Transformative Collaboration Tool with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro primarily for workflow and business process visualization. I appreciate its dashboard, which helps visualize the journey or process of an activity, client, or stakeholder. The collaboration feature is particularly helpful, allowing team members to work together, add notes and dependencies, and it feels interactive. I enjoy a lot of small features like notes, comments, reactions, and tracking other collaborators in real time. These features enhance the experience, especially when team members are working together, connecting the workflow, and adding notes or comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards with too much data are sometimes laggy. It's difficult to add a straight line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a dashboard for visualizing workflows and business processes. Its collaborative features, like notes and comments, let team members connect workflows interactively. Real-time collaboration enhances our teamwork.
Irreplaceable service for collaborative fork among art related departments
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Miro is how easy it is to dive in and start using. The interface is straightforward, so there's hardly any learning curve. I find it super handy for working with images and text, setting up reference boards, adding links to youtube with preview window, grouping pictures, writing comments, creating IDEF diagrams – you name it. Plenty of templates to start with to organize different kind of information. Runs smoothly and quickly, unless board consists of 200+ highress images and you try to zoom out and preview them all at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the fact there are pretty handfull tools for creating tables and charts they do not support simple equations which make it impossible to dodge online sheets like google sheets or ms excel completely. Miro has a kanban template, but unfortunately ticket cards are not possible to modify to your personal needs, it is impossible to add picture to the ticket card for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are working with visual products Miro became core service for their developmnet. For every project we have several Miro boards for different purposes, such as visual project iterations, comments and feedback sessions, WIP boards, ref boards, ets. It for people from different teams and locations to work simultaneously and always have possibilty to add or get any needed information at any point of time.
A revolutionary and indispensable tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an exceptional tool for collaboration, especially when it comes to building product roadmaps. The collaboration tools are intuitive and powerful, allowing the entire team to work together in real-time. The dot voting feature is particularly useful for making quick and democratic decisions, facilitating consensus on priorities and ideas. It's also an essential tool for retrospectives. We use it everyday for brainstorming and planning thanks to the integration with other tools such as Jira and DevOps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced functions take a bit of time to master, which can slow down the initial workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses several key challenges in our organization: Miro allows team members to collaborate in real-time, regardless of their location, encourage active participation, Miro’s ability to create mind maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids helps in clearly presenting complex ideas and strategies. This makes it easier for everyone to understand and contribute to the discussion to reach a consensus on priorities and next steps.

I can do research, put it in Miro, and keep it alive and usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to fill our my boards, and navigating boards with lots of content could be a better experience. The search experience and tagging experience is pretty meh at times. But it does the job for noq.

Getting alignment with colleagues but mapping stuff out.
A Robust Collaboration Tool for Just About Everything
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the template library has grown and they provide a great starting point. I also tried out some of the newly released AI features, such as auto generation of flow charts. It still needs some refinement, but I like the direction it is going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro does release good features, but they often are released after teams have decided to solve the problem with a different tool and it can be difficult to get teams to come BACK to Miro as a result.

A Miro Board meeting is worth 5 video calls
What do you like best about the product?
I can represent complex information to multiple people at the same time while engaging their brains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meetings get a bit difficult when there are more than six people on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is perfect for the representation of complex information that would take forever to explain in a non-visual manner or by using non-collaborative tools. It combines many types of info and can accommodate notes, asynchronous work and many other benefits at the very least for remote teams.
