A tool for super fast, easy collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly spin up a board to drive a conversation, a workshop, an interview, is amazingly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being web-based is great, but it is susceptible to internet issues with connectivity and speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a hybrid workforce and Miro is essential for us to collaborate across the country in a virtual environment. We also use the Microsoft Teams app that makes collaboration even easier.
Intuitive, Collaborative and Beautiful - Head and Shoulders Above The Rest
What do you like best about the product?
It is better in every regard than all other options - and I've tried them all. It is intuitive - all you need is to send a link, no login required, and your collegue is wokring on the board within minutes; it is collaborative - no one's watching other people put your ideas down in their own words, everyone's working together, and when well managed it works like a dream; and it is beautiful without any effort. It is fun to work with and improves productivity; my team uses Miro twice a week, and I use it every day (and I see team members on our shared boards regulalrly reviewing work). Also, it is very well priced. What else: presentation mode, timers, voting, exporting, and the templates! Just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Just keep on being who you are!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily team workflow, and mapping out projects and ideas during development and review.
Perfect Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the overall interface of Miro. It's clean, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing, making it a joy to use. The user-friendly design ensures that even complex tasks are easy to manage, which significantly enhances productivity and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the boards get larger, the website sometimes becomes unresponsive, which can be quite frustrating. It would be great to have a "performance mode" that could be used when opening large boards, with an option to switch to full quality mode as needed. This would significantly improve the user experience when dealing with complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it super easy to collaborate with our partners without having to jump through complicated security hoops. We can work together asynchronously, so everyone can contribute when it suits them. Having all our progress on a single board means we don’t have to deal with tons of documentation, which is a huge time-saver. Plus, being able to collect all different kinds of materials in one place really streamlines our projects and boosts our productivity.
Probably the best collaboration tool

It allows you to save all your data in one place & share it with all your colleagues! It's even amazing for workshops or webinars

That it previosuly didn't have any AI capabilities, but now it does!

Previosuly we didn't have any collaboration tool where you could visually save all your data and work with colleagues asynchronous, now we can and also with clients

I don't see any disadvantage in reality.

The translation of this question into Spanish is bad, I can't understand.
Such a useful tool for collaborating and creative thinking
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use it in whatever way works best for you - by yourself, with your team or with clients. I especially like the infinite page size so you can keep expanding your board as much as you like. I use Miro on a regular basis and it's a fantastic tool. I also love how you can integrate other documents and images directly into your board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky for people new to Miro to quickly figure out how to use it. Also, it would be nice if it was easier to place a post it note (rather than having to click multiple buttons to do so).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate with the rest of my team in a creative and free way, unrestrcited by normal word documents or spreadsheets.

Handy for visualization, lots of tools that help to make the visualization/chart more interesting. Miro is easy of using.

I haven't noticed any downsides. Everything is intuitive and easy to use

Powerful multi-use tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the amount of possible scenarios Miro can be used in, and easiness of setup/starting doing something. Quick architecure sync with a team, doing a retro, designing a UI mockup or brainstorming software architecture ideas— these are my common scenarios, so it's an often used tool. Miro is convenient, fast and has a nice UI. Collaboration is easy here: everything you can do alone you can do with teammates in a real time. And there is a nice Slack integration, so I can keep track on new notifications right in the messenger.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a feature that helping to align items in a smart way. For example, when I create diagrams (like state machine one), I would like to be able to quickly align blocks & arrows that connecting it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my team, it is solving day-to-day operations, such as prototyping, retros, mockups. It saves us time by providing quick to setup space to collaborate with lots of templates.
For retros we use timer + sticky notes feature. Every team member can use a separate color to add thoughts to retro columns, and then we discuss it. For a discussion time, presenter tracker feature comes to help: you can select a team member and will see the part of the board currently in their focus.
For designing an architecure templates are the best. It is always hard to start from empty board, so they help a lot. You see an example and then immidiatly can start brainstorming by modifying the template. Modifying itself is really easy to use: add something, remove something, change something — very intuitive and does not require preliminary preparation such as reading documenation or watching tutorials. And again, all this could be done by a lot of people simultaneously.

Helpful for collabotive teams
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative tool allows my team and I to work together to define processes faster and faster, as well as identify risks and improvements. I would like to have integration with tools like Google Docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search for templates does not always deliver what is expected, and the system could be integrated with other office tools as it alone does not allow for a complete analysis to create reports and monitor the processes developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to create project flows collaboratively with my team, which solves two of the problems I face in my work: 1) project management and quick identification of failures; and 2) inclusion of the team in management and leadership training processes.
Wonderful tool for remote teamwork!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro! As a senior technical program amanger working with a fully remote team, keeping people informed, organized and motivated is tricky. I use Miro on a weekly basis to facilitate brainstorms, share information with stakeholders, and visualize complex topics.
To tool is intuitive and requires no technical knowledge, and fairly low design ability. Their templates are really handy and easy to customize to your linking.

I haven't really found much to dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving most of my issues as a senior TPM leading a remote team. It augments my communication to make sure things are well explained, organized, and easy to understand. My team also loves it for brainstorming in a causal, collaborative way where everyone can easily share their thoughts.
