Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried a lot of whiteboard services like Figjam, Mural and Microsoft and always come back to Miro. It works exactly as I expect it to work, unlike the others. It has all the features I want, especially a standalone app so I don't have to find it in the many tabs I have open in Chrome. I used to use a separate mind-mapping tool, but now use Miro for all mind-mapping.
The other thing I like a lot is templates. This is not unique to Miro, but they have made it very easy to use. Now I never start with a blank sheet as I have about 5 personal templates I pick from.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have a lot of boards and often have many open at once. Sometimes this can slow down the app, even though I have a pretty powerful laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables us to think as a team. We often start taking notes in a meeting and end up with a full plan or strategy
The best in its field
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the interface, the 'widgets' that you can use are, the import/export options, etc are all amazingly well implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grid alignment options needs a little work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro prived a single place for everything - diagramming, wireframing, collaboration, etc.
It is vastly better than the many alternatives I've used over the years.

We can collaboratively work in miro. It's UI design is very modern and efficient. I can comment, share or present my work easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more design tools to edit text, image, shape, etc. Present options are a bit complicated. I can't understand which one to use. In student licence, there may be video call with collaborators section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enhances it UI ever time. Also, app Version is better now.
Miro is a must-have for remote work!

The Swiss Army Knife of the Web
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO is just a fantastic tool. I started using it as a planning tool, and now I use it daily for personal and work use. Pretty much anything with a URL can be added to a board, so you constantly have updated information at your fingertips. Collaborative documents, like Google Docs and MS Files, can be directly embedded in the board so you can edit them right in place, which is excellent if you are working with many files.
I teach at the Graduate level, and now it is the only presentation software I use. Slide decks and supplemental materials you might use during a session can be spread across the canvas. I set up shared boards for my student's work, and they act as almost portfolios with all their work for that class in one spot. It is so much easier than dealing with individual files.
The number of integrations seems to keep growing, and now they have added the start of some pretty cool AI features, which I have yet to explore.
I haven't had to contact customer support because I have never had a problem with one of the boards.
Most of the students I work with do not have much experience with tech tools. So far, MIRO hasn't confounded anyone, and I do not have to spend much time orienting students to its use. They create an account, and off they go. Most report using it in their practice after they finish the course. I would give MIRO both thumbs up for ease of implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around a giant board can be tricky but well worth the effort. The solution, I guess, is just more intelligent planning of what you want the board to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO has helped me manage files, keep track of student progress, facilitate synchronous class sessions, and the list goes on. I can't wait to find out which problem MIRO will solve for me next. Exciting.
Versatile and practical when working a large team
What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for workshops, designing high level solutions, collaborating and visualising problems to think through. For the past 3 years i have basically lived in Miro at work, so its a important part of my day. We often use it for taking notes in user testing and also get the user to interact with concepts through Miro. It is also easy to use and colleagues find their way around it fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the AI features to be improved so it can help map out sitemaps and speed up the process of filtering through user testing data in post-it notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collaboration so much easier! My team are often spread across the country and have a "whiteboard" we can all work from is excellent. Visualising what im thinking through Miro is critical and sometimes we even wireframe in it. Like is said I live in Miro
Miro for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
We use miro as a tool to assist in collab while working remotely and on larger scale projects that require POC and MVP displays.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom in and out function on mac - could do with a lower intensity speed or at least not having to use the trackpad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project POC and MVP displays while working remotely with teams.
Couldn't work without it now
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful collaboration tool, it doesn't crash like others I have used when facilitating workshops with groups of people. Very easy to use for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer I'd love some features to support a shared library of brand assets. The ability to change the colour of imported svgs and ability to mirror/flip images would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy remote collaboration. The timer and voting features help with effective facilitation.
I also use Miro for visual mapping, diagramming and wireframing during the discovery and conceptual phases of design.
