Great collaborative tool for everyone (not just designers!)
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and seamless to create a board and start getting your ideas across. It has also been easy to onboard others in my organisation to use the tool, making collaboration a breeze. I use Miro everyday for my work and appreciate the auto-save functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those using Miro for a number of projects and a large scale of work, it would be great to have more levels of folders to store projects. Currently, you can only group Miro boards in one layer of folders which means it is harder to find the board you're looking for and you'll have to get more creative with naming conventions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a space for me to complete all my work - everything from planning to executing, mapping to presenting.
Fantastic online white board, perfect for discovery and workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is so eay to use, that I can get creative and map out all of my ideas and keep expanding on my work. I love the templates that you can exlore to see if there is already a great format you can get inspo from to present your ideas. I use Miro everyday at work, so it's clearly a very important resource for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit finnicky sometimes - you have to ensure you very accuraley select the right element you wish to move. I wihs there was an easier way to "selct all elements" you wish to move around.

I like to use Miro, but it’s very expensive to use it as a teacher working not at study organization

It can be fiddly, in otherwords ther ecan be alot of clicking and can easily get messy. you need somone in charge of keeping it neat.

Nothing much, I just had to learn how to navigate it because it was my first time using it.

It solved the problem of having to meet in person, which was a good solution for my team.
Great collaboration tool to successfully start off any project

easily integrate figma screens and url's
What do you dislike about the product?
no layers in your frames
--> only needed for a very visual workshop where we work with different vectors to create a total experience/room - once created, it would be easy to lock it all in one specific layer

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure everyone is aligned without needing to be physically present together. The advantage of using Miro is that it enables ongoing project collaboration beyond the confines of a workshop.

Miro is the product design multi-tool you need!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Miro for all your product team needs. I use it EVERY DAY for all of my product definition work: workflows, process maps, journey maps, feature scoping, wireframes and even presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small features I would like to make it more usable: flipping shapes, editing the color of icons, little things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is making the one tool dream happen! It's nice to have so many integrations and ways of working in one platform.
See the big picture and in the weeds view at the same time
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to organise information and sensemake large amounts of data by moving it around and clustering. So good for seeing the big picture but also for drilling down into a specific area. Everyday I have at least 2 Miro boards open at a time. Have only needed to use customer support once when a big heavy Miro board became corrupted and we could not open it. CS was able to duplicate dthe board on the back end for us. Integrates so well with Google Drive for linking docs slides and spreadsheets. Love the expand feature for pdfs. Super easy to implement on a new project or with a new client.
What do you dislike about the product?
More postit colors. I often use a color gradient to show hierarchy so would be great to have a couple more shades of purple and the blues are not the same tone so it doesn't work as well as the yellows and greens. Would be extremely helpful to be able to create folders within a project. We have so many Miro boards for any given project that it would be helpful to organize them within folders and subfolders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time virtual collaboration. Big picture mapping. A canvas to add builds or feedback by clients
