What do you like best about the product?
Great accessibility, very practical advantage, a great app, with great possibilities, up to date with new technologies, and stands out among many, highly recommended
What do you dislike about the product?
A little complicated, and sometimes hard to get into, but it's a good tool, with a few tweaks it would be better, and would appeal to more people on a larger scale

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since i started using Miro, I've come to realize it's the best tool for team collaboration.
It allows us to hold online meetings and it provides good colour suggestions.
I love how it allows teams to brainstorm ideas remotely.

Teamwork and creativity have no boundaries with Miro.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro has a big online board where teams can think up ideas together. You can put all kinds of things on it, like sticky notes, pictures, and drawings. It's really easy for everyone to jump in and add stuff at the same time, which makes it fun and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro’s app for phones and tablets isn’t as good as the computer version. This makes it harder to work together when you’re not at a desk, which is a bummer if you use your phone a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro significantly cuts down on the clutter and disorganization that comes with brainstorming and planning. Having everything in one place, from sticky notes to images, keeps things structured and makes it easier to track the progress and contributions of team members.
Best way to white boarding.
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a very clear picture in the mind on mind mapping and clear diagramming too.
Presentations on white board are great to engage everyone you intend to and again saves time and resources.

There are no downsides to it the good thing about a tool is putting it into it's main use and it definitely delivers , follow user guidelines and seek support when need from the service providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a whiteboard first it has made presentation and online meetings much better with it's great framework, visual capabilities and mind mapping technique. Product and project planning more when it comes to team work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and store different maps and diagrams of customer journeys. It's a very collaborative platform and I use it often, I dont really know any of its competitors

I cannoot fault Miro, I think the only glitchy thing I have experienced is when trying to share a private board the links do not always work first time around but other than that its great.

It gives us a space between different departments to work together and visualise our customer journeys. With the ability to easily change and shift are mind maps.

I can't experienced any difficulties working with Miro. It's one of the best onboarding tool that allows you to mind map, brainstorm, ama manage projects in one place.

I use Miro daily and i haven't encountered any challenges yet. Some of the challenges we have ever encountered were resolved by the technical support team.
