Using Miro for landscape design and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, unlimited canvas space, multi user collaboration, support wide range of image format
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there is a function where you can import pdf and convert them to jpg in Miro. Right now it can only extract pdf to pdfs, which sometimes bring down the speed of the board. I will also like to see more way to zoom in/out the board and navigate the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep all the relevant information in one place in a visual way. Quick and easy collaboaration with other designer using it as visual pinup board
Intuitive, Easy and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I was able to learn this program. In my last role I was able to build several tools within Miro that help speed up workflow and make collaboration more efficient across several teams. It has seamlessly fit into the daily workflow process for me and my colleagues and is used regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start to build out content heavy boards that then get linked to other similar boards, for instance when building out a robust ditectory of tools for a large organization, the interface can feel slow or get bogged down. Images sometimes take a while to load and I have found myself having to close the program completely and reopen just to have a fresh start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has significantly reduced the amount of time our team was bouncing around from different file sharing platforms in order to share or find information. it helps multiple large teams collaborate in real time in one place where all teamates have equal access to share ideas and files. I have experienced growth and confidence in learning this program and trainig others on how to use it as well.
Miro is a great tool for collaboration and very easy to learn for new users

Not being able to work offline. I would like to be able to open boards and use the information without having an internet connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collaborate among peers, both from work and from school. If facilitates the work.
Best platform for visualization and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is highly functional. It provides more features than MS Whiteboard, and it looks way better as well. I conduct meetings, org charts, and process maps through Miro and i can embed my boards within various applications.

I have not come across any features of the program that cause me iusses at this time.

A way to getting started
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, 'infinite' canvas, collorative in nature
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major here. I would just say to focus on what made the tool great and not try to be everything to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to align. It augments chatting in meeting and encourages us to put things down.
Post it notes, in general, are easy to use, inviting, and low-expectation, which makes it easier for anyone to participate.
Miro artifacts are fluid, which makes it easy to change on the fly.

Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an operational and sales readiness tool. It is easy to use and allows cross-functional teams to collaborate quickly and efficiently. I use this tool to project manage through multi-quarter initiatives and receive real-time feedback from C-Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for Miro to integrate with microsoft, so we could link the content on a Miro board to a powerpoint or word document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows cross-functional consultants to view real-time project updates and collaborate efficiently.
Very useful piece of software that makes sharing workflows and decision trees with your team easy.

How easy it is to update and edit your diagrams without having to totally start over from scratch.

Not always super simple to find the function that you want, because it just has so many.

Comprehensive and intuitive diagramming that makes it easy to share logic flows with your team.
Easy and useful, I use it in every project
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and ease with which I can choose different types of stickers, color labeling, types of connection arrows, I find it really easy to use. Also the function of leaving comments on a board shared with co-workers, and allowing them to respond directly to me on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least until the last time I used it in a shared project, it was necessary for everyone to have a Miró account to be able to use it. This is discouraging when I invite external collaborators to my organization, because it forces them to create an account and creates difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make digital and online concept maps, which allow me to collaborate simultaneously with other coworkers.
Amazing collaborative tool for brainstorming, presentations or simply teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely simple to use and allows larger teams to collaborate remotely. We use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once something is set up, like a complex task system or a timeline, changes to it can be fiddly and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work remote most of the time and have many fully remote people around the globe. Sharing ideas and working collabortively on a project has been a challenge and Miro has solved this almost entirely for us.
