I'm here to testify that Miro has always acted as our organization backbone when it comes to matters of Collaborative Whiteboard for Team Collaboration and I haven't experienced any drawback to highlight.

I like that I can easily communicate and collaborate with my learners more efficiently with Miro.It's easy to create,edit and share boards with Miro.It's easy to visualize ideas and concepts with this tool.I has a very user-friendly interface to work with.It's simple to access this tool on multiple platforms.

With Miro,everything runs perfectly and smoothly and I therefore do not find anything unpleasant to highlight.

User-friendly interface: The interface of Invision Freehand is intuitive and easy to navigate.
Multiple integrations, yet very simple. I have used it to create wireframes and run workshops.
With Freehand, you can quickly create sketches and share them with your team for feedback and collaboration.
Pricing is also reasonable.

Limited exporting options - I currently can export only as an image.
Upload of Excel data into cards/sticky notes would have been amazing.
Templates are few - I have used Mural/Lucidspark; their template library is quite useful
