Collaborative work
Best concept mapping application for studies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work collaboratively on the same project and the ability to work on multiple devices (computer, iPad). I also like the ease of use of the platform; it is very intuitive and allows for the creation of concept maps. It is very well-suited for use in an academic context. I regularly use this platform to facilitate my understanding of the material covered in class. It is very easy to use the platform to create documents to integrate into other documents. For example, I can create a concept map that I easily export as a PDF document, which I can then integrate into a Word document. I have never needed to contact customer service in the context of my use of the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote teams can't gather around a whiteboard, but with Miro they can.
Miro allows us to collaborate as if we were in the same room.
Miro allows us to capture diverse types of ideas: technial diagrams, workshop brainwriting, mind maps in one place, not separate tools for separate needs.

My go to tool to visualise, brainstorm, collaborate and more
What do you like best about the product?
It is great enabler for me in my day to day, almost completely removes the need of a whiteboard, and deffinately replaces it in virtual hybrid workplace. I joked recently, that if I lose my Miro account I will lose my job, that is how much I rely on it to download or reassemble my thoughts or bring up clarity in a conversation or just facilitate collaboration meeting
What do you dislike about the product?

User-Friendly with Some Lag Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro really easy to set up and user-friendly, simplifying the transition from other platforms. The numerous templates and collaboration tools, especially for graphic design, are indispensable for my team’s product development. Miro enhances project tracking and communication efficiently, making it a vital tool for our daily workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's still some delays and lag based on how much information is within each board. Sometimes there's lagging issues. Additionally, I find it problematic that when using the web-based feature, opening a new tab or frame in Miro overrides the previous one, unlike Concept Board. Although the Miro app can open new tabs and windows, I prefer using the web-based version as it seems faster, but I often switch between the app and web versions based on which is performing better. Sometimes, the performance lags on the web, and other times in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excellent collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a wonderful digital resource for project planning and integrating a collaborative workspace among colleagues and peers. Each function is pretty seemless to understand, making troubleshooting very intuitive. I especially like how you can create multiple boards and organize them to your liking. Highly recommend for project forecasting and risk assessment.

Glitches with too many users on one board.
