Present your strategy as a Pro

What do you like best about the product?
Your concept or idea will take a visual shape, there are many options but the Miro gives a jump start to clear the initial reluctance most of us have. The free options are more than enough. Highly collaborative, what is needed to start is there in Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid version has more features, so it's better to increase the user base and consolidate a loyal user base. With a trial period most of the tool goes away from user preference or choice and they don't recommend the tool. It is better to avoid the trial period to sustain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Present a strategy or concept to decision-makers and bring clarity by collaborating.

A godsend for working in a team.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has more uses than I can even begin to list, but I want to focus on the thing that has truly transformed our team. It has allowed the visually inclined ones of us to translate our thoughts into solid process flows, diagrams, and organized systems. It has allowed the less visually inclined to follow beautiful templates and document their thoughts in a way that makes sense for the visual ones. It has made it possible for all of us to speak the same language, and work in the same space, all while playing with a wonderfully intuitive and aesthetically pleasing software. Many members of our team use it daily (sometimes all day depending on the project!) while others primarily use it in the group setting. But the "follow along" feature is perfect for group calls, and it's integrated seamlessly with the software we use for project management. Every new member of our team gets a crash course in Miro, and has generally picked up all of the high points by the end of their first week with us. If only implementing the rest of the programs we use could be that easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more colors of sticky notes. Sometimes you just need more colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Miro for everything from mapping out a user journey for a therapy client to reimagining workflows in Zendesk to documenting the processes of our operations team. It's a truly diverse tool, and we've yet to find something it doesn't work for.

Miro is used as much as sheets in my workplace

What do you like best about the product?
You can make anything look good in Miro. Even a boring table can look better. I use it almost on an everyday basis. Even when I am not creating on it, i am referring to the information that is present on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations can be slightly difficult to learn for amateurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not every thing that is discussed in a meeting can be represented in a linear fashion. In the same way not everything can be represented with photos. You need a combination of a number of things. Intead of using 10 different products, one can use just Miro and put it all there at one place.
