The best collaboration platform in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the story is it's very user-friendly to all our customers and our team, which is a great advantage. With Miro we can easily collaborate with other groups. Through brainstorming and idea generation, we discover valuable content where it matters while maintaining the confidentiality and maximum security of our client data.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. I have been using Miro for some time, and I have not come across anything that I can complain of except that the price is a little too high for small-scale businesses but compared to what's in the market, I feel it's a tool that can benefit everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us plan, organize and manage resources to complete any of our projects within a given time frame and mainly it saves us time and energy. It also helps us connect with our global clients and can be accessed from anywhere. Miro has made collaboration with my team much more accessible. We can all work on the same whiteboard in real time, which has made it much easier for us to share ideas, provide feedback, organize and work toward our targets.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to capture,organize and visualize ideas and concepts with Miro.It's simple to collaborate seamlessly on projects using this tool.Has a drag-and-drop interface making it easy to create and edit boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downfall with Miro as it achieves all it's objectives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's fast to create mind maps to visualize and brainstorm ideas effectively.Enhance ease to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.It's easy to plan and manage project and workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a reliable tool that enables ease to create and join online meeting and workshops with teams.It's easy to capture and brainstorm new ideas with this tool.It's possible to automate complex projects and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't identified any flaws and downside with Miro at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhance better communication and collaboration with team.It's simple to create customer journey with Miro.It facilitate great mind mapping processes.
Intuitive and ready for use collaborative board
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and pricing. Figma has a similar board where you can sketch ideas in different forms, but it is quite expensive per user. There is another platform called Miro, but I liked this one better for the Add-ons and Templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm using the laptops mousepad it's not the easiest way of editing one of the templates o elements from a new board. But to be honest, it is not really that much of a downsize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across teams that are not in the same room. For people who work from different parts of the country or the world is really easy to share actionable and digested information, rather than just a word document or a memo where you cannot transmit the same idea sequence.

Not exhaustive or easy-to-use sketching tools/templates

Being able to work together when most of my team is working remotely

The feature of documents in the same space and the quick access to each of them so you can organize your workflow so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of templates to work with so you can start to work way faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It´s a really great tool for quick collaborative work. As a product designer, I can easily show some ideas to other areas and work together with them.
Invision freehand helps me unlock more creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and easy it is to map out wireframes. As a copywriter, I can test out my copy in wires in seconds, then share them with my team for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't create your own standard templates to be used across projects. (e.g. create wireframe templates and add them to the library)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to creativity, alignment across the team. We can collaborate more easily and get to the best solution faster.
My experience was good, I could share my ideas with my team and clients fluently. Definitely a plus.
What do you like best about the product?
The reaction to emojis is that everyone is well aware of them. So shortening sentences to emojis is fun, easy and helpful within the team. I don't see any emoji reaction in collaborative work tools/software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I have used it for quite some time. I felt good to use invision freehand. A lot of newness and collaborations can be done and expressed. But when it comes to giving feedback, especially a long one in less time. That could have been done through the audio record feature since writing might take longer time than speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Envision freehand works forward for smoothening the workflow between a team and in between teams. Increasing productivity of the teams and pacing up the work speed. It benefitted me since I could work with my design teammates and share the same work simultaneously. It increased productivity, and I could easily share the work with clients and get quick feedback.

Amazing experience and saves a lot of time between communicating ideas with the team
What do you like best about the product?
Complex deepdives are made simple and any tech ideas can be communicated more visiually rather than writing things down in a requirement document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compatibility with Github and codebases would have been a great add-on where we can use this tool to tag and distribute code snippets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the office needs that involve collaboration is made simple and easy. Especially with the integration with Jira. Anither notable feature is taking notes.
