Great tool for planning and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro a lot for planning. It's so easy to create stickies and move things around so I find it helps me organise my thoughts. I use it a lot for collaborating with others in workshops or when I'm teaching. Everyone can contribute and other tools such as the timer and votes are really helpful. I also like that you can find readymade templates for lots of things as it saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing major that I dislike. I have seen students sometimes get "lost" on the large boards so perhaps there could be more support with navigation. Also, maybe more colours for stickies?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team works entirely remotely so it helps us when collaborating in workshops and when presenting work. I'm a visual person and it helps me to layout my ideas and thoughts so I can make sense of them.
The PI, Design session and planning have been remarkably efficient with Miro.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and sharing wireframes, mockups, and diagrams has streamlined our design process. The real-time collaboration capabilities have fostered creativity and quick iterations. The integration with other essential tools such as Figma and Jira has been a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is prefect tool to use in Project Management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has significantly boosted our team's efficiency. Its comprehensive features and integrations have made our project management processes more cohesive and productive. We use SAFe framework, fits perfectly
So easy to use and very user friendly, There are end number of possibilities and ways to use
What do you like best about the product?
In Miro, creating workflows, idea dumps, etc can be done very easily and there are prebuilt ideas from were you can have an idea of how and in which ways they can be used. we can add many details to it and what I like the most is we can zoom in and zoom out to the square boxes and this helps us in adding more and more details in a single place with lots of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much which I think is lagging or anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Miro to create the workflows for the customer journeys and the automation funnel visualization.
miro is a good application app and i likely to recommend my friend to use it.

Perfect for designing workflow and strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I love using it to help me design and structure workflows for everything from new paid ad campaigns to entire SEO strategies and plans. The features and templates make it so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike! It does everything that I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a very visual thinker and worker so to have a platform that enables me to put my brain down on 'paper' in this way is great. And then it helps me to be more coherent in my planning and strategy and then sharing that with colleagues.
Very easy to use and extremely helpful with our research and analysis.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility it offers when it comes to creating different types of boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way text is fitted inside the sticky note - often times a large portion of the sticky note png is empty while my text is barely readable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main one is having everything well sorted out with clear paths, colors, labels etc that lets me organize my thoughts when doing analysis and research.
Not simply a whiteboard with random templates
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build clear and differentiated boards that can be used for collaboration as well as individual knowledge hubs. It's the easiest tool in the market to create boards and after using it regularly and having used a competitor like Mural in the past, I am please with the amount of features that enable job-role specific needs to other's do not have (i.e. mindmaps, prebuilt project maangement, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I would improve the UI a bit in the boards tab to make it more intuitive but it's a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration in a centralized place that can grow depending on the needs on demand and provides users with the tools to cover any aspect of a project. I used to have multiple tools covering from research, brainstorming, task management, etc. I do all of that within dedicated boards with the respective teams.
A Mindblowing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
How the board has no limits. It feels like I could write forever and the board will keep on growing with my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not organized, it could be asy to get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration is key in a remote team like mine. Miro provides a great workstation for that. We use it in every proyect, from ideation all the way through strategy.
Miro is the tool I use to visualize and organize my creative thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I use it almost every day, for brainstorming ideas and making beautiful technical diagrams
Miro has a great a advantages over other tools:
- The large support of shapes (for every diagram standard there are shapes in miro)
- The shortcuts, as a power user Miro has nice shortcuts to work faster
- How easily you can connect shapes by arrows, believe me in other tools this is often a real pain to do
- The export quality of image
- Text export to CVS from a shape selection, I often use to continue in Excel.
- Teams integration with Miro, through Miro teams app I can easily collaborate in Miro with my colleagues
- Miro is so easy to use that colleagues without Miro experience can start using it right away

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I really miss in Miro is high qualty PNG export with transparent background. Right now I often do a vector export and then from MacOS preview an export to png. The CMD+C png export option often has insufficient quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the tool I use to visualize and organize my creative thoughts, in addition, I use it to collaborate with colleagues.
Essential for remote colaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's full of possibilities so it can be used pretty much for every need, from meetings, to roadmap, to wireframing, or just documentation of process. The number of features make Miro super flexible and other tools simply dont offer that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so straightforward to learn for people who never worked with visual tools before. So when you organize a workshop with people from areas where this type of tool is not common, you alwyas have to spend some time before explaining how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, I used to host collaborative sessions in the office, with postits and paper. It would be impossible to work as a remote or hybrid team. Its also nice to have one cloud based tool that everyone can access and edit in different times, saves all the info in a researchable way,
