Simple tool I use for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I use miro for just about everything at work. I brainstorm, create client sessions, use it as a workspace as I'm building strategy and research reports, and I also collaborate with coworkers and clients. It is a fantastic space to work with others, while also keeping evrything in one location. I particularly enjoy being able to make changes in real time, so clients have insight into the process we're using to create final deliverables. It helps create buy-in and a feeling of co-creation. I typically tell people when I show them my work spaces that they're getting a view into the inside of my brain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to get my branding correct in Miro. The font options are limited and I struggle to find the colors I have input into the tool. I also struggle sometimes to use Miro for presentations, if I don't have my frames set up just right or want to go back to previous information. Usually, I end up sharing out of Miro in a more informal way, but then I have to account for the need to zoom in and out, which on a virtual call can be jarring for participants who aren't familiar with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collaborate with all of the different people I need to collaborate with and creates a transparent way to share information.
Very good platform, combining the dynamic-theoretical by transforming it into easily understandable diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
Design, interface, and being multifaceted, I like it because it is easy to understand, allowing my team, composed of different ages, to adapt to implementing it in their processes and customer service flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the advanced tools, it would be great to have more information for self-training for those of us who use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does not have the video call option in the demo; other options like voting or timer are in the paid version.
Easy to use and collaborate on content
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get your ideas down on "paper" with their hundreds of templates available. You don't have to spend the time getting the framework set up, rather spend it on the content buildout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the limited customizability of some of the elements. I wish I could adjust formatting or styling with more detail. Though it may make it less user friendly and could overwhelm users with more options, I like most customization options than less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps layout and solve cross-team processes. Work through agile events like scrum, retros, etc.
Superb Collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The various templates, color palette, apps, emojis, AI features, voting mechanism, integration with Jira, anonymous sticky notes and ability to share a board with external users when needed.
The Talk Track feature is a nice to have as well!

When searching a board by name, the location and last update or creation date is not listed. I have to click on the items to ensure it's the correct one,

Represent processes in a diagram; brainstorm; org charts; restrospectives, etc.

I am able to use miro boards for project management pieces and brainstorming ideas as an indiviual and as a team

One place we can work on ideas and plans. One place in real time remote teams can work together on projects.

Expandable creative workspace. Feeling on bounderless space is nice. And almost everything in shareable on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there are more tools helping manage the schedule, more than just visualize. (such as alarm and specific time reminder.
It's hard to draw straight line with current tools. The simplify cross-section of engineering drawing require more effort than it should be. I would love easier to use straight line creating tools.

Sometimes it can be a bit restrict with certain options
As a designer I would like it to be less restrict but in general the pros are much more than the cons

It helps with collaboration between teams, it is easy to create a presentation with other colleagues, or add different ideas in a board so all the team can collaborate together

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can do boards with text, images, shapes, gifs,... It's easy to get along. I started using it with my school and now I'm using it for everything. Perfect to organize thoughts and make share documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beggining I was always accidentaly moving the boards which was kind of a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is of easy use alon e or with coleagues. It has boards, good and clean organization, use of images, possibility of tilting and cuting images right away.
The essential software for every project to keep things organise

Infinity zoom out whiteboard, and all other tools (Shape, mindmap, text) that helps to organise things up

It can be overwhelming sometime, with the rapid updates and etc. Or perhaps just me haven't tap into the Miroverse community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The needs to cross referencing across multiple resources, documents etc. MIRO just keeps everything in one place and smoothen the flow and clear overview by a ton.
