MIRO: Reliable, secure & supersonic!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's outstanding services, such as its Academy, blogs, and community. The educational resources are helpful when I need assistance with my projects on the platform; Furthermore, using it independently or in conjunction with Microsoft Teams and Zoom is a great benefit while running virtual workshops. On top of that, all data security concerns have been addressed well, making this one of the most secure platforms out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being an experienced user of Miro, including features such as wireframing, agile, and kanban in the default mode would be beneficial for less experienced users as they are currently tucked away within a submenu which can quickly go unnoticed at first glance (the " additional " double chevron pointing sideways).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We encountered a problem during our company-wide online seminars: the specific tools needed to be more adequate, and the outcomes required to have been more committed. Upon switching to using Miro as a platform for these sessions, involvement in activities increased substantially, along with improved data capture.
Miro has been a great tool for ideation, diagram creation, feedback recopilation and even for fun

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have another kind of function for presentations to build interactive displays inside Miro.
Another functionality that would be very useful is the ability to download notes; sometimes, they have valuable information that could be processed or analyzed outside Miro.

Easy to use, even for newbies. The perfect board to organize Agile ceremonies. Easy link to the Jira Atlassian software with valuable voting functions and large animate meetings. Without forgot the miroverse.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of the number of boards could be higher. An assistant to know the new free board template from the Miroverse could be appreciated. Also the assistant could show the API that we can connect to Miro.

From my agile coach activity, for meetings animation. As ScrumMaster, I can easily change the retrospective board and archive it after. I can preprare All my week meetings by advance.

Dynamically-designed tool for visual collaborative whiteboards and productive brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I like how miro provides an online collaborative environment where your team can thoroughly brainstorm and come up with viable decisions in a short span of time. It takes visualization of data to a whole new level by providing resourceful templates. The online whiteboard allows teams from all places to pull ideas and insights together and this is extremely helpful especially for remote teams who have to be in contact with the on-site teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is not the easiest tools to use and it was too time-consuming during the onboarding process. Miro's free plan is not great since their functionality and tools offered are too limited. Improvements could be added on the customization to make it more flexible. Despite miro supporting plenty of integrations we had challenges with integration into our current systems and tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been of immense help to us via its cloud-based collaborative whiteboards which have been helped both our on-site and remote teams to work together smoothly. It has given us outstanding visuals which have enabled us to have effective and productive brainstorming. We have realized a good return on investment from the use of this tool and we look forward to new features and improvements.
It's very handy and have freedom to do almost anything with collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The different types of shapes and wide range of whiteboards and the power of collaboration with the team members. I also like the presentation facility which can be shared with anyone easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if you introduce the store or widget kind of thing where users can add different small tools to enrich the process of anything and there should be more template examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the whiteboard to brainstorm with my clients and it helps to work with different kinds of ideas and iterations for any problem, it saves time and reduces the complexity.
Invision makes it super easy to brainstorm and create low-fidelity prototype
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Freehand is a product for anyone. You don’t need any skill sets to come into an empty canvas and start brainstorming so it’s often a good tool between ideation, planning, and basic wireframes before entering a mid to high-fidelity design.
My favorite part is the drag and drop component library.
