User friendly with many capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool that fits so many purposes. I use it regularly from facilitating training to doing organisational design projects. It helps me visualize things and get a better perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. Its workes perfect for me, it's very user friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and gives so much flexibility. I have been conducting global online workshops on MIro for sometime now and it has been a fabulously pleasing journey. Even people who are unaccustomed to using Miro get the hang of it in minutes and are able to contribute in a very productive manner. It would be great if we could embed videos and also export the boards as editable presentations. Then it would be really powerful as a all-purpose collaborative tool. Absolutely love it. 5 stars from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features only reserved for paid members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the biggest plus is that Miro helps conduct workshops with clinets teams located in different markets across the world. This save a lot of time and money and has also made many projects possible which (in case there was too much travel involved) wouldn't have matterialised.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lots of cool features and integration possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom in and out could be cumbersome sometimes, lost in space.

Easing the interaction and workshop between myself and my clients in virtual context.
Great features, lots of templates
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes whiteboarding possible online. The share feature and ability to see your colleagues' actions in real-time makes collaboration and coordination a dream. Shapes, arrows, text and moving around is intuitive. The ability to get from zero to a working draft in less than 30 min is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of templates makes it easy to discover new options and upgrade your diagram game almost effortlessly. However, once a diagram is made it's difficult to switch without starting from scratch. Perhaps there's an AI way to switch between diagrams without losing the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to whiteboard online. The ability to create and share easily with the "view only" option.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fantastic tool for teams who need to collaborate visually and in real time. The limitless workspace means everyone can dive in and work together. What I love most is that you can see updates instantly, so there's no waiting around for people to finish editing—ideas can flow and evolve as you work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Miro is that things can get a bit chaotic when there are a lot of notes and elements on the board—it can feel messy quickly. Having a feature to organize or tidy up all the sticky notes and comments with a single button would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a convenient tool for visualizing collaborative work and mapping out our thought processes. My team and I use it to create diagrams, and we’re able to get immediate feedback from management or clients right on the spot. This real-time feedback loop helps us quickly align on ideas and make adjustments, keeping everyone on the same page and moving forward.

Being able to have a board with various types of information and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could tweak the design of workflows a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having loads of info on 1 board being able to have visual workflows that link to source data - full traceability on 1 board.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of templates and the ability to colaborate live with colleagues. The main features are very simple to use. I also like that for scrum teams all the features needed are there. I like also the new AI implementation, it is very useful to summarize notes and write entire scripts based on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of features that I didn't know about until recently and were showed to be by the Miro team. Maybe it will be good to communicate better the additional features according the user needs. It will help.

Putting together on one place all boards that we need and the fact that everyone can collaborate together
Intuitive & Invaluable
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and simple to use. Without ever having used Miro before and without consulting any tutorials, I was able to create a complex wireframe showing data flow between multiple applications that provided a clear road map for our developers to follow. Without Miro, we would have relied on multiple emails trying to explain details that are much easier to show.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app seemed to struggle when dragging the canvas around; or the canvas would move when I didn't want it to. A simple browser refresh seemd to alleviate the issue.

Communicating needs to multiple stakeholders.
