Miro changed the perspective of work organization in my sector
What do you like best about the product?
I started using miro for a ux design course and never stopped! When I started my current job I started using the tool every day, whether for follow-ups or for controlling collections and creation. It is practical, super intuitive, resulting in absurd time optimization! I can't live without it anymore.

That the non-padded version does not have access to all the possibilities that mira offers

Miro brings time optimization and organization, where everyone on the team participating or not in meetings can be up to date with everything at any time.
Easy to use and great for collaboration

It's really easy to use and works very well for managing projects, or collaborating online. Particularly useful if you're a visual thinker. The templates are also very helpful and there are limited constraints

It's not very printable, which can be tricky at times.

Great tool for collaboration and also individual idea capture
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a very flexible tool. I like the unlimited space it provides. I have been using Miro in two companies for team collaboration. Additionally I used it just for myself to keep notes, sketch ideas, save screenshots.
It can be used in the browser but I prefer to download the app. There's a good selection of templates, shapes, apps to add, voting, etc.

The ability to collaborate in realtime with a seamless, intuitive UX. We ship better work because of Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Miro makes every other whiteboard tool look like garbage. But hey, whatcha gonna do?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to run creative ideation sessions, retros and other workshops seemlessly. It's even better than trying to do the same sessions in person because people can be adding to the board simultaneously. It also makes it so much easier to make these sessions fun.
Aligning the elements to be centralizes is boring
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro for being a collaborative platform; it helps me a lot in organizing my ideas for projects with my friends or explaining concepts better. The simple elements like post-its and arrows are extremely useful. I use Miro to represent my AWS architecture diagrams, and the platform is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text inside shapes that contain other shapes is disturbing to me. I don't like the default proportions of the square post-its; I prefer rectangles. Adjusting the text to the correct size compared to the other elements is a tedious task. Aligning the elements to be centralized is boring.

Great product for product, team and revenue planning
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the software, being able to expand in all directions and the wide range of templates and tools. It's easy to bring in team members who have never used it before and they can start contributing straight away. I particularly like the ability to "follow" another person so you can see what's on their screen, saving the need to screenshare via Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I start with a template it can be a little inflexible due to the fact that anyone can submit a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration on projects at the incubation stage. Communication among team members. Quick prospecting before bringing companies into our CRM. All of these are saving us time and ensuring we don't lose artifacts as we would have with whiteboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best whiteboard, with which we can keep cooperation ongoing until the appropriate solution is reached. With Miro, I love the ease of inserting text boxes and other symbols and linking them with arrows and diagrams easily. I also like to share with my colleagues, make modifications and document them. I like how Miro enables us to keep the original copies before editing to refer to them when necessary. Ready-made templates are great, meet all purposes, and can be modified easily. I also love the many sharing options and the ability to export the chart as an image or PDF file. I also like the ease of calling colleagues to participate at any time, which enables us to keep meetings and brainstorming sessions open until the desired solution is reached.

There is nothing negative at all, as Miro provides all the necessary tools, editing options, and a large library of symbols and shapes that cover all needs.

Transformative Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely fantastic tool! Miro has completely transformed the way my team collaborates. The intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to create and share ideas in real time. I particularly love the extensive range of templates available, which cater to a wide variety of needs from brainstorming sessions to project planning. The real-time collaboration feature is a game-changer. Team members can simultaneously work on the same board, no matter where they are located, which has significantly enhanced our productivity and creativity. Overall, Miro is an indispensable tool for any team looking to improve collaboration and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Miro is how overwhelming it can be for new users. The platform's extensive range of features and capabilities, while powerful, can be daunting for someone just getting started. The multitude of options and tools available can make it difficult to know where to begin, leading to a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving several key problems related to collaboration, project management, and remote teamwork. One major issue it addresses is disconnected collaboration. Miro provides a unified platform where team members can collaborate in real-time, regardless of their location. This enhances team synergy, reduces the need for constant context-switching, and keeps everyone on the same page, significantly improving productivity and efficiency.
Another problem Miro tackles is the limited creativity often experienced in remote settings. With its interactive whiteboards, diverse range of templates, and brainstorming tools, Miro enables creative sessions that are just as dynamic and engaging as in-person meetings. This fosters a more innovative environment, allowing team members to freely share ideas, brainstorm effectively, and visually map out projects and strategies.
Personally, Miro has significantly improved how our team collaborates, making it easier to work together on complex projects even when we're not physically in the same place. The platform's tools have allowed us to unleash our creativity, facilitating more dynamic brainstorming sessions and innovative solutions.
