Miro - The best visual collaborative software available
What do you like best about the product?
I love the available templates that I can use on Miro. I generally use Miro for retrospectives and icebreakers that promote team building. It is intuitive, has many valuable integrations, and constantly adds new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the best features are locked by the pro version, which is understandable, but would be great to have a free trial. Also, dark mode would also be a nice feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Scrum Master I use Miro religiously for our retrospectives. Compared to other applications this has helped my team stay the most engaged, while also getting the most feedback from my teams.
Entushiastic user still finding new ways of collaboration on Miro

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any difficulties or frustrating issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The mosten often I use Miro to agile work in projects
Great starting experience
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the freedom conveying my thoughts with tools that are incredibly easy to use and present visual information about the idea I have or a concept i wanna explain
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading time is pretty bad, everytime I open the micro the wait time in the middle of a meeting is too long for me. and if its a short meeting this loading time adds up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use basially all tools offered by the miro bc its applies to some or all of my work and since people are visual learners its easy to convey ideas or concepts.
Miro a great workshop tool to generate tangible outcomes
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a intuitive system that anyone can get up to speed and use within 5 min. It means that during a workshop you can get tangible outcomes early on. A workshop that previously took half a day, you can get the same result in 60min. Competing tools are somewhat on same level but I prefer the UI of Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that since banking is a regulatory space, we are limited in how we can utilise the tool in terms of integration, not much to do with Miro but a general downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to conduct workshops remotely and get even better results than we would have if we were in person on a whiteboard. It is also great to have all documentation in the same place.
The Miro Board allows teamwork to happen 24/7/365
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a simple white board that allows as much complexity and detail as the users decide to take it. It's easy to use and helps keep all organized for both the simple projects and the complicated ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro takes too long to refresh for larger boards (delay in synching).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us perform 3-year strategic roadmaps for our Customer-facing Departments. Users can log in from their home office around the clock to add to the Miro Boards. Miro is helping fix both the Short-Term Process Improvement or the Long-Term Resource Heavy Technology Lift
An easy canvas and design app
What do you like best about the product?
The application is a pretty easy on collaborative design. This simplifies the number of finals deliverable. The GUI is simple and the assets it supports is extensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cappabilities of personalization is a weak aspect. The color palette is reduced. There aren't canvas' segmentation or clustering of specific zonas that make easier the navigation through long and full canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue about graphic flow routing. With this app we can deliver to many stakeholders a simple and visual versions of the design of our analytics data collection, our main app ui, our proposal to improve the us, etc.
Miro is the all in one Kanban, mind mapping, process designing, customer exploration tool you need
What do you like best about the product?
Think about Trello- Miro has what you need from that platform; same with MindMup, Viso and any other collaboration, exploration and design tool you use. We have used it to design service design blueprints, customer journeys, mind-mapping customer interaction points, and even process maps using Miro. Need to get your team involved? Cool, that's super easy- we hold workshops with creativity sessions, timers and live comments using Miro. We have scrum sessions, standups and every other agile process you need using Miro
What do you dislike about the product?
The table design feature could be more robust- like the ability to paste additional pre-filled rows into an existing table. Pasting details into Miro could be more straightforward. All in all, the transition to Miro, or pulling other formats into miro can be a slight challenge, but once that's done you are good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every aspect of the agile process is facilitated by Miro. Also, as a service designer, UX designer or even process engineer- Miro has you covered. So we are all able to work together collaboratively to get anything and everything done. We've never needed to move to another software platform to get something done
Easy to use and collaborate with others
What do you like best about the product?
The board is endless and I can fill it with as much content as I want. There is a timer and you can set yourself to be followed around the board which makes critiques easier. It is extremely easy to add arrow connections. Overall, it's simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has cool features that are somewhat hidden so I didn't realize they existed for awhile. Because boards can fill up easily it helps to share a link for a frame directly and it can be done, but it's hidden behind a meatball menu. There are stickers, which come in handy, but are hidden behind a plus on the sidebar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to put all the pieces of my project in one place, so nothing gets lost. When you have an evolving project with research and numerous iterations it helps to be able to see all the info in one place and makes it easier for others to understand the full picture.
I also use miro to share out work and do critiques. It is easy to have collaborators follow me on the board while I am presenting. I will generally share my screen while presenting, but it can be hard to see small details so having others in the board helps with this. There are comment and sticky notes available for peers to leave feedback too.

One stop for all whiteboard meetings, design documentation.
What do you like best about the product?
Offer various features that cater to meetings, whiteboard discussions and collaboration, planning, design etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot edit draw files such as draw.io while using them on the miro board for discussions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across global teams.
Perfect way to organise thoughts for someone who goes a million miles an hour every day
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organise multiple projects and tasks in a single workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see some AI integration to help you figure out the right templates for your objectives (there are so many to choose from!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large team, so having a unified collaborative space to put our thoughts down helps keep us organised.
