Miro saved us and our marketing projects during the Covid pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
Great project colaboration, easy to use, intuitive features. It's easy to brainstorm and collect and dsplay a lot of ideas visually.
Whe splitting up in groups, it's easy to have them work in different areas on the board and later share the results.

What do you dislike about the product?
With different accounts and boards, it's sometimes confusing between the different ones. Also, some of the editing could be nicer, or rather integration of certain MS-Formats could make life eaiser. Some new users get lost when the canvas is large and they have not yet figured out zooming in and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting marketing workshops like strategy formulation, market segmentation, brand identity, etc. on Miro. In combination with breakout sessions in Microsoft Teams it's been really great.
Clean and simple
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procedural documents, brainstorming, and client deliverables.
Great Tool for any Role
What do you like best about the product?
Easiness of drawing. In a few time you can create a nice presentation of make a board that is easy to read
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation to 3 boards for free version makes it tricky to work on it, it deleted my oldest board once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All type. It is at its best to create sharing boards
Awesome experience that I further recognised the power of such tool when we started to work remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Great UX with features that are simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs for personal use may be a bit high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team engagement; participation in a remote environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out!
It helped us a lot with User Research and UX as a remote team
What do you like best about the product?
How we can see each other mouse, that combined with all the features that can be integrated like timing and videocall were very useful, for example, once we were on a video call. At the same time, we were sorting some ideas into clusters, and it was pretty helpful to see each other's mouse while we were on a call because we were able to work on areas where nobody was working on.
Another app I loved was the timer, once we were brainstorming ideas on specific problems, and it was beneficial to have a timer inside the board that everyone could see to limit the time we spend on each idea

What do you dislike about the product?
Once by mistake, I was trying to organize various items, and I select them with the mouse and pressed the bottom of group objects, then I needed to do something else, so I closed the tab, and the next day when I opened the project, everything was a mess, the group objects bottom had messed up everything, and sadly I couldn't undo the change
I tried looking at the history of the project just like I when I messed up something on google docs, I just go to the history and see the changes, see who made them and recover those changes if necessary. But when I looked over Miro I didn't found that

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team, we used Miro mainly for UX activities like grouping interview answers, organizing ideas in group sessions, brainstorming, commenting on flow diagrams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend other people to use Miro but to be careful with grouping many items because that may mess up their board
Versatility in the space, to do things together.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to start from a blank slate to work collaboratively with a general perspective that encompasses everything and then propose a particular view on a sector. It is versatile because you can plan super organized and structured work or projects where freedom of expression is expressed 100% creatively. I started using the online app, but for projects that contain many images that slow down the handling of the board, I opted to download the app to the desktop with the executable, and you can notice the difference in some boards. On the other hand, during the class dynamics, the tools that allow you to bring others or everyone to a sector of the board that you want to show to highlight specific content are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the dynamics of the classes, it is necessary to have direct contact, and sometimes the chat is not enough, so I complement with the Zoom app to enhance communication in the classes, considering that I work in a secondary school. I think to complete a creative work, I would need a tool that allows me to draw with a self-correcting stroke within certain established parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started working by trying the free account and then switched to the Education account. I thought the transfer would be more cumbersome and tedious, but Miró contacted me and defined the transfer immediately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend being clear about what we want to communicate or the objective to share. Discover all the available tools through prior testing.
Miro is great!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and the design is gorgeous! With my team, we used Miro to create a nodal map that allowed us to plot cities and potential partners. It worked great for this function and I would reccomend it for that sort of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you unpause Miro all of your rearranging and organization is gone. Moreover, I don't like that is not easy to show reorganization to other people using the same Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Miro solves is the ability to plot points in a space and to allow for networks to be graphed spacially! The benefits is that it is sleek and easy to use!
Great templates!
What do you like best about the product?
I quite like the templates on Miro. There are lots of Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Creative Problem Solving (CPS) graphic organizers and great icons for creating WireFrames.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software flickers when too many are collaborating on a board simultaneously, especially, when also viewing on a web conferencing platform. The orientation on the board can get confusing and defaults to very small, so sometimes, we start playing with the sizing and are actually viewing at 1% but the board is huge, then when adding new boards, they seem impossibly small at 1%. Perhaps another mechanism for zooming in and out but the actual board sizes stay a consistent size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for Wireframes. I use it for what I call CPS Targeting but others might call Force Field Analysis and I think Miro calls Lightning. I use it for Kanban or Scrum boards. I use it for Stick'Em Brainstorming. I use it for CPS Praise First POINt. I use it for Card Sort. One thing I like about Miro from other similar technologies is how professional it looks for those in engineering or business. It is so very easy to use and intuitive. I love collaboration, and I love online collaboration. This makes it easy to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like all technolgy, introduce your team to a quick tutorial on Miro with video, best practices, and then dive into your collaborative work together.
It's flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Freedom that does not interfere with the process of thinking.
Functional upgrading speed is fine.
Functional upgrading speed is fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing is that you can only have two levels of board and you can't categorize the board in your project. At least 3 levels are required.I've already told Miro about this, but it hasn't improved.
As the number of items increases, the operation of the PC becomes heavier.
I'm always confused by the optimal board magnification settings.
I don't know how much magnification I should start drawing to make it easier to handle even if the picture gets bigger.
Text fields can behave strangely when filled with a lot of text.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
・ For personal work to analyze my problems
・ For remote work when analyzing research results with team members
・ Present the STORY to tell
Story presentation needs frequent zoom-in and out during the speech. I usually utilize 'prezi' as my presentation tool; however, it is only for presentation. I can use Miro as an analyzing tool, too.
