Freehand is comparatively awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of tools that help me with my UX research, testing, and mind-boarding. But the issue with most of them is that they are not full-fledged UX tools. Some platforms only provide mind mapping, and some provide brainstorming. But Invision is full suite as of now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like how you design stuff overall. And yeah, I really hate that if you set it up for a trackpad it's really an issue to switch back to mouse-friendly accessing.
But in general none of these issues are that severe and once you are friendly with it, it works like a charm.

As said in the recommendation selection above, I'll still suggest it to every one of my friends, I have a lot of requirements for such platforms and there's a lot of innovation we are able to see fortunately with these new products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It obviously is helping me with what it's built for, like mind mapping, brainstorming, a little of wireframing, and sometimes for random not UX concepts that I can talk to the team with. Like whiteboard can be used at scale for different requirements during a conference team call

Miro: A soulmate found!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been thoroughly pleased with MIRO's services, particularly in facilitating the workshops I host for external clients. The system is beneficial and well-received by my customers - it puts a great face forward on our organization, motivating more individuals to participate meaningfully in each session. Furthermore, having access to shared links allows participants quick and easy entrance, saving both time and energy when preparing for them. Additionally, since we began incorporating video conference during internal meetings – productivity & accuracy has taken an immense improvement trajectory within my staff!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard for me to decide how to feel about Miro's approach to handling tables. During this feature's vast potential, its reliance on a singular interaction style for essential table functions can make it challenging to introduce new users effectively. Since these features are more beneficial to management than workshop participants, they are satisfactory overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a helpful tool for organizing and structuring conversations, scheduling tasks, generating ideas collaboratively, and forming plans and teams. This same process can be utilized in more extensive workshops to bring together individuals from different backgrounds and sectors.

The Ultimate Collaborative Whiteboard Tool

  • January 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is its infinite canvas feature which allows for an unlimited amount of ideas to be captured and built upon, providing endless possibilities for collaboration and brainstorming. Additionally, Miro offers an array of tools such as sticky notes, emojis, shapes, images and connection lines that helped me express my ideas in a visually engaging and intuitive way, making the collaboration process more dynamic and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that Miro's Mind Map template is quite complex, and it took me some time to get familiar with it. If you're unfamiliar with mind mapping software, fully utilizing this feature in Miro may be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an essential tool for organizing and communicating my thoughts with team members in the same room or remotely. The platform's voting tool ensures that every voice is heard, and the built-in time-keeping feature keeps meetings on track. Additionally, accessing and continuing to build on ideas long after a meeting has ended has been beneficial in my workflow.

Perfect balance between appearance and usability

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is that it combines a minimalist aesthetic with a wide variety of functions. The simplicity of the flowcharts allows me to work on complex projects without the result being overwhelming to the eye.
The dashboards are easy to read, and I can grasp a lot of information quickly, thanks to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app is complicated to use. Its interface is minimal sometimes, and I need help reading the texts well or manipulating the elements easily. The option to present diagrams from the Android app needs to be included.
I want to use this software much better on Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro all the time. I work collaboratively on shared boards with my teammates. There I have a holistic view of the project in progress, observe the progress of my teammates and see the deadlines of the different stages.
I also coordinate joint actions with some collaborators with whom I am working on a specific aspect of the code.
On the other hand, I have my dashboard to organize the tasks assigned to me. This way, I can keep strictorcon.n control of the activities I carry out each day and ensure that I meet the objectives set.

Miro makes web developer's tasks easier

  • January 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is dynamic and intuitive. I like the interface a lot because I can understand the functions and evaluate the dashboards quickly. Its simple design is adequate for manipulating elements and having a clear vision.
Also, I think the templates are so helpful because I have a work environment in a bit of time. I need to customize them, but they are fine for me.
Notes, surveys, notifications and other functions are simple and effective. I think they are in the correct place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Miro has little variety of templates for more complex jobs, so it should offer new options. Furthermore, I like the free version, but I think it covers a few projects. It is a problem for small businesses because the paid license is expensive. I think it is worth it, but it's an evaluation cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have felt it's similar to writing on white paper with Miro. Notes and brainstorming are natural and intuitive; I like the experience.
When I need to design webs, I can paint and take notes while thinking about ideas. My experience with Miro has helped me innovate my projects because I can clearly see my thoughts.
Also, the software helps us design different parts of projects because we can see the activities on the dashboards and give feedback between us.

Facilitating workshops made easy

  • January 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I recently used the meeting feature, which was super helpful when conducting a workshop with stakeholders who don't use the app daily. Simplifying the options available for my participants avoided much confusion, and the timer and voting features made it easier for us to get alignment quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a while to load, but I don't think it's detrimental to my experience. The meeting feature was beneficial, but it took some time to learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely with cross-functional teams. Presenting ideas to stakeholders to brainstorm and find the right solution. Offering some visuals helps in making sure everyone is on the same page.

Miro: Amazing visualization experience!

  • January 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have only begun exploring the options available in their App Store, but what I've tried so far has impressed me! I love Miro for its versatile features and ease of use. It offers a great design canvas that allows me to bring my ideas from concept to completion without worrying about space limitations or having limited access to necessary tools. Technologically-minded users like myself who are used to Markup Languages will appreciate being able to quickly get things done with various shortcut keys at hand - nothing beats streamlining your creative process! Projects become more manageable when you collaborate on Miro's board while presenting. It is also direct due pro skillful command over the presentation view mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer limiting how many boards each user can create. Moreover, it would be helpful if Miro had a demo version with more features to attract an increased range of users. Additionally, having better file conversion options (such as PDF) when downloading frames could prove extremely useful for people using this program regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for a solution to coordinate between departments and track progress in each area easily. Miro's massive whiteboard with separate colored parts provides the perfect visual format, while quick links to Google Docs will make it easier than ever for teams to collaborate on projects.

A game-changer for remote team collaboration

  • January 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro for me is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. As someone who is not very tech-savvy, I could navigate the platform quickly and start collaborating with my team right away. The ability to collaborate on projects and ideas in real-time, regardless of my team member's location, has been a game-changer for my remote team. It helped us work together seamlessly, even when we were not in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced with Miro is that it can be a bit overwhelming initially, with so many features and options to choose from. But once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of remote team collaboration by providing a central platform for teams to share ideas, collaborate on projects, and track progress. As an individual user, it has helped me stay connected with my team and has made it easy for us to work together seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Tools is simple enough for anyone to learn, and therefore easy choice for online facilitation. I use it for data gathering and analysis, workshopping, visualisation and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX prototyping could be more sophisticated (maybe through interacticvity), yet not as thorough & complex as with Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me get my point across as well as help create common understanding between stakeholders from various domains. I used Miro extensively to create target state process.
