Miro is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate on Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve with Miro, especially with all the different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize user flows and customer journeys. After diagramming these flows, I am able to streamline the user experience.
Really like Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I am a UX designer and think Miro is a great way to collaborate with my collegues. I like how easy it is to add ideas to the page with skicky notes, create user flows and brainstorm ideas. It's nice seeing others work in real time.
I also have used it in past roles as a learning expereince designer to create diagrams for different courses I have created. I love how customizable I can make everything within Miro. For example, I had to create a flow diagram indicating how different forms of litearcy help developmental growth in comprehension. I was able to change the colors and shapes super easy in order to make a digistable graphic.
The overall look and feel of Miro is intuitive and user friendly. I love all of the options avaible on the left side of the screen. This helps me identify what I am able to do and quickly select the tool I want to use.

Overall, I have had a great user experience with Miro. The only downfall is that voting isn't an option for the free account.

Miro has helped me create user flows, diagrams and collaborate/brainstorm with others thorugh the sticky note feature.
Flexible and powerful visual sharing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows teams to collaborate visually concurrently or individually. It helps bridge activities for disparate teams that would otherwise had required travel or in-person meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit challenging to create new diagrams and shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a distributed team and Miro allows us to share our ideas, explain workflows, and collaborate as if we were co-located.
Miro is great for work/life/anything
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for anyone who is the first time using Miro.

The free version has many limitation. It would be great if the free version can have more portfolios.

It's easy to use Miro and visualize the ideas for myself and share to the group.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how easy to use Miro is. I love the template options when starting a new board and the tools all feel very intuitive. It's super easy to create graphs, flow charts and other materials for my notes and presentations. I also like how easy the exporting process is - I can export just a snapshot of the project or the whole thing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Miro doesn't let you save custom templates. I usually end up deleting half of a template that I choose and then building it up the way I need it since my projects are usually smaller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to create graphics and organize data in more visually coherent ways that are perfect for lecture notes and mind mapping.

Best Brainstorming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The wireframing is intuitive and was extremely helpful for me when I was planning how I can improve and visual better workflow for my business.

the account and pricing details are a little off-putting

The UI is great to work with. So easy and clean!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. Just little things, like I wish there were more shapes available that weren't stuck behind paywalls. Oh and fonts. Maybe this is possible and I just haven't found it yet, but I wish I could use custom fonts so that the concepts and things I build in Miro can align with my company's branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can build extremely detailed page and layout concepts for our software developers without having to leverage expensive tools like Photoshop & Illustrator.
