We can create useful visuals with little effort
What do you like best about the product?
The tools available are pretty versatile. They allow us to create mind maps, brainstorming, charts, presentations, calendars and more visuals. However, it remains an intuitive platform where several users can collaborate comfortably. In addition, the design is lovely, which encourages the participation of new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools overlap essential information, but we can view it when we move some elements. Reviewing how some of them work is necessary to make them easier to use without being cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a specific dashboard for the department plan I work on. I review it each day at the start of my workday to know what tasks I can list and complete during the week. It has helped me organize my to-do's, dramatically decreasing my mental workload.
The best way to get to know my customers
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's navigation was the reason why I decided to use it. It is so good that anyone can adapt to the software with a couple of simple directions.
I love that the templates can be modified with a few clicks to suit the moment's needs.
And their visuals are lovely, complete and easy to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has no fundamental weaknesses. It is software that does what it is supposed to do. If it is necessary to use other apps, it is because Miro is not designed for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before starting each project, I meet with my clients to know what they want. To do this, we connect through Miro and create a dashboard to facilitate these explanations so that what is most important is recorded.
The result of this session is what I use as a basis for the approach of the project in question virtual office.

A virtual tool like no other
What do you like best about the product?
Miro excellently simulates a whiteboard to create a virtual space that I really like. I can hardly feel the difference between this software and the whiteboard I have in my office.
Thus, the platform has become an ideal virtual office for real-time collaboration.
Some features like sticky notes, surveys and polls enhance the experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
The categorization of the boards is complicated. I am still looking for a way to sort them out that I like. However, the performance and features keep me sticking with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has become our virtual office since we started telecommuting. It has been the best choice for us.
We use Miro to exchange ideas, visualize data in user-friendly formats and plan some processes.

Miro is our GO TO for documenting anything
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use for everyone and even that they have templates that can help you springboard on a project faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigation isn't always good with zooming in and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need a way to visualize our processes, organize wireframes for presentations, documentation of software
Very powerful but I don't use all options available at all
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to model everything exactly the way I want, like a super powerful Whiteboard, that allows me to see whatever I want combined in whichever way I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's super powerful, but I never use the templates that they suggest whenever creating a new file, it's like these templates never fully fill out the needs I'm looking for so I end up creating everything from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us create some timelines for yearly demands for our ecommerce clients, helps me visualize everything with images etc in a single place, it's pretty intuitive to use too (although not in the super advanced level of the stuff they offer).
Easy, collaborative, and fun for product team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and fast it is to lay down all my thoughts to my colleagues during a discussion or just jot down my mental roadmaps in a visually good manner to be presented to everyone. All flowcharts and workflows are easily made here and works well with my needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has one technical problem where whenever I open my laptop after sleep it starts acting up and I end up restarting the whole Miro app. Apart from this it works perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not being able to explain my thought process to people verbally is solved to the point by Miro. All strategy, mind mapping, collaborative tools are extensively used by me for addressing these pain points only
Miro - The best real-time collaborative tool for the team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for the entire team to dynamically add content in real-time and brainstorm ideas and at the same time have a well-documented strategy in one place and be able to quickly share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to load the desktop app when there are multiple active boards you have logged into. This makes it hard to quickly open a miro board and share something with the team. Also, I have noticed the desktop app takes a considerable amount of resources on the machine when it is initially started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in bringing the entire team together when making decisions on certain projects, creating roadmaps, planning projects, and also during various stages of execution of the project like sprint planning, daily standups updates, retrospectives, etc.
Great tool

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing special that I don't like about Miro, maybe the handling is a bit complicated at the beginning but once you get going it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us to visualize a customer journey allowing us to put the different screenshots of the steps and linking them with the arrows.
Miro is also very useful for collaborative workshops

Miro is Magic
What do you like best about the product?
It helps teams to collaborate efficiently and exchange ideas. It acts as a virtual whiteboard and allows teams in different parts of the globe to interact and exchange ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of features and difficult to lock frames.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us to work remotely by helping us to collaborate more efficiently. It is easier to gather feedback in user research using Miro. We are using Miro to conduct our Sprint Retrospectives, which provides many inbuilt templates. After any workshop or interview the outputs are summarised in Miro and it is reviewed within team virtually without having to schedule any meeting.
Great for cross functional collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, and the new Miro AI feature. These made my design process and workflow more efficient. Also somewhat easily to learn for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing lines between shapes can be tough. Tables are also clunky and hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across multiple teams.
