A tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
As a UX manager, I have many projects running at the same time with a lot of information and MIRO helps me organize everything visually. Like a real whiteboard, I can quickly change a sticker, a flow, or even a card integrated into JIRA. But the best feature for me is the collaboration possibilities where I can keep the team updated in a meeting or asynchronous.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost no complaints about MIRO, but one thing I use a lot and find that could be better is an automated Gantt chart template.
MIRO does have a Gantt chart template but I have to manually configure the month, weeks, and days for each column. It would be wonderful to have the possibility to import this template from a real calendar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, MIRO is a single solution that solves several activities such as discoveries, project management, team management, co-creative sessions, personal notes, and more.
No more Docs. Express your thoughts creatively.
What do you like best about the product?
The three main features I love about Miro are: Templates, Collaboration, and Navigation. I can go from idea, poc, roadmap, mvp to launch plan. The dimensions of the way information can be presented have a significant impact in how we communicate within organizations and collaborate across teams. It is a great tool to collaborate. I use it to build strategy, presentations, mockups, and roadmaps. It's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPad app does not have the online desktop functionality which makes it hard to use. It would be great for navigation to be improved there. The new AI assistant is cool. Looking forward to more applications. I am used the "text to presentation" feature. It's ok. Could be improved to deliver more graphs than just slides with text and an unrelated picture. But it is a start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting in a word processor is cool if ideas are linear and hierarchal. But they rarely are. Miro provides a different view where things can connect in a way that makes sense to the user and their collaborators.
Miro is perfect for a teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing the workflow of a project with multiple people
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating shapes to outline a space, afterwards it becomes hard to select whats inside because only the shape gets selected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great to create a timeline of the workflow and be able to see how the work is evolving during the time, plus its great to pin references and notes.
Great tool for ideation and documentation
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, add images and connect different ideas. And it also looks good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing documents from Excel, for example, doesn't work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I draw architectural diagrams, data flows and use case diagrams. And connected to them, text documents and screen prints.
Miro is surprisingly simple, intuitive, and complete.
What do you like best about the product?
For our daily activities, the mind map and sticky labels are quite useful. The collaboration feature with the team unifies the use of a single tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we have been using it for only a few weeks, we have not yet been able to identify which functionality we use the least because there are some features we are considering using in the future, such as surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of interacting with associated consultants and suppliers in the delivery of projects like a new Website, Trust Advisor Projects to new clients, all within a single tool. We see as one of the great benefits the possibility of all parties involved being in the same ecosystem, improving communication and assertiveness in deliveries.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like integrationg into microsoft tools specifically PowerPoint or Gslides. I have clients that don't use Miro and it requires me to take what we come up with and put inot PowerPoint or Gslides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my productivity
Not sure I could do my job (well) without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro both in my individual work and in collaborating with others.
When working alone, I leverage the tools to help me visualise and shape my thinking - allowing me to easily diagram and think through difficult problems.
When working as part of a group, it's a game-changer for making effective decisions. Without it, I think most meetings would feel like status updates. With Miro, I'm able to engage meeting attendees, elicit valuable input from more introverted colleagues and sidestep groupthink. The tools I use most frequently are 'private mode', 'dot voting', 'talk-track' and the templates library.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like. It occasionally gets a little slow if your board gets really full, and I prevously had some issues with zoom, but Miro appears to have addressed this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualise my thinking and collaborate effectively with (mostly remote) colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
Miro stands out as an exceptional tool for both prototyping and refining the blueprints of any project. Its intuitive interface empowers users to give concrete form to the initial vision of their projects. By simply inputting your ideas into Miro, you can efficiently transform abstract concepts into tangible plans. This process not only clarifies the path forward but also ensures that every aspect of the project is documented and accessible, rather than fleeting within one's thoughts. Miro's capability to seamlessly capture and visualize ideas makes it an indispensable asset for turning creativity into actionable outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make the tools a little more user friendly, provide more thought bubbles when the mouse is hovering on the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a process automation consultant and it help me get the ball rolling with clients.
Master's Thesis
What do you like best about the product?
Easy overview of my whole research for my master's thesis. I was able to easily find and categorise each part, as I was using it on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you can't put more than 4 brand fonts in Miro. In the process of trying fonts and design styles, it was annoying to constantly change brand fonts :/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to have an easy overview of my whole research, so I didn't need to use other platforms.
