What do you like best about the product?
Miro is most helpful for its seamless collaboration features, allowing teams to work together in real-time from anywhere. Its extensive customization options enable users to tailor their workspace to fit specific project needs, enhancing productivity and creativity. The platform’s versatile tools make it an indispensable asset for visual presentations and brainstorming sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers many benefits, it does have some downsides. Adjusting to its new method of creating presentations can be time-consuming, especially for those used to traditional tools. The lack of integration with Google Suite can be inconvenient, as it hinders the ability to save presentations easily alongside other documents. Additionally, the expansive board and constant scrolling can be overwhelming, particularly for large or complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of dispersed team collaboration by providing a platform where everyone can work together in real-time, regardless of location. This benefit is significant as it enhances teamwork and ensures that ideas are shared and developed collectively. Miro’s customization options and interface streamline the process of creating visual presentations and brainstorming sessions, making it easier to convey ideas effectively. Additionally, the platform’s versatility in handling various types of projects boosts productivity and creativity, helping to achieve better outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many tools and templates that I can choose from to keep my tasks and ideas organized. I can customize the layouts the way I want. I use my boards almost every day for work and school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boards don't load properly; the cards get out of order or move around, so I have to refresh the page 1-2 times to fix it. I also wish there was a feature to upload documents to link to cards. It took a little bit of a learning curve before I got used to Miro's interface and toolbars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me manage all of my work tasks by category and priority. I also use it when doing my literature reviews for school; I use the diagramming tools to connect ideas together and keep track of my sources.

A great space for remote collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Miro takes the concept of being a whiteboard and adds a digital spin to it. Allowing creating diagrams, voting on priorities, making moodboards and it all is instantly available to your colleagues - it's a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever the group becomes too large or there are too many changes at the same time, Miro seems to lag a little. The changes appear with a lag or sometimes confuse other editors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting thoughts into diagrams and visualizing relations between topics.

Amazing collaboration tool - especially with young people

What do you like best about the product?
We have been running a 6 month project with weekly meetings with young people, as part of a yough engagement project. We have a Miro board for the group that we set up with key activities, information, and embedded items. All of us are collaborators, and we set up activities and feedback items for the young people to complete, all of our work and ideas are captured in one place. We can also work during and outside of the session, so if we miss a meeting for any reason, we can catch up and contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little while to figure out how to make the most of the features, but given how much it cna do, this is not really a suprise (or a downside!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can capture everyone's views, whether they attend the meeting or not. it is also engaging and fun for the young people, and we can embed activities, videos, gifs, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Tempates available for use - not required to start from zero
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting starting was a little tricky. Took some time (trial and error) to get it down!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out expected processes to visually present to the team - allows everyone to be on the same page with understanding the flow and order in which steps will/should be taken

Miro is a perfect collaboration platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple users can be on it at the same time. In class we can all see our progress as the semester goes on. I also like that the photos aren't link-embedded which makes it easier to upload images. Otherwise, it's easy to use. I've never had to use the customer support since I've never had issues. We use it frequently in my masters program and I like that you can see who is on the board and where their cursor is. It was easy to implement and integrate in my daily student life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to insert videos. We needed to post animations for one of my classes and we had to make a youtube account and post videos via youtube through Miro. Also, sometimes it can be really slow but I feel like that's just an issue of how many people are on it and how much data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the progress of everyone in my class. We're able to get ideas from eachother, comment on eachothers work, see whats working and whats not working design-wise.

I love Miro for collaboration and brainstormings with the team

What do you like best about the product?
I like the team interactions on Miro, with music and the temp running. Another nice feature is the private mode while people are writing their thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a UX Designer, so many times I have to move a few pieces of information to Figma and it's not that easy, it seems I have to take a screenshot or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our sprint reviews, our manager displays the link and we use the team review template to write about our past 2 weeks. They organize in a project all the reviews. Figma does the same but I see Miro as a non-technical tool, is very easy to use and it's easier than Figma for the rest of the company, that's the biggest difference from Figma.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro because it's so easy to use and great for live collaboration. I can take notes, make diagrams, and even lay out pseudocode for my projects quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately there are text limits in the code blocks which stops me from collaboratong on an entire codebase. Its mot even a large limit either i cant paste in code more than 100 lines it seems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to colaborate witg my entire development tea. Easily and exists as a hub for our projects and ideas. The boards are huge and let us keep many notes and ideas in one place

Miro is great for education!

What do you like best about the product?
I am a currently a student in a Filipino University, and out of all the other graphing/online whiteboard apps online, Miro is the most intuitive and has the most features of any of them. In my work as a university tutor, I and many others in my university use Miro everytime there needs be an online group discussion such as tutorial sessions. This is my bread and butter compared to other whiteboards online which do not have vector drawing which makes it awkward if you want to use a mouse to write. I also find it helpful that it's very easy to send a link people you wan't to collaborate with. In my case, that is fellow tutors or tutees that may want to point some things out regarding Miro.
Miro also has plenty of tools such as diagramming which also helps me as a Computer Science student in making UML Diagrams or generally planning how my program designs will go.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike regarding Miro are its lack of options especially when it comes to drawing tablets. A drawing tablet tends to not produce the best drawings on the whiteboard as compared to tablet or mouse. While the mouse setup already serves my needs, it would still be nice if there were more support for devices like this.

Another thing I dislike about Miro is its lack of features such as keybinds for "quick swapping colors" or "increasing/decreasing brush width". Those kinds of features would make it really easy for me to swap modes and make the general flow of my discussions a lot smoother.

While these problems are not necessarily fundamental issues with the program itself, I believe they are just nice to have in the end to make my job easier for me with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my work in a tutoring services organization, Miro has immensely been part of my workflow especially for helping tutees udnerstand various concepts. I teach Mathematics-related topics primarily, and I find it the best online diagramming/whiteboard for this exact purpose. I've had problems with other online whiteboards enforcing a strict low-bound for the maximum number of people that can interact with the board and that is not helpful during times I have to teach 20, 30, or ever 40 people at a time. I also find Miro to help me diagram and mindmap which helps me study and is essential in refreshing knowldge and in my Software Engineering related projects where I am supposed to diagram out my solutions. All in all, Miro really is the best tool in the market and as a officer in the tutoring services organization recommend it to my peers and to those that I supervise.
