What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly, versatile, and flexible Miro is, allowing teams to work together synchronously and asynchronously. It also integrates with other tools, such as Jira and Slack, making it a robust tool for project management and workflow. Its collaboration features and real-time meetings have been game-changers for us working remotely. I highly appreciate the whiteboard feature as it allows us to create visual diagrams and mindmaps to organize ideas and brainstorm new concepts. It also has a wide range of templates and visual elements that can be used visually appealingly. Miro has many templates and icons to help us express ideas visually appealingly. It is also easy to track progress and prioritize tasks using Miro. It is an excellent tool for teams looking to improve their remote collaboration and ideation efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a robust tool. However, it is lacking in some areas: The search functionality has a lot of room for improvement. Also, when dealing with larger screens, there are performance issues, sluggishness, and projects may also lack structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro in different ways. We use it to create visual project plans and roadmaps, allowing teams to collaborate and track their progress. We have even integrated it with Jira for easier workflow management among groups. Miro facilitates us to work on the same document and share ideas remotely through video conferencing, chats and whiteboarding.

One of the most helpful tools for ecommerce companies

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly putting together my thoughts, aligning everything with my colleagues and conducting remote workshops (which often IMHO works even better than onsite workshops).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Miro tools/features sometimes don't work together very well. For instance it's impossible to draw a line between two frames. Another example: adding screenshots manually to a mindmap is possible, but when moving elements of the mindmap, the screenshots will be removed. But what I dislike the most is the lack of structure in the projects. There's no hirarchy, no levels, folders etc. and the search is also not ideal. You can easily get lost when your company has tons of Miro boards, especially when people use different password for the boards etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically Miro replaces a lot of manual tools you would use in the office, to enable you for an (almost) ideal remote working environment. It's a great tool to collanborate between different stakeholders like POs, UX and many more.

Robustly-functional team collaboration platform with visually appealing templates

  • January 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect of this tool is how it enables remote teams to view what teammembers are working on in real-time which facilitates easy collaboration. This tool has lots of plug-ins and integrations with other tools that we use which include zoom, google drive, asana among others which is remarkable. I love the pre-build templates for creating custom boards which you can tailor to suit your organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the drawbacks that I realized with this tool was that the lower pricing subscriptions are not well supported to get the most out of this tool unlike those with enterprise plans. We have also come across various glitches with this tool especially when dealing with large groups for example you may leave a note on a template that you are working on and miss it when you come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented miro in our company about one and a half years ago and it has been remarkable especially for the groups working remotely in different locations. It enables teams to work simultaneously in real time on a cloud based whiteboard which supports collaboration. Collaboration from this tool has enabled our teams to work together more effectively and bring solutions to issues faster.

How Miro Automates Digital Strategies for Increased Efficiency

  • January 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro combines project management, collaboration and design features. The user interface is simple and intuitive, allowing user to trasition between tasks and projects. I also appreciate the wide range of customization options, allowing each workspace to be tailored to a company's individual needs.
Finally, I enjoy the flexibility of the platform, which can be used for online and offline collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Miro doesn't allow for some form of integration with other tools and systems, such as data visualization tools or analytics platforms, which would help streamline the process even further.
And I feel like the user interface could be improved and made even easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a greate tool for digital strategists because it increases efficiency and offers collaborative project management for all kinds of tasks.
I can use it to assign tasks, collaborate remotely with teammates and keep track of progress with real-time updates. It can also be used to brainstorm new ideas and integrate design into a project using a variety of templates and customization options.
Finally, Miro generate useful reports to help streamline the process when I need it.
