An intuitive way to handle your and your team thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
It feels comfortable to work with, it does not limit you: you have an infinite space and you can put there what comes to your mind and still you have many methods to organize your thoughts, so you can prepare and present it to your teammates.
It is very similar how a real life meeting or brainstorming works with one exception: its way more easy to organize and documents results and takeaways afterwards.
Easy to get used to it, basically if you are a product designer, service designer its very easy to spend most of you work day on miro boards. I usually use it daily. You can also integrate it with teams, and atlassian products, so it keeps you updated with activities related to your boards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro boards can be super huge after a while, you basically live your work life there and with this comes some performance issue as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hibrid meetings are way more easier with it. If you create sth in miro together with your teammates, it really feels like you create sth tangible, even though thats not the final deliverably, but a great product of your collaboration and alignments.
Collaborative and Powerfully Interactive Application
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro with my team on a daily basis, we use it during our brainstorming sessions. With the easy drag and drop feature we are able to post graphics/images for clear communication and be expressive. The draw feature lets me quickly sketch an idea for my colleagues. I always share screen or let people follow my cursor on the miro board to let them follow my LIVE actions. Miro has been a highly intuitive and collaborative platform for us designers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more tools to create quick excel graphs, draw easily and create a slideshow without having to create frames
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an architect, Miro is incredibly useful in solving several collaboration and design visualization challenges. One of the biggest issues in architecture is coordinating ideas and feedback from various stakeholders—clients, engineers, interior designers, and other team members—who may not all be in the same room or even time zone. Miro’s digital whiteboard lets us all collaborate in real time, which is a massive benefit during the early design stages.
It also helps solve the problem of visually communicating complex ideas. In architecture, the ability to quickly sketch, move elements around, or create mood boards helps communicate ideas clearly and speeds up the iterative process. Miro’s tools make it easy to pull in references, add design elements, and even receive feedback directly on the board, keeping all notes in context. It centralizes everything, from brainstorming notes to architectural sketches and client feedback, so the project vision stays clear and accessible for everyone involved.

Best tool for on-line collaboration during remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is really easy to use and all my colleagues have experience with it
What do you dislike about the product?
Quantity of free boards could be bigger - that's the only drawback I see
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As for now whole our company works remotely and Miro helps us to collaborate effectively
Miro is just indispensable now
What do you like best about the product?
Miro speeds up my workflow and allows me to complete tasks quickly. What i like best about it is the infinite canvas so i don't need to worry about things fitting on a slide. The navigation and mouse action is also very intuitive. Everything just flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to export the project to an image or pdf before you can copy to a powerpoint slide. It would be great if one can do a simple right click copy and paste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually conveying a supply chain map to stakeholders
Excellent for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Great for sharing work and collaborating within and across teams
What do you dislike about the product?
might be slow when there is abit too many pdfs on the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sometimes even when we are together in person, its better to use miro due to the fact that it allows us to be able to collaborate easily with pdfs and links rather thank IRL brainstorming which can be hard when referencing multiple documents and videos.t
Miro makes my research insights stickier and actionable
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my best partner in UX Research, and I use it every day to bring together quantitative and qualitative data. I use it for presentations, workshops, alignment, research synthesis, hypotheses mapping, and so much more. It allows me to bring my rational and creative side together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards take some time to load. There are occasions where Miro disconnects from the network and I have to wait a few seconds for it to go back online. Apart from that, I don't have any other issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing different source of data together and allowing me to create a coherent and compelling narrative
"user friendly" meets "creative collaboration"
What do you like best about the product?
love the user friendliness and ability to share with guests, the I was able to understand how to use and build it within minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have more users without having to upgrade, but they do provide workarounds!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping with cross collaboration and getting foundations down on paper for customer journey mapping- as a fast growing start up- it's crucial we have a space where we can all view, review, and provide ideas

"Best visual platform to innovat ideas"
What do you like best about the product?
Quick,Easy to bring out ideas into best result, from sketcing the ideas to the wireframe we can easily collaborate with all our team members so that we dont miss anyone's ideas on our design.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, dont see any dislikes, all our day to day works starts with the miro board only to ideate the things and bring ideas into wireframes, nothing as such as dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a design team we closely work with product owners, since they comeup with the ideas, its hard and time taken to ideate on the finished product that may eat too much hours of efforts, but now before going to the wireframe we can debate on all our ideas in miro board to bring best out of it. this will helps us not to deviate from what we want to build.
Miro app between knowledge building, visualization, team collab and product development
What do you like best about the product?
1- I love how user-friendly it is.
2- when studying new subject I can't build up knowledge very easily every information seems very scattered in my head, using miro helps me to build a structure between these info, exposing the gap in my knowledge and helping me to visualize it.
3- the integration between Miro, Trello, notion, and other project management tools is out of this world, it makes it really easy for me to add every body unique notes and unique way of thinking into one board, and it helps me to get the best of every app and every person on the team
4- as of customer support I never really tried it as again the ease of use and how user friendly it does not make that a necessity of mine
5- I am still exploring the AI help in miro, I saw a video the other day on how it can generate a mobile app front end UI/UX from a command prompt, it is very very impressive I can't wait to play with it a bit, I think it will help me communicating my ideas to other people when I open my own start-up one day.

What do you dislike about the product?
there is a bug with your "create clips from video" feature when adding a video from YouTube, when I chose the clip size "from 2:55 to 3:55" for example, the whole 47 min video is still there and I just need to manually go to 2:55 time stamp on my own, It would be great if you fixed it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collabration between multiple tools, as each and everybody of the team member has there own tools that they are comfortable using so. i don't have to push them to use miro they can use whatever and integrated in miro later on the project making me visualize all of team members ideas, in their own way of expressing it in one place
