Fanastic virtual collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy for team members to collaborate virtually through different feedback mechanisms with the following being my most used - stickies, emoticons, and prioritization grids. When it comes to soliciting feedback, Miro allows users to collaborate anonymously if desired, which is helpful in sessions where you want to capture anonymous feedback for a particular subject area or to get even more engagement. A huge benefit with Miro too is that you can share your board with members in your session without the need for them to create an account/license which can be a huge barrier for teams when looking at a tool of choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user completely new to this tool, navigating around the board can be a bit confusing at first with learning how to zoom in/out or moving across the boards. It takes some adjustment but after a few uses, it does get easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been useful for helping my team to solicit feedback from our stakeholders in the form of ideation, validation, voting, and prioritization. It's been a great source of reference material as well since we often look back on the boards to pinpoint stickies from specific discussions to support with any documentation.
The best platform for team constructions and overview of processes
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of templates you can use for team constructions, which helps you discover new metodologies to use in your everyday-routine
The never-ending board is also great for when you can't have unlimited boards but for free you can have as many different materials as you want
Nowadays me and my team use miro every time we need to build a new process and organize routines since it's way better than using spreadsheets, so every day we can check on what we have to do on our board where the whole team has access.
Implementing it was very fluid and easy because it's a very intuitive app, we also never had any worries or problems using it so we never needed to contact customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the desktop app sometimes is too slow, and it should be easier to use than the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped me create a whole new customer journey that increased in 400% the results we were having with our clients, it's so easy to have a nice vision of what you and your peers are doing in the app
I enjoy using Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tools and functions in Miro. I like that it has every function I need for my projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I think transferrence from Miro to other platforms is missing. If I were to copy and paste into another application, it becomes challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was limited to having only a few boards at the beginning as a free users, but since my univeristy has collaborated with Miro, I can now have unlimited boards. I love that.
Miro changed my life!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers so many unique tools that help me create brainstorming locations for different teams. Using the templates that are created by users and the community are always so fun to scroll through!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the exporting tool - whenver i go to print a presentation, the slides are always out of order no matter what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has created a place for me to have brainstorming locations for unique teams. Each team i am a member of is trying to solve a different problem, meaning each board is going to be drastically differnent. Miro helps me keep track and keep it fun.
A tool that helps us gain clarity in processes. Easy to use and very comprehensive.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of handling and the ready-made models. They help a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like. At first, all the features suit us very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawing processes, for example, in spreadsheet or text tools, does not make the processes as clear as creating them here.
Excellent place to draft ideas and explain concepts
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has helped me in many ways during my daily activities. It is an excellent tool for drafting ideas and creating fancy diagrams. I have used it to draw our pipelines more easily so non-expert people can understand it. Moreover, the tool is also easy to use and explore. You can integrate it with many other tools and export/import ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the copyrights are printed with the figure when you export it from Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me to present and discuss my ideas with non-expert people.
Infinity board

The "Infinity Board". We can use to do anything, this is the best thing about Miro.

Don't have nothing that I dislilke in Miro. I am a fan and I use everyday on work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with people during Covid-19, and make easy to explain workshops and activities of cocriation
Excellent tool to illustrate your best ideas into projects in a collaborative way
What do you like best about the product?
That everyone can collaborate and its clearly who is doing what
What do you dislike about the product?
Heavy tool that gets a bit slow once you have a heavy board, but that will also depend in your connection and computer capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on CX and CRM, so Miro helps a lot to ilustrate in a very clear way the consumer journey, and it makes it easy for everybody to collaborate, comment, etc.
It is like a white board for POs. Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great place to put notes and create documents shared amongst many. IT field needs this everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING, its great ! I wouldnt change anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to integrate all different platforms and all different kinds of people into one space. Developers, product owners, executives. We all can get into one board and start small but then when you look back 6 months later its a huge space.
We use Miro for all Scrum events! And more...
What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for all events in our SW development: review, planning, retrospective, and refinements. We even migrated product backlog into there from Jira as having it visual makes it so much easier to collaborate.
I cannot imagine our
Because Miro is super visual it allows you to share and explain complicated topics with an audience that is new to the domain.

What do you dislike about the product?
People without full license have limited options to collaborate (only comments). I wish we could buy them a temporary "two hour license" to enable them for that particular event. For example, our sprint review every two weeks where we invite external customers - does not make sense for them to buy a full license but if we could give them one, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to meet in the office daily to be effective.
Also, we can scale the development -> 16 dev teams cannot realistically collaborate on one backlog other than the backlog being visualized online.
