Miro is very efficient collaboration tool for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a lifesaver when collaborating with colleagues in online setup. We have been able to run workshops, retros and brainstorming sessions efficiently and get thoughts documented at the same time when utilising Miro as our collaboration tool. Availablility of the service is good as well. I can remember onlyn one occasion when we were not able to continuously use the service during the past 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The board might easily get confusing when there are several users going about it. This can often be solved by locking some sections into place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables us to plan the current and future efficiently.
We can go into details for particular problems and easily change to scope to roadmapping when needed.

Miro helps me think better and work out ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I find that I can communicate my work ideas much more quickly by creating a simple diagram or concept. This helps me turn what would otherwise remain an abstract thought (often hard to explain to colleagues) into something clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The assigning of roles and permissions for teams and boards is quite complicated and hard to grasp. Could be much much simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy to sketch something quickly. A thought or idea for business process for example, or a way to analyse lots of feedback in post-its from a brainstorming session. This saves me time, and also lots of colleagues that are still using only Office products are very enthusiastic when I come up with something visually attractive too. Another problem it solves for me is remote/hybrid collaboration with my team or as a platform to host a brainstorm.
Miro is everything needed in a workplace today
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is that it has everything you need to set you up for success. From its diverse range of templates to useful features like voting and a timer, it's the small things that add up to make a big impact. Miro has also introduced new AI features, which have significantly sped up our processes, making collaboration and productivity smoother than ever. The platform’s ability to cater to various needs, whether it's brainstorming, project planning, or interactive workshops, really enhances our team's efficiency and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers a lot of great features, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Sometimes, the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when navigating complex boards with a lot of elements. This can make it challenging to find specific tools quickly. Additionally, the performance can lag when dealing with very large boards or when many users are collaborating simultaneously, which can disrupt the workflow. I would like to have share in presentation mode, this is something that is long overdue. In terms of spacing, there is misalignment, especially adding text into a shape for example. Using text within a text, if you left align, the text touches the table which never use to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving several key problems related to visualisation, collaboration, and workflow management. One of the primary challenges it addresses is the ability to effectively visualise and map out complex journeys. Miro allows me to create detailed, interconnected maps that illustrate processes, touchpoints, and workflows, ensuring a common understanding among team members and stakeholders. This clarity helps in identifying gaps, opportunities, and the overall end-to-end flow of a process, leading to better-informed decisions and strategies.
A great platform for organising and presenting thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager I like that I can have components of my product strategy all on one strategy board with links across frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables in Miro are very basic, meaning that I have to use a seperate app like sheets to manage bigger lists and backlogs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By allowing me to draw opportunity solution trees and other components that are premade using the template libary it fast fowards my work.

The Cost of this software is little bit high and Rest it is in very good or right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very help for product management likeAnalyse product Workflow and according to them distribute the things, and in Miro we can run the single project in multiple team which increase productivity. And with the help of Miro we can collaborate when we are sitting in anywhere in this world which saves time and resources etc
The best tool for collaboration and individual project development!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage. Miro is built in the most user friendly interface. The diversity of templates available not only helps but prompts away from creative blocks in getting your hands dirty and your creative juices flowing. Most times for complexing strategy and product design templates, the pre-filled version helps in understanding the context and getting a sense of how best the said template may be utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting multiple collaborators on the same team and resorting to a premium version, especially when your company doesnt have one set already acts as a blocker. The nummber of boards that may be created per team also affects the larger growth of team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has well established and well categorised templates for both community led ideation workshops and for mapping out journeys specific to product and experience development. Moreover, the experience of using stickies and watching people collaboarate virtually in its entirety is very pleasant and highly helpful.
Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Really appreciate how easy it is to crop, resize, and format images.
The drawing tools are helpful and we use them a lot.
We are able to integrate a large portion of our plans for our seasonal process using.
We love that we can present directly from the boards without having to re-format for each meeting.
Love the follow a user feature, very helpful for navigation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is difficult, especially when you have to scroll past tons of pictures that all need to load in order to get to a specific area.
For some reason the callout feature that allows you to "go to comment" when your name is "@" is not available any more. This was very helpful to leave markers for navigation.
I would also love to see a mirror image option. This is currently not available and it would be very helpful.
The guide and snapping system for images could also be improved, there are often too many lines and not enough clarity when aligning or cropping images.
