Best collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Works for multiple users without crashing, has a huge range of possibilities to use it for, such as brainstorming, affinity mapping, propotyping, diagramming. They often make updates and enhancements and are very open to feedback. It's also user friendly and fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the boards had more consistent sizing or abilities to organize, because while I like the freedom for collaborating/brainstorming, I want my boards organized at the end of the day. I also wish it had more diagramming features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for collaborative and easy sharing of diagramming and process mapping. Allows us to make easy quick visuals to show a process, build consensus, etc. It also allows for strong remote collaboration.
Miro - great for realtime collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great visual collaboration platform for virtual teams. My team is based in different cities and countries and this platform ensures that I can engage and collaborate quickly and efficiently.
It is great for brainstorming on new products and when launching new projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I experience is the difficulty when trying to save documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is great for creating storyboards ad wireframes. It saves me time and effort as the content and information is captured in real-time.
It has saved the business time and money by being able to use this tool remotely instead of getting the team together in a conference or training room.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Miro for my final and got an A! I used the diagram feature (I'm awful with technology) and It was so easy! I got compliments on my presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no ghost more/anonymity so your collegues cab constantly see if you're online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it so simple and easy for us to give our collegues notes to improve or expand on their work. helps us to progress is our abilities very much! Especially in the design realm.
Collaboration at scale!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's diagramming features are soo easy to use, it helps to quickly build the conceptual thinking and design, more importantly, seeking feedback is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited ability to export the diagrams in an object form to reuse in other applications (Ex: Confluence, MS Word).
Currently, the best option is to copy/export as an image.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is facilitating collaboration and ability to quickly seek and update feedback. Tools ability to help visualize a whole picture views across multiple diagrams, makes it an excellent choice for collaboration with various levels of stakeholders.
I really like using miro clean and easy user interface.

All types of diagramming we can do easily. We even get lot's of template easily available to have a idea if using it for first time or a begineer.

Free plans limit can be made better. Also I personally don't like exporting part.

It does take time to load, more often than not. So it does worry me if I accidentally refresh, if my changes were saved.

Multi purpose user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform suits a variety of Needs. As a marketing specialist, I usually provide the team flow charts to show automations, or mind maps to summarize the ideas for an upcomming campaign. I can do all these in Miro without trouble. If I dont what a specific template is, the template itself is pretty self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that is a bit limited in terms of design. It always looks like work on a piece of paper.If I want to add a style or branding, I need to use other platforms.

Miro makes it really easy for all of our teammates to collaborate in a specific project. As it allows multiple users to edit a file, it comes very handy when multiple people have different schedules and not everyone can meet at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Moving of objects can be quite sensitive upon click. Many of times, objects are accidently move far from spot when the mouse click isn't intend.

Brainstorming for a project on an unique product of an organisation. Benefits for overall view of the process. Able to let me work all within same board and identify gaps

What do you like best about the product?
I've found Miro to be a helpful tool in communicating ideas or business gaps in a visual way to leadership and team members. The templates are super helpful as a way to start brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of templates to look through with Miro, so I would appreciate more support in deciding where to start with them. They are bucketed into general categories but a quiz to help me choose the best one could be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me better communicate ideas and processes to my leadership team and teammates. Because it simplifies communication it helps our internal discussions be more effective and feel less biased.
Great for collaborative virtual white boarding & visualizing complex flows
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with others live is a great way to get evevryone on the same page during working sessions. The visualization tools help boil down complex flows, connections, and potential collisions / areas of overlap to assist in developing plans to move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template library is great, but sometimes I find the pre-built templates to not be as customizable as we would like. Being able to easy create custom shape components would be a great way to improve this.

Virtual collaboration is one of the biggest benefits. As mentioned previously, the visualization of complex flows, experiences, and potential collisions help us plan accordingly.
