  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to facilitate inclusive brainstorm sessions, retrospectives, ice breakers, journey mapping and more. Most importantly, it allows all participants to have a voice and get their thoughts documented and recognized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for most of my teammates is high. Especially for when non-regular users have to sign in or participate. Usually it's related to logging in or navigating around the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with complex ideas and journeys. It's very hard to communicate these journeys or digital products without Miro's ability to generate visual aids and tools.

The essential tool for our online meetings

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For all those online meetings, Miro is the perfect tool to share ideas and visualize things. It's even better than a whiteboard in a meeting room, you're not limited by space and multiple team members can work on it at the same time.
Once you adopt Miro, it quickly becomes a must and I cannot imagine running an online meeting without Miro.

It can also be used to draw software architecture diagrams, user and flows and much more.

Finally, the export to PDF feature is very handy to share your Miro board outside of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
After your meetings, it's easy to leave things in Miro only. However, Miro isn't a documentation tool, and searching anything in a project made of multiple Miro boards is nearly impossible.
What is a great tool for brainstorming and sharing ideas quickly becomes an impediment if not used properly by the team.

Trying to print a large board is often difficult - consider Miro like a pure online tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great help to align everyone on the team.
