What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visual communication and collaboration. Miro allows me to share my ideas and feedback with my team in a visual way, using diagrams, sketches, sticky notes, and more. I can also see what others are working on and join the discussion in real time.
Difficulty in facilitating and participating in online workshops and brainstorming sessions. Miro has a full suite of capabilities for innovation, such as real-time data visualization, workshop facilitation, and voting and timer features. I can also use Miro’s templates and frameworks to run effective sessions with my team.
Inefficiency and complexity in managing product development processes. Miro supports common product development processes, such as agile practices like estimation and retrospectives. I can also use Miro to create project timelines, Gantt charts, and other project management visuals that help me keep track of the progress and deliverables.
Limited space and flexibility in creating and collaborating on any kind of content. Miro has an infinite, freeform whiteboard, where I can create and collaborate on any kind of content, from sketches to wireframes to presentations. I can also integrate Miro with other tools that I use, such as Slack, Jira, Google Drive, etc.

Great endless whiteboard for brainstorming, mindmapping, and virtual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I used Miro a few times a week with the design team to share feedback, and to cross-collaborate with other companies in brainstorms, product feedback, and user testing or just to map out thoughts.
It's bright, cheerful, and relatively easy for people with low - mid tech comfort to use.
I appreciate that there are lots of community templates that you can build on.
I frequently use password locking and content locking to customize different sections by audience / purpose.
I'm glad there are now integrations with Zoom / Google Meet (Jamboard was something else...)
I love how easy it is to comment, share, etc. and that it's possible to disable cursors / set board starting views.
New features come out regularly (ie: talk track, AI synthesis of post-its, groupings) which is great!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a more visible feature to add reactions easily (like in Figjam).
Some content locking and grouping can be tricky.
The pricing can be a bit steep if you're a small business and users are not frequently in Miro. If users are not in they don't have full capabilities to comment or be tagged which is less ideal.
I've had a bit more crashes or latency when using the Miro for Desktop so stick to browser.

As a UX Researcher, I depend on Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I could not do my job without this tool. Much of my work is in facilitating remote workshops and Miro is crucial. I also use Miro for thematic analysis of qualitative product/service data. Miro allows for visualization of clusters and trends. I also use it for journey maping and group voting.
Miro has excellent certification courses, and the company has put great effort into onboarding users.

What do you dislike about the product?
I started with a competing product, Mural, which I also liked, but my company switched to Miro a few years ago. Miro is occasionally slow to respond to customer feedback, but that seems the standard these days. In general, I'm a Miro fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer remote workshop faciliataing.
I love how Miro helps me collaborate with my global team
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great because it is fully customizable and we can use it with our global team to collaborate on brainstorming excercises across time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro templates can be a little bit rigid, especially when it comes to creating large, custom mind maps that I don't want to snap to certain formats. It can also be hard to encourage my team members to fully participate and use the boards because it is not familar to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to be in person to do our annual brainstorming session and that helps us save money and time. We can also categorize and move around ideas easier than when we are using physical whiteboards.
Feedback response is great. Suggestion: full TalkTrack menu for tutorials.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that they really work with customer feedback, constantly improve the tool based on user needs, and the product keeps getting better with each update. I appreciate that they deliver useful tools that are easy to learn how to use.
Also, I like providing feedback and witnessing its implementation. The user-friendliness and support for self-learning are fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say something that I'm not particularly liking but have faith it will improve is the AI tool; it still lacks a bit of precision. Also, I would like to see how it's used by Latin American companies. Just like they conduct workshops with English-speaking companies, I would appreciate hearing about its application in Latin American companies, and it should be in Spanish.
While I always seek improvement, my current suggestion is to enhance TalkTrack by providing an option to display the full menu when recording for creating tutorials for less experienced colleagues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
t solves the need for me to only require an internet connection to access the app from any device, democratizes design by having everything in one place, enables me to store relevant work information, leave messages, create final deliverables, and it's compatible with other tools. It promotes agile work and creativity.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes find as an admin that working out the settings can be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently needed a dependency board for our quarterly big room planning session and Miro was the obvious solution to use. We use ADO and this seemlessly integrated with Miro to allow us to easily pull in the pieces of work that we wanted to display on the dependency board. It also meant that anyone in the team could edit the board and add notes/comments.
Personally I often use it as a blank canvas to brainstorm a new project that I'm working on and also often to document new processes.
