An easy to start and yet powerful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively easy to get start with, supports different devices and offers different add-ons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some difference in Chrome and Safari, it takes a few seconds to get used to when switching between the two different kinds of browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using digital whiteboard allows less paper/post-it (not good for 3M 😂). By typing on a device it saves time for recognizing the hand writing later (some people use Apple Pencil and Co. but most use keyboard).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would appreciate if there is a personal preference setting, e.g. the most frequently used add-on. Otherwise, it is a perfect tool in the new normal for remote collaboration.
Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
It's such a flexible platform! Versatile and easy to use, loads very quickly too, even if there is a lot of data on a board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really! I honestly have been enjoying this platform more than most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to brainstorm so much more easily; I am a machine learning scientist and have really been able to put my thoughts down quickly.
Great tool for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and extremely reliable tool! Great for organizing your own thoughts and ideas and perfect for collaborating with remote teams. Useful templates and small features (e.g. the timer) make it a great tool that I don't want to miss anymore!
As a product manager, it's essential to organize your input and ideas in a transparent and easily understandable way. With Miro, it becomes super easy to visualize your thinking process and enable others to share their own thoughts and ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not much I can criticize. One might argue about the pricing, but personally, I think the pricing is fair. Moreover, I love that educational organizations can use Miro for free and NGOs receive a discount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Miro in our Product team for various activities such as User Story Mapping, opportunity trees, retrospectives, etc. The great thing about Miro is that everything becomes very visual which prevents misunderstandings. Additionally, it's perfect to collaborate and share ideas with other team members when working remotely.
In the non-digital world, one of the most important parts of running a Design Thinking workshop was having enough post-it notes. Today, the only thing you need is Miro!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for free and upgrade if you need more than 3 boards! Before creating something from scratch, check if Miro already has a template for it. There are many templates that are very useful and can save you a lot of time!
Very useful and easy tool for brainstorming, charts creation and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and many features were available in the free version
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to join a team to create boards is inconvenient as when the group closes.
The boards are lost
The boards are lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped solve the problem of visulaization of processes especially internal ones with an easy application that is easy to use and learn quickly with lots of features and templates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save your boards if you intend to move to another team
Best support solution for process-oriented roles
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate the solution into all my processes. This makes working easier as a single location can house the ideation via mind-mapping, the documentation of the MVP, the process flow for the MVP and updates on where we are with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility around the arrows and the colour scheme. The limited schemes here make it difficult to integrate into other documents especially presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for mindmaps when we are ideating and for process diagrams when deciding what should be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This can be the one tool that can help the product and project team become more productive. This ensures that you have all the information you need about product, projects in one place. I had a different mind mapping tool and then a process tool but with this. I can do everything in a single solution.
The miro is a very friendly platform and well designed. All my ideas works better here.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to organize the bords and the vibrant design of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for the team member could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interaction with my clients.
Great for workshopw with large groups
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited whiteboard space. Stability when working with up to 40 people worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locking of frames is somehow complicated. A prober "absorbe" function does not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The locking and moving of elments does not work easily when you want to move many elements.
Easy to use shared space for design and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a very clean, intuitive and straightforward design. We are able to easily attach external images and use the Miro toolbox to create and evolve our ideas. Aligning the various containers and components we add is easy as they align and lock into place with ease. Copying components and sketches from one board to another is painless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the gird on the canvas and don't know how to re-enable it. It simply disappeared. Searching boards could be easier, the package we are on only allows for search by board name. While we are considering upgrading in any case for some additional features, it feels like the provided search feature at the level we are is pretty useless. It also feels a little resource-intense - having a number of Miro tabs open can grind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System design, interface design. Simple illustrations and mind maps to dump out.
Seamless user experience, easy work conversation and easier collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can import my excel files and some other things like images and video, thus I can have all my needed files on one Miro board. Makes brainstorming easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't export a canva on a board as PDF. When I select a canva for export as PDF, the whole canva on that board is exported instead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am conducting a user research for a project I am working on with my team, so Miro serves as a collaborative platform where my team and I analyse our research and brainstorm
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For easy collaboration and brainstorming, Miro is the platform especially for remote workers
Ultimate shared collaboration planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
it's a giant Pureref board that's online, can handle tons of images, works fast, great for writing down ideas and linking things with lines
its great for my line of work around art and videos. I even got my workplace to buy a bunch of accounts to use for my team

What do you dislike about the product?
it loses a point for not having darkmode built in. Being in this industry too long has made my eyes sensitive to bright screens, and the background for miro is glaring white.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
art is a fickle thing, words can't describe exactly what someone wants when working with a team of artists,
you need to show video, images, gifs, and Miro does all these, and if someone says make it pop, they can create a small collection with a frame called pop
so you actually understand what someone really wants, rather than guessing.
It's also great for shared scratch notes on shots or whatever that people can share with the team
