mind maps, connectors and so much more) allow ones mind to think in a variety of ways. Great for problem solving & more creative thinking. Its features like voting, private mode, and screen following make it easy for everyone within small and large groups alike to have their voices heard real-time.
I appreciate how Miro continues to innovate, add features, and has open forums for listening to the Miro community as well as opportunities for the community to collborate with one another, such as with the Miroverse, where you can share templates you've built for others to utilize.
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use (once you get use to click and dragging with the right mouse button rather than the left). It is straight forward to create teams and share boards with others in the enterprise.
This platform can be used by folks in many different roles and for a variety of use cases. I have used it successfully to collaborate, share information, make presentations, brainstorm, lead learnings, roadmap work (strategic as well as product developmenty), take notes, diagram processes, lead project retrospectives, make sense of interview verbatims, and much more.
Miro continues to find new ways to incorporate Gen AI tools into the platform through Miro Assist. I especially enjoyed the Sticky Capture feature, which saved me weeks of work after a one-day, in person re-branding workshop in which we captured hundreds of paper sticky notes from a dozen people. Within a matter of hours (as opposed to weeks in similar work done previously without Miro) I was able to utilize the AI features to digitize, organize, summarize, and generally make sense of the information and ideas that were generated, leaving me more time to plan and execute on the actions to come out of the ideas generated.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult thing about using Miro in my work has been that some leaders have been slow to adopt this new way of seeing information. They can often complain about not having a PowerPoint. Miro has adapted to this over time and has features like frames, which allows me to present as if I am in a Power Point when I'm actually in Miro and the incorporation of brand colors within the color schemes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro saves me time, makes it possible to collaborate in a way that allows for everyone's voice to be heard, and makes it possible to represent complex information in a visual way.

It simplifies the process of turning creative ideas into actionable plans, helping me visualize workflows and strategies without needing any specialized design skills.

Miro Review
Miro has completely transformed the way I collaborate with others. It’s more than just a digital whiteboard—it’s a space where ideas truly come to life. The collaborative features are outstanding, making it incredibly easy for teams to work together in real time, no matter where they are.
What I love most is how intuitive it is to use. Sharing ideas, sketching out concepts, and organizing thoughts feel so natural. Miro has this way of breaking down complex ideas and making them easy to communicate. It’s perfect for brainstorming sessions, planning projects, or even just getting everyone on the same page quickly.
If you’re looking for a tool that brings teams together and makes ideas flow effortlessly, Miro is a must-have. It’s become an essential part of how I work, and I can’t imagine going back to anything else!

Room for Improvement with Miro
While Miro is an incredible tool for collaboration, there are a few areas where it could improve. One issue I’ve noticed is how the platform struggles with performance when handling a large number of images or PDFs. Scrolling through such boards can become laggy, which disrupts the otherwise smooth experience.
Another challenge is with the iPhone version. While it’s great to have Miro on mobile, I’ve had instances where I accidentally moved objects on the board just by navigating. This can be frustrating, especially when working on detailed layouts or during collaborative sessions.

My go-to tool for product map, wireframes, diagrams and more
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, collaborative tool. It's easy to use, and I love the scale functionality (zoom-in/out), also the option to follow someone taking you through a complex diagram/flowchart.

Small functions, like copy/paste of elements between boards can be less convenient.

Living in the Miroverse
What do you like best about the product?
As a visual thinker, I like to see and be able to expand my thinking and therefore Miro is an incredible tool to achieve that. The main features I enjoy is the colalborative aspect as I run workshops, plan events, run roundtable discussions and plan projects, and Miro is wonderful for all these purposes. It's easy to use and offers great integration with lots of tools which only now I am learning to implement in my own board process. I love the visuals and the widespread use which means most people have an account. I just submitted my first template on the Miroverse and I am so excited to keep contributing!
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as it is very user friendly, many people are put off by the endless options it provides if they don't use it often / if it's their first time. Also the locking / unlocking feature is great but quite cumbersome when considering many objects need both to be locked place and editable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braistorm ideas, plan large scale projects with lots of detail and dependables, collaboration and facilitation
A very useful application that is being constantly improved
What do you like best about the product?
Creation process is simple but highly capable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menu's are hard to navigate. Printing single pages or frames was difficult to find first time round.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vusualisation and collaboration. Access security is very good and important.
Miro is a very helpful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be very helpful in many scenarios such as brainstorming sessions, team bonding activities, kickoff meetings, and most especially mapping out process flows or prototypes. It's very easy to create a Miro board and think through my product ideas and then send the link right to my coworker for their feedback. The comment feature is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it challenging to find the right template to use. I get overwhelmed by all of the options and don't know the right one to pick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our team collaborate better remotely. It's very easy to share my product concepts with someone. I really enjoy mapping out my process flows with Miro.
