Indespensible companion for collaboration, creativity and workshops

  • September 02, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a level of collaborative creativity that I haven't seen in any other tool. The possibilities for its use are endless and diverse. For example, it can be used to visualize a customer overview with all ongoing assignments, facilitate retrospectives, generate joint action lists, and experiment with different approaches for workshops. It also provides great tools for running workshops, such as a timer and voting features. I find it especially useful because it allows us to consolidate various tasks and activities into a single platform, rather than using multiple tools for different purposes. Additionally, it offers a lot of fun options to make our work visually engaging and positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the threshold for using some tools. Even though I return to the tool regularly, I need to keep reminding myself how to utilize some features, and I'm still not sure if I use it in the best possible way when we run workshops. I would like to make this part more streamlined and simplified for me as a facilitator to support me in setting it up and rehearsing things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualize ideas and information for our Business Unit, visuzalize and collaborate on e.g. mgmt dashboard, various workshops e.g. risk analysis, idea generating, feedback, process modelling.

What do you like best about the product?
Great toolkit of functionality - covers a range of workflows from individual brainstoring and planning to collaborative work in both virual and hybrid settings.
I also really appreciate that they are consistently enhancing their features - I like that as both a good approach to software in general, as well as how it leads to specific Miro features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table functionality is not (yet) great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collboration, and keeping a record of things considered and decisions made

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What a great way to organize your work in different fields.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How you could organize your work and good graphics and colors are outstanding.
The strength of this app is that it allows you to use it in teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, when I type in Mirro, it stops working, and the whole page becomes gray. I have to close and reopen the app for it to show all the contents. It has happened a lot lately, and I don't know if it's because there is too much content on the page. The page is unlimited, and there should not be any problems with the amount of content on one page or board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the writen work on paper and gathering them in one place , and collaborating with a team .

A complete solution for project planning

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are the best thing in Miro. Some of them extremely helpful in writing and organizing the notes. So it initiates a new thought process on a totally different dimension where our brains have limitations to think.
The zoom in/out feature is a breeze. In addition, the access controls are really helpful and fairly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tabs are not very highlighting and requires some extra effort to read and find the relavant tab to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me primary with the right tools for brain dumping and analyze all aspects. Plain note taking was not very effective and I used to rely on physical whiteboards, coloured marker pens. Thanks to Miro, now all my notes and work is completely online.

Better but not the best

  • August 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I do like a lot of templates and integrations like Jira. I appreciate all the community and how people help each other. I really like the way everything is organized and the sharing of video on a board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is missing a lot, it would be so nice like other tools where you pass a list of items and create a mind map or a list of features and generate a user story map even if I have to adjust it to a specific structure. I commonly use Miro on my PC because the Ipad integration is quite poor and fails a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accesibility and the capacity to share boards to my customers, collaboration with them. I'd love BPM or UML are free or open based on it's part of the industry creating digital products or software,

An Essential Tool for Shaping Intuitive but Vague Ideas

  • August 28, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is incredibly intuitive and can be used immediately. Especially when starting to think about ideas for the first time, it is very helpful in gradually organizing those vague thoughts. The tool’s ease of use and flexibility contribute to a smooth brainstorming and planning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is the limited number of icons available in the Basic Plan. I would like to see a wider variety of icons provided. In visual communication, having limited options can restrict the range of expression and make effective communication more challenging. If there were a more extensive icon set, it could be used even more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can convey ideas that are difficult to articulate using visuals.

A UX Designer’s Essential Tool

  • August 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a key tool in my UX design process. I use it just about every day. It helps track project progress from discovery to final prototypes and is great for facilitating workshops with colleagues. I also use it to create low-fidelity prototypes in order to get quick internal feedback. Overall, Miro boosts productivity and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to discover where my recent artboards are. My work can easily get disorganized in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of collaborating visually and virtually in a remote workplace. That benefits me by giving eyes on my work to all of my colleague.

User friendly and extremely powerful business tool

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an extremely flexible and powerful tool that has allowed us to improve efficiency when it comes to discussing and designing new sollutions across our business. Miro has allowed us to have a very high level of collaboration across various departments and stakeholders. The presenation features are very intuitive and easy to use.
The native integrations like the teams integration has been amazing when it comes to collaboration. This is a platform that we use constantly day in and day out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main page in Miro can get a bit crowded quite quickly but the use of projects does eliviate this issue. There has been the odd time here and there Miro runs a bit slow or crashes but this is very few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has solved the issue of the lack of transparancy when it comes to our new solutions and process developments. It allows a quick and easy way for us to meet and discuss new solutions and developments and instantly have a canvas to collaborate a go further. We are now able to collaborate and have meaningful discussions without always having to schedule meeting.
