Great collaborative software that is easy to use for everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
Great for running workshops and training sessions. I love it that not everyone needs to have a paid account to join in to participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when there are too many post-its, the software tends to lag. This makes it hard to continously use the same board over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy to learn software so it makes it easy for us to use it for 1st timers. It takes a short activity to explain to new users how to use post-its, change its colour or even pan around the board.
Designing colaboratively with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very user-friendly. One does not need to have lots of experience to get to use it for building interactive boards, flows and many more. It offers a rich variety of resources, such as music player, timer, voting tool, template library amongs others.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Miro is the need to login evert now and then, sometimes a take a short break from designing just to find the login screen waiting for my retun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with good tools for designing my projects, as well as the possibility to cocriate freely with my colleages in real time using a large variety of graphic assets, comments and many more resources.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for team management; smart ways for data presentation; intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot create and save custom templates for reuse. This would save us a lot of time and improve Miro's quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues that appear in day to day work; It allows our team members to collaborate simultaneously. We keep our team meeting in Miro! This has significantly improved our efficiency, as we can brainstorm ideas, share feedback and work together in real-time.
Excellent tool for online collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Using Miro, I can customize our online sharing space with different visual content so that it will become engaging. For wireframing, it provides many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using Miro, I seen that scrolling on board is little bit challenging and at initially it takes a good time to adopt. One more thing is that the dashboard is not engaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Miro for different things such as wireframing, visual collaboration platform, and as a whiteboard as well. Using this, I can share things in more engaging way to the clients.
Using Miro to share insights and ideation
What do you like best about the product?
- What I love about Miro is collaboration in real-time. It's awesome to see the team working together, anticipating ideas through practical flows and hands-on activities.
- The integrations through plugins and tools also are a game-changer for me, allowing me to combine different tools in one place.
- Using elements to create wireframes and the drag and drop feature allows me to ideate without limiting myself to technical constraints.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The board slows down if I upload many images, especially when I zoom in/out.
- Sometimes, when I leave a board open for a long time without closing the browser tab, certain elements (like icons) seem to disappear. When I reopen the board, the board goes back to normal.
- The arrows don't quite work how I want them to when I'm trying to show connections between images. It can be frustrating when I intend to connect with different elements on the board, but the arrow hits the node as a system priority. It takes me some extra time to disconnect them and make them go where I want.

Miro is my go-to for setting up Minimum Viable Products and hashing out those early-stage ideas. It's a great way to get different teams on the same page. The tool also helps with team productivity, as I work remotely with people from different time zones.

For my use cases, it's a perfect tool. Can't think about any negative points.

Strong and multifunctional tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, able to hold loads of information in one place. It can be used for many different purposes. The options with Miro are almost limitless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when there is a lot of data, it can take up more of your browser's usage than average. If you don't have a strong pc, don't build big Miro boards!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an Email Marketing Specialist and we work on a lot of different flows in our Marketing Automation platform. We use Miro to create a clear and detailed overview of all our tracks, emails and content.
Working together despite the distance
What do you like best about the product?
That you can both organize workshops with the stakeholders and work doing brainstorming with the other team memebers. I like that you can link files, images and external links all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not really disappointed by any feature, maybe it could be better at sync the boards, causa sometimes when I create new boards they don't appear in the right project for the other team members, even though I see them there

It makes possible to work with my teammates even if we are not phisically together, it also help keeping all the informations about a project in one place and organize them
Intuitive and powerful tool for virtual visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it combines a natural whiteboard/head design interface with live collaboration features in a very simple and efficient way. I like that with Miro we can exchange ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a free version available, but many of the advanced features are only available in the paid versions. Although the price may be considered an issue for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides a large number of templates for different types of projects, which makes creating diagrams, mind maps, presentations and other documents very quick and easy.
The tool that change de way we work every day
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a tool that allows us to unify work areas in one place. It helped us share information and create content in an orderly and agile way. It is our place where the flows and processes of the company are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing per user is not clear when new people are added. The 7-day trial is not a comfortable way to activate them. Then, you cannot go from a full user to a commenting-only user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the centralization of application processes and flows. It is the only place where they are shared, approved and sent to development. The integration with JIRA is key to send the confirmed information to the squads.
