Obtaining and organising information with MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO's collaborative features make it an exceptionally powerful tool for teams. Each team member can add and modify their content on the board simultaneously, giving everyone the chance to contribute effectively in real time. And with MIRO's impressive range of stickers, shapes and fonts, you can easily create vibrant designs that will grab the attention of all who see them. Tables can also be created quickly - making data organisation easier than ever! The interface itself is straightforward too, so even those new to boards won't have any trouble figuring out how best to lay things out, and users are kept up to date on any changes made by their teammates, ensuring that everyone stays ahead of the game when designing these helpful tools together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love MIRO and find it to be an incredibly versatile product. However, while I'm able to complete basic tasks with ease, creating things like flowcharts can sometimes prove challenging. In addition, the constant feature updates not only result in great new capabilities, but also some disruption due to the rearrangement of current features. Despite being unable or unwilling at times to use all of the features available within this amazing program; overall, most computer user's needs are amply covered by MIRO's extensive range of software tools!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO solves the problem of making diagrams easier for me. Compared to other solutions, I find it much easier and time-saving to create flowcharts or any kind of diagrams with MIRO. What's more, MIRO's ongoing development means that there are always new features that help me to be more efficient and productive.
Simple, intuitive and organised
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me most about Miro is its comprehensive nature. With a diverse set of tools for sharing and creating visual content, this platform provides the perfect environment for team collaboration or creative endeavours such as art projects. It also allows users to customise workflows and design spaces to their specifications, while simplifying processes such as project management, idea visualisation, brainstorming, etc., making teamwork more efficient than ever before! What's more - and I'm continually amazed by the depth of Miro's capabilities - there are always new features around every corner in its vast library resource, full of innovative possibilities worth exploring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't appreciate the lack of support for formats other than those used by the application sending a file. In addition, Miro's limited compatibility with different paper types and sizes can make it difficult to use effectively on certain websites. Navigating through applications that require a mouse is also tedious, although there are useful templates that may not be easily accessible due to their complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organise and manage data from different sources more efficiently. I'm able to bring all my colleagues together for virtual workshop sessions that allow us to collaborate quite effectively, even if we're in different locations or time zones.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a link to a training in the beginning, even just a YouTube video. I had a bit of a learning curve that I had to do, to start seeing results

It is easy to use, with many intuitive capabilities. I am a visual thinker and value the ability to see relationships from content development, user experience and operationally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has more power than I currently know how to access and apply. I wish it was easier, with the free version, to include the whiteboard(s) in other apps - spreadsheets.

Our first project with Miro was to map the 3 different sources of candidates' journey from first contact to exit. This information is being mapped to our website for candidates' customer experience with us. This is helping develop messaging that can be templated and incorporated into automated processes.
A planning and brainstorming tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro facilitates effective remote collaboration and can help increase productivity in my team. Its ease of use makes it ideal for quickly starting a session or creating boards from templates, while the inclusion of visual elements helps us communicate better with each other. Not only that, I am really excited about using Miro in our client presentations! At the moment, though, we're mainly using it amongst ourselves to track business-related things like strategy planning and product development - not always spoken conversations, sometimes just drawn on board formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Miro offers limited support for documents written in programs other than word processing and spreadsheet programs. It's also incompatible with different font sizes and paper formats, which limits its use without a mouse. Furthermore, while some of the templates are difficult to use, they are still useful tools if you want to use Miro successfully.

Efficient project management software for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's cooperation elements are what I like about it the most. No matter where we are in the globe, working together on tasks and exchanging ideas is very easy. Everyone can contribute easily and remain on task thanks to the system's user-friendliness and simplicity of navigation. Further streamlining our process is the capability to integrate with other tools we use, such as Slack and Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite enjoying Miro, one thing that annoys me is the occasional delay when using the platform. Occasionally, it takes more time than it should to load pages or save changes, which can impede our progress. Another problem I've experienced is formatting text boxes, which can be finicky and take a while. Nonetheless, these are relatively minor issues in the big picture, and overall I'm satisfied with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is resolving the issue of ineffective and fragmented project management. With its convenient interface and collaborative tools, it simplifies communication and keeps everyone in sync. Additionally, its broad variety of integrations with other platforms and tools we use helps consolidate our workflow and enhance our processes' efficiency. In the end, this saves us time and energy that we can allocate towards producing better work and accomplishing our objectives.
