What do you like best about the product?
It's super intuitive, easy for people to use and makes it feel like everyone is in one big room collaborating.

I loved the product during working from home or when one team members is remote, however I continue to use it everyday as a core part of my role due to it capabilities of alignment, clarity, collaboration and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all great tools, you reach a point and start to duplicate or have too many. Some great management or improved discoverability would be amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive collaboration, there is no saving or syncing.
The ease of UX, no training is required to get the basics
The mobile support
The PDF and image exports
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of versioning, folder organisation, and searching in non-enterprise accounts.
Not possible to create truely beautfiul presentations or daigrams, there I still need to use Keynote or Figma
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote teams can't gather around a whiteboard, but with Miro they can.
Miro allows us to collaborate as if we were in the same room.
Miro allows us to capture diverse types of ideas: technial diagrams, workshop brainwriting, mind maps in one place, not separate tools for separate needs.

My go to tool to visualise, brainstorm, collaborate and more

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is great enabler for me in my day to day, almost completely removes the need of a whiteboard, and deffinately replaces it in virtual hybrid workplace. I joked recently, that if I lose my Miro account I will lose my job, that is how much I rely on it to download or reassemble my thoughts or bring up clarity in a conversation or just facilitate collaboration meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
requires a little extra skill to move things around when you make it busy with different elements, I ofthen end up moving the wrong thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bring up clarity, help visualise ideas, help understand complicated processes, saves me time when I try to create a collaboration with a new team in a complex envinronment

User-Friendly with Some Lag Issues

  • March 22, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro really easy to set up and user-friendly, simplifying the transition from other platforms. The numerous templates and collaboration tools, especially for graphic design, are indispensable for my team’s product development. Miro enhances project tracking and communication efficiently, making it a vital tool for our daily workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's still some delays and lag based on how much information is within each board. Sometimes there's lagging issues. Additionally, I find it problematic that when using the web-based feature, opening a new tab or frame in Miro overrides the previous one, unlike Concept Board. Although the Miro app can open new tabs and windows, I prefer using the web-based version as it seems faster, but I often switch between the app and web versions based on which is performing better. Sometimes, the performance lags on the web, and other times in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for design and product development. It simplifies project tracking, communication, and collaboration, especially in graphic design, while being easy to setup and user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a wonderful digital resource for project planning and integrating a collaborative workspace among colleagues and peers. Each function is pretty seemless to understand, making troubleshooting very intuitive. I especially like how you can create multiple boards and organize them to your liking. Highly recommend for project forecasting and risk assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches with too many users on one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is making it easier to collaborate on projects using a digital interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows team members to interact with files from their team mates on the go, working from home etc. It is very easy to use, easy to interact with. I use it frequently than i use other products like powerpoint etc. The number of features in the free version is mind blowing. Also, the updated tutorials makes it easy for a starter to get around the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not got any dislike for Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me to write better mind maps and construct large workflows of my project. It makes it easy for other users to share their ideas.

Great collaborative tool for everyone (not just designers!)

  • March 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and seamless to create a board and start getting your ideas across. It has also been easy to onboard others in my organisation to use the tool, making collaboration a breeze. I use Miro everyday for my work and appreciate the auto-save functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those using Miro for a number of projects and a large scale of work, it would be great to have more levels of folders to store projects. Currently, you can only group Miro boards in one layer of folders which means it is harder to find the board you're looking for and you'll have to get more creative with naming conventions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a space for me to complete all my work - everything from planning to executing, mapping to presenting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is so eay to use, that I can get creative and map out all of my ideas and keep expanding on my work. I love the templates that you can exlore to see if there is already a great format you can get inspo from to present your ideas. I use Miro everyday at work, so it's clearly a very important resource for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit finnicky sometimes - you have to ensure you very accuraley select the right element you wish to move. I wihs there was an easier way to "selct all elements" you wish to move around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me map out ideas clearer and easier and gte collaborative with teams mates. Takes away teh stress of disocvery and makes it fun
