What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to facilitate seamless collaboration among teams regardless of physical location and i also like the platform's intuitive interface which has a ability for real time editing. Overall Miro helps us streamline our team work and bring visual ideas, also its customer support is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find a bit challenges about is the learing curves for the new users, sometimes for the very complex diagrams interface feels a bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it eliminates the barriers of physical distance by allowing us to collaborate that too in real time.
Amazing tool for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
For me Miro is a game changer for collaboration. Every time I need to start a project that needs inputs from a diverse group of people, Miro is my favorite tool for that. Either for facilitating brainstorms or for putting together flows and roadmaps, it's easy to use and to build together with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the configurations when sharing a board are complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all things about a project at one place
A great tool for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
We used it for brainstorming, project planning, and simply to inspire each other. The possibilities are vast: you can draw, add notes, pictures, documents, and even embedded videos! It's easy to use and gives you the feeling of being in the same room with your team, even if you're on opposite sides of the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Miro, there may be a lack of more flexible text editing tools and more advanced features for working with data, such as integrations with other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve visualization and collaboration challenges by enabling efficient team interaction, idea generation, project planning, decision-making, and more

Intuitive virtual whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use, keeps all boards in one central place, and there is no question about "will this board expire at some time after the meeting".
Compared with "free cause we have a 365 subscription anyway" alternatives (MS Whiteboard, or collaborative simultaneous editing of Powerpoint slides or OneNote pages) it provides clear benefits.
That it doesn't require installing an application is also great, in a pinch I can use a private laptop or even a phone if I don't feel like taking my company laptop with me on a weekend trip.

What do you dislike about the product?
With ~10+ users active on a board at the same time and "show cursors" enabled, it can be a bit of a performance hog. Switching off this usually not required option (I've kept it disabled for almost as long as I use Miro) solves the issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a room with peers and a whiteboard was one of the downsides of working from home. Miro providing the same canvas has hugely benefited hybrid and online meetings - a picture says more than a thousand words.
Digital canvas for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love its limitless canvas the most because it allows me to draft various mindmaps, concept diagrams, flow charts and other visualization charts. Furthermore, I appreciate its real-time collaboration features through which our team can work on a single project together from online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit high for new user as it is a feature rich visualization and collaboration software. Also, as the number of files increases it becomes challenging to manage and store properly. As a result, sometimes finding the required project file can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has significantly enhanced my ability to visualize ideas and thoughts, making it easier to validate them with my team members and colleagues before implementation. Previously, I encountered challenges in preserving and communicating my ideas, as they often faded or were lost due to inadequate visualization. Now, whenever I need to plan, brainstorm, ideate, or innovate, I simply log in to Miro.

Flexible platform to visualize processes
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very usable for workshops and collecting ideas. I like to use it also for clarifying processes, creating value stream mapse etc. The platform is very flexible, so it's definitely bending to various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes always some time to remember the "controls" you need to use on your mouse to move around. The controls aren't quite usual so some more common ones would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a challenge of mapping complicated and "large" processes with multiple stakeholders. It's impossible to do those on any other platform we have.

Probably the best Whiteboard Software for a broad range of uses
What do you like best about the product?
It's affordable, allows guest members (only on one board), it's pretty easy to use across devices, and it does a good job with framing and interactivity. Lots of good templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't embed websites very well, often it doesn't do thumbnails. It can be buggy or hard to handle selecting layered objects, especially when a frame is involved. The text scaling on frames is also kind of weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm very visual and this is the best tool for visual planning I've found. I use it myself and also to manage team based processes that benefit from collaborative design and planning.
