Limitless possibilities for every use case
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides functions for all cases, you just have to decide for yourself how to use them. What's more, all participants can work on projects and plans at the same time and see the changes in real time. I use Miro for all our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would sometimes like to deform Post-Its. That's all actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us plan vacations, create plans for our advertising campaigns and everything related to content.
Incredibly flexible and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Miro transformed how I work like only a few software did. Miro could bring the same easiness, and hands-on feel of a whiteboard to the cloud, making remote brainstorming fun, as well as organizing ideas into a mind map or even just dumping ideas into the void.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning elements is a bit annoying, especially when you have a lot of stuff going on. It requires a lot of fine-tuning and attention to align it with the right thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning user engagement actions, mapping customer touchpoints, and collaborating while brainstorming.

In some cases, it presents record limitations, where we need to create a new frame to continue with the notes

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a tool I use frequently because it’s so easy and practical. It makes creating workflows and organizing ideas very simple. I also find the suggestions it provides very helpful in improving my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about Miro is that the quality decreases when I export content for presentations or documents. It would be a huge improvement if there was better integration with these tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to create workflows and work on other tasks at the same time with multiple people. It also helps with taking meeting notes, and the integration with Google Meet makes it easier to stay on one screen during meetings. Files can be shared with permissions and passwords, ensuring information security.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, the one downside I encountered is the history feature. With multiple people collaborating simultaneously, it can be challenging to track individual contributions. The changes blend together, making it difficult to identify who did what. It would be incredibly helpful if Miro could enhance this feature by separating each team member’s contributions, making it easier to navigate the history of changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been helpful in our team's collaborative efforts, especially when creating affinity diagrams that involve a significant number of stickers. The platform makes it easy to group and organize these stickers quickly, streamlining our workflow and improving our productivity. However, one challenge we've encountered is the history feature. With so many people collaborating, it becomes difficult to trace individual contributions. It would be more efficient if Miro could separate and highlight each team member's changes, allowing for easier navigation through the collaboration history.

What do you like best about the product?
I have experienced Miro through a lecture from a professor and I, as a college professor myself, am encouraged to use it as a presentation platform. The interaction and engagement that it can give to learners is top-notch! Thank you, Miro!

Miro has revolutionized our work
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Miro is astounding. Its simple and clear feel draws me to use it, and the access to a myriad of templates is even better. We have used it for scrum boards, mind maps, object modeling, mock ups, retrospectives, just to name a few. I use multiple times, every day. It integrates with Slack which allows for no board to be left behind.
Another big plus is attention to customers and their needs. One amazing feature is the ability to hold votes across a team, without creating unintentional bias. Each person's votes are invisible to others until voting has ended. This transforms our estimations and planning processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no integration with Confluence yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization, Collaboration and modeling of software. The ability to clearly do these things has made myself and my team that much more productive. Additionally, it is fun to use - which makes it that much easier to use.
I use Miro to organize my work and it works very well.

The fact that you can only download individual frames

It's easy to use, immediately understandable, and allows me to work remotely with my collaborators in real-time.
Agile mindset compatible tool for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work together as a team via Miro giving complete transparency of our projects. The vast range of templates to suit any situation and the ease of adaptation. Good integration with existing tools. Alignment with the agile mindset and way of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a little while to understand how to do everything but it is worth the investment in time. I would like increased compatibility with Trello.
