My go to tool for all things collaboration, journey mapping, project planning

What do you like best about the product?
I now use Miro for most of the collaboration for my project work. I appreciate the efficiencies it has created in visual docmentation of the detail related to projects. I espcially like the variability in formats, swtiching from text, shapes, icons an screen shots which I can use in a single view. I also use Miro for collaboration tools which links with teams tools very easily and provides a great space for working together in this virtual world of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I find it hard to set the zoom at the right level, I can get lost on the board and lose my way, however through practise I can master this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to visually depict customer journey's, add text and comments through sticky notes. I also use it to iterate, take feedback in real time.

    Internet

miro makes work more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
MIRO is like an online whiteboard. In our online work, we didn't have a tool like a whiteboard where we could write down everyone's thoughts and share our thoughts. With miro, however, this is possible, and complex systems can be organised and understood by describing them. This allows us to discuss things as if we were working face to face.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little, but I would venture to say that you cannot copy the characters that other users have selected. I think it is necessary that other users cannot edit the character they are selecting, but it would be nice to be able to copy it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to share our thoughts online, which helps us to work more smoothly.

Miro for both professional and personal life!

What do you like best about the product?
Organization. I love thinking in short sprints, stickies, and short notes. This format is able to help me replicate design thinking in a digital / remote setting that traditional powerpoints and docs simply can't do. It's great for ideation and visualizing a thought process with multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bring back the AI feature!
Embed more with ChatGPT or AI features
This does not replace project management tools yet. Boards can be more interactive or easy to use for these types of use cases.
Need a 'smooth scroll' option via mouse where we're able to lock the same position when scrolling up and down. My partners get vertigo sometimes when I move around the screen haphazardly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing design thinking workshops into the remote virtual world. It's the best way to get everyone's brains working, low effort with stickies, and keep people engaged. I love the small features like having music play during timers. Allows us to make mistakes, and then piece them together to find the right path forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to combine a multitude of data of varying forms in one place. The sticky note feature helps me sort through large amounts of qualitative research. Very easy to work together on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Can't export merged images
- No feature that allows me to make sticky notes the same size as a custom sticky
- Text features are still quite glitchy
- No feature to copy column/row height or width
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with staff that are working from home more than others. Any work we need to share can either be access by other staff members or easily screenshared over Teams

What do you like best about the product?
As an architectural designer in a hybrid work environment, Miro has become my go-to platform for seamless collaboration everyday. Here's what I love most:

Brainstorming & Sketching Unleashed: The infinite canvas lets me freely sketch concepts and ideas alongside colleagues in real-time. It's like having a giant, virtual tracing paper – perfect for bouncing ideas around and iterating quickly.

Client Collaboration Made Easy: Miro bridges the gap between design and communication. Uploading PDFs of plans and using the markup tools allows for easy client feedback and redlining sessions, even remotely.

Presentations on the Fly: No need for bulky presentations anymore. I can curate project boards with key visuals, sketches, and notes, then seamlessly switch to presentation mode for clear and engaging client updates, right there on the platform.

Overall, Miro fosters a dynamic and collaborative design environment, perfect for today's hybrid workflow. It's a must-have for any architectural designer looking to streamline communication and boost creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better file maintenance and heavyness,
Would like to be able to have more control about drawing / sketching abilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster Project Completion: Streamlined communication, feedback loops, and presentations lead to quicker design iterations and faster project completion.

More Creative Collaboration: Real-time collaboration fosters a more dynamic and engaging design process, allowing for better exchange of ideas.

Miro is the best tool to throw in everything that is in your mind

What do you like best about the product?
I am very visual, and brainstorming in Miro helps me visualize my thinking process. Miro also makes it easy to later share with the rest of the team, allowing collaboration and interesting conversations to happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to have a lot of boards and information inside Miro, and the only thing that I would love is to have a better way of organizing or cleaning boards after they haven't been used for a while, since digital diogenes can start to build up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is remote, and Miro is a great place to collaborate and work together even through a computer screen. It helps us organize and communicate our ideas and thoughts.
