Miro is a default tool for all my user research purposes
What do you like best about the product?
As a User Researcher, I use Miro as a default tool for many purposes - team brainstorms, structured thinking boards, problem solving, sharing interview insights, etc. I love a couple of functions like following the speaker, voting, timer, hidden view. It's really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don;t always find templates too helpful, I would like them to be more flexible and basic. My goal is not to grab someone's approach, but to adjust a very flexible structure to my approach. I also don't like how font size differs from sticker to sticker, depending on the text lentgh. For example, an OST template was moving unpredictably because of some built-in settings that I couldn't find.

Your Go-To Tool for Design Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an amazing design tool that's incredibly versatile and adaptable. It's super easy to use, making it perfect for both newbies and experienced designers. The flexibility is fantastic, fitting right into any workflow, and it's great for teamwork. The user interface is friendly and intuitive, which makes everything smoother. Plus, the community templates are a real game-changer, helping to speed up the design process and spark creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much I don't like about Miro. If I had to pick something, it would be the fact that the text size measurement changes with the scale of the text, which can be a bit annoying when you need precision. But really, this is just a minor tweak in an otherwise fantastic tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't used it long enough to really notice the difference.
Using Miro as a PM
What do you like best about the product?
The general product is excellent. It is a very feature-rich whiteboard. The fantastic advantage is its ecosystem. One can find templates or examples to work with for several different workflows. I have never faced the issue of not finding a template for the exercises that I wanted to try.
Sharing and live collaboration are also very good.
I have not checked integrations yet with Jira or other software, but I trust that this is already in place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the high end
A user needs to get used to the icons understand what the icon refers to and navigate quickly to the desired one, which I understand is a generic issue when Icons are not 100% representative.
What bothers me is the sensitivity of the zoom level, when I try to zoom in and zoom out, the zoom level jumps with large jumps and to reach the desired zoom level I usually press the +- buttons. When I am presenting this is annoying.

Visual collaboration with a whiteboard on distributed teams is a must that Miro provides me. Alignment across the team, brainstorming and async collaboration are strong benefits
Amazing way to organise things in a visual way
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to zoom in and in and in. Im constantly running out of space on regular pages or paper, having to move what ive already written down to fit more info in above it. with miro this problem is just nonexistant. I use it every day for work and enjoy it alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
the time taken to scroll in and in and in, would be amazing to have a book mark feature to hop to cirtain points. video implementation isnt always smooth, trying to show off the animations ive made from our internal chanels needs to be uploaded to an external source to be viewed in miro properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having all information in one place instead of scattered across teams, allowing people to understand information in a visual mannor with diograms
Works pretty well and help me improve my sales presentation
What do you like best about the product?

"Incredible experience working with Miro as a Product Manager."

Being able to create user flows in just a few hours, perform mockups, conduct team dynamics with stakeholders such as brainstormings, prioritizations..., and share evolutions with the developers among other things...
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to share large flows with other colleagues. There have also been some platform outages that have prevented me from working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the user flows on the same board, which helps me to be more creative and decisive. Additionally, I can work on it collaboratively with the team.
Allows for enough operational work while keeping strategy in place for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to decentralise work for our teams around the world. Its templates and easy of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its ai functionalities are limited but its a nice to have feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we need to visibly diagram problems and situations to find solutions, being completely digital allows us to not just colaborate anywhere anytime, but it provides us with a second brain.
Logigram maker
What do you like best about the product?
I discovered Miro when I needed a tool to create a complex logigram for an assignment. I've been a fan ever since!
First of all, I love being able to work on an infinite space, not just an A4 page. It means I can keep my creativity in check and take the space I need to make my work clear and explicit.
Secondly, I really appreciate how easy it is to get to grips with the tool: it doesn't take more than a few minutes to create a nice, fully-customizable diagram! From box shapes to colors and arrow types, it's really complete!
Last but not least, my favorite feature is the post-it notes! In different shapes and sizes, I put them absolutely everywhere to keep track of the progress of my work and highlight the parts that need to be revised. Combined with the comments that can be placed everywhere, I'm able to work in an optimized way thanks to this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I regret a little about this tool is the difficulty of sharing the results of my work. Although you can invite collaborators to take part in the work in Miro, I would have liked to be able to quickly export my work in PDF format to make it more easily shareable, but the option available to do this in the free version absolutely doesn't provide sufficient resolution for the text (although in a reasonably sized font) to be readable on the exported file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create complex logigram for scientific purpose and the practicality of the tool helps me achieve it.
Perfect tool for workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the learning curve for using Micro to be very small. I also like the versatility and ease of sharing the information with other individuals who need to review and input into this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions can be more flexible in terms of connecting blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found it hard to map the journey that a customer takes through various cycles with the business. With Micro I found a tool that was easy to use and gives a accurate visual interpretation of this process.
