My go-to app for organizing thoughts and quality collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro almost daily - the intuitive UI, the number of templates for almost any use case, and the ability to share internally and with clients makes it essential for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most limitations or challenges, I have been able to resolve with searching (sometimes I am not aware of the best way to tackle a particular task). I suppose if I have to choose something (!) I'd say the scale of imported items / additional templates is sometimes wildly different from the existing objects on a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and clarifying complex concepts and/or processes
One of the best collaboration tools available, bar none!
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all the various online whiteboard and digital collaboration tools, Miro sets itself apart with a streamlined and inviting interface and world-class product support. The Miro team consistently adds new templates and features, and with the addition of AI assistance, it ultimately provides a great toolkit to effectively organize, visualize and plan work. The Frames feature is particularly valuable for me, as it helps you zero in on specific sections of your canvas. Additionally, the real-time collaboration works seamlessly, and integrates well with a lot of our other tools and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be very robust, and does have a small learning curve. But overall, Miro maintains a good level of accessibility and provides a very good amount of support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to establish a single source of truth with several planning activities. Importantly, it inspires us to be creative in the ways we visualize and organize work. Miro helps us avoid linear and disjointed planning across slides (no offense, Powerpoint), and the flexibility of having a large canvas gives us ways to bolt on links, tables, images, and other widgets that are more fit for purpose. Miro ultimately helps us consolidate all things that are valuable to a specific body of scope of work.
Product Manager's go to app - Just all you need!

Miro is a strong and adaptable tool that works well for wireframing, concept mapping, and remote whiteboarding. Especially when teams are dispersed across multiple locations, it works exceptionally well for facilitating large-scale workshops. The platform is a crucial component of our technology stack since it is straightforward to set up and train people on.
Our teams often use Miro for a variety of business purposes. No matter where our teams are, they can communicate effectively and efficiently because to the tool's large template library, robust user-led training, and excellent support.

A perfect medium to explain all my ideas to the team
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for a while now, and the best thing about is that the space never ends. I have been able to manage with a single board, and it has all my stuff in one place. No need to create folders, fields, whatever, instead everything is in one place.
I like the array of visual instruments it provides. I feel like it is perfectly enough.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good user interface that most people immediately know how to use. Works really well in group workshops for ideation and planning.
The templates also help insipre other use cases for it that we may not have considered before like sprint retrospectives.
It's become an integral tool at various levels of our organisation and used multiple times a week, includng with external contractors and clients. In the design team we're able to integrate it with Figma through a plugin and directly post up-to-date mockups for other stakeholders to comment on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely with teams in multiple geographic locations, Miro has been usefful in sharing designs with clients or external developers to get comments directly on the board, whether it's through the comments feature or with the stick notes. Within the design team it has been useful in running ideation workshops while working from home or from different office locations.
Other teams use Miro for planning the product roadmap, doing research with clients, where they can post ideas or comments on the board.

As a Scrum Master, the key to have a highly efficient and effective team is to collaborate using the correct tools. The Miro boards enables the teams to exchange inputs live, collaborate actively beyond geographical boundaries and work as though they are co-located in the same office.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a daily user of Miro and love it. From simple meetings like team stand-ups to more complex sessions (like quarterly big-room planning sessions)... I use Miro to set up, run through and capture outcomes of my team's work.
Am very excited to see the new tools coming in later this year which will tranform how we work and increase efficiency. As well as Miro tools, I also regularly use the Azure DevOps integration. As an Enterprise customer, we have also been working recently with our Customer Success Manager, to ensure we are making the most of the system. Also a big fan of the Miro webinars and events.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a good idea to have Miro champions (or a community pf practice) as some people struggle with some of the tools - but this is easily overcome with basic training. We also stuggle with archiving of old content that we want to keep as a reference, but would like to reduce the 'noise' on the dashboard. That said, excitedly waiting to see how that will be improved in the bug update coming soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create and maintain diagrams, plans etc,
Empowers Team Collaboration and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro a lot to share my boards with my team and share the vision of the company. I like how I can add multiple boards and then share one board and export it as a PDF for the team. Sometimes I do presentations with Miro, and this is helpful for us. Honestly, I like to share Miro with everyone, like even my friends and small circles. Sometimes me and my girlfriend share cool stuff, like birthday gifts and ideas in Miro. This has helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if you work more on the UI and use, like, more videos they can upload on GIFs, this will be a good idea.
