Too important for any role in Tech
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of the most important tools implemented as a UX researcher/Designer. Its used to communicate and facilitates real-time collaboration with important visualisations. Has been used to organise and prioritise tasks, map out product road maps, help align team’s vision, and very simple to view/edit/reposnd to feedback. It is used between teams outside also to better understand project requirements, visualise workflows, and integrate design thinking into our development process. It almost ensures we are streamlining the right processes across teams for product development. These tasks are done with ease because Miro has simplicity in collaboration, integrating amongst everyone in presenting and how easy it is to share the boards to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes (laptop use only), the mouse pad is difficult when selecting specific componenets within a frame Sometimes it selects the whole frame instead. I have a work around for this, but can be difficult when it is just mouse pad usage

Miro review
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is hands-down one of the best tools for collaboration. I love how easy-to-use the platform is, especially when you're working with a remote team. The real-time collaboration feature makes it feel like everyone's in the same room, and the variety of templates is perfect for any kind of project-brainstorming, design, or strategy sessions. It's also visually appealing, which makes working on it feel creative and fun, not just functional.
Miro makes team alignment so much smoother and organized.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any major things I dislike about Miro. The product is well-designed with a great user-experience. Of course, there are always small areas for improvement, but nothing that significantly affects the overall experience.

Miro makes it easy to bring my ideas to life and seamlessly collaborate with my remote team.
MIRO: Best collaborating tool for Mind Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
What I really love about Miro is how it makes organizing and managing design projects so much easier. I can set up different sections to keep links, images, videos, and other assets all in one place. This is perfect for design briefs because it lets me gather and review all the necessary materials and inspiration quickly.Another great feature is how it facilitates collaboration. I can easily add clients to the Miro board, so they can leave comments, share their thoughts, and even upload their own ideas. It turns my workspace into a neatly organized, creative hub where I can effortlessly create mind maps, diagrams, and workflows. Whether I’m tackling a big project, designing a product, or just handling day-to-day tasks, Miro helps me keep everything streamlined and manageable. It’s not just a tool; it’s a space that makes complex work feel a lot simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a fantastic tool but has some areas for improvement:
1. Zoom Levels: Hard to gauge zoom; preset options would help.
2. Initial Overwhelm: The number of tools & features on the tool can initially be overwhelming.
3. Performance: Larger boards can slow down, causing lag.
4. Offline Access: No offline mode, this can be inconvenient.
5. Mobile App: Limited compared to the desktop version.
Despite these issues, Miro remains a great tool when it’s running smoothly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, managing process maps and diagrams was a hassle with multiple tools. Miro streamlined everything into one easy-to-access workspace. I can create mind maps, integrate icons, and save inspiration effortlessly. The real-time collaboration lets me share and get feedback instantly, and exporting is a breeze. Miro has made my design process much more efficient and collaborative.

Amazing application for collaboration and overview!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dynamic note-leaving system, it makes it so easy to point out where changes need to be implemented. It also is so convenient to view the different revisions made to a document and see the progress and changes next to each other.
We found it very easy to implement into our review process, and it has increased production immensely. We use it for all of our email/SMS drafts now.
As a small side note, I love that the notes system saves my unsent draft message if I click away - such a lifesaver!!

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be super helpful if I could attach files into a comment thread so I can provide references/asset swaps within the board, instead of having to go to an outside platform like email or Slack.
Secondly, it would be nice if I could highlight/circle areas that a note pertains to, since sometimes the same issue needs to be fixed in multiple places, and I have to leave the same note more than once (which clutters the board).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the easiest way to give our email agency notes and revisions on designs, and being able to easily see the changes that were made withouth having to open files and exchange dozens of messages.
Excellent digramming tool for all levels from novice to professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an awesome diagramming tool with extensive features to author myriad design diagrams during software development lifecycle. It is a one-stop solutions to develop all the diagrams from high-level design diagrams till deployment diagrams. The learning curve is very less and the interface is intuitive for any person to learn it quickly and productively use it. It's integration with collaboration tools like MS Teams comes handy to make remote meetings very productive by quickly drawing the diagrams during the meetings. Miro is also AI ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has an excellent set of features, so it's very difficult to mention the features I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an excellent diagramming tool for software architects and software developers to quickly develop all kinds of high level and low level design diagrams. It provides a unified view of the product from start to finish. None of the tools available today have this feature. Greatest benefit is the low level design diagram developed using Miro can be feed to AI coding assistants like Codeium to generate the code. This results in significant reduction of development time.
I love using Miro for it's speed and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is just really good. It is fast and everything is self-explanatory. Besides that it works in the browser so you do not need any extra software to view or edit things. Just create something and send the link to your client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really bothers me about the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very quickly and easily iterate our customer flows, interface screens and product designs.
We do not need to invite them into our Figma project, we can just open the browser tab and paste things the client may see.
When Figma comes with the option to share only specific pages or artboards, this might lead to less use of Miro, not sure.. Just thinking about my sector now.

Miro makes creative remote work possible
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is that it allows remote and local teams to discuss and think about complex issues in a collaborative, visual way. It speeds up and deepens the quality of conversation in an easy to use and meaningful way, helps align people on a particular topic, and clarifies and eludicates the central topic.
Additionally, doing remote workshops in Miro is enjoyable and engaging.

What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't really a dislike, but if it were possible to integrate Miro with Zoom or even have a Miro-specific video communication channel that would further motivate people to speak, create, and interact with the Miro content it would be even more effective. Sometimes people can take on an observer role and I'd like to have them more proactively engage with the Miro content without having to remind them, so something baked into the user experience would be a huge improvement in my teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
