Miro has revolutionised how I work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fantastic virtual whiteboarding tool. In addition to this, it has become my go to tool for building presentations, capturing data, building process maps and many other day to day tasks that previosuly would have been spread across many different tools. I use it multiple times a day.
It is packed with features for those of us who often facilitate virtual workshops and meetings, and new users tend to pick it up easily due to its intuitive nature. The Miro team also produce really helpful learning material and its easy to contact them for support with any issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I would like to see improved - mainly how you organise boards and grant acess to certain teams or projects etc. I would also love to see it more closly integrated with the micrsoft suite of tools in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the need for us to travel internationally to hold team offsites and workshops. We can do these just as well virtually using Miro now. It also allows us to update aertefacts and share feedback a-sync, cutting down on the amount of meetings we had to have at less than ideal times across a globally distributed team.
The ultimate hybrid working tool
What do you like best about the product?
- Love the ability to quickly spin up a board for a team or project
- It's incredibly flexible - its my go-to platform for running workshops with teams, but it can also be used for project tracking
- It's fairly user friendly once you know your way around it. Moving elements is simple.
- There are SO many templates available, it's so quick to spin up a new creative workshop using one of the many templates available in the Miroverse

Virtual whiteboard for running sessions and workshops while poeple are located all over the globe. Even when we are in the office together, I find going to Miro is often easier so it's all there online and everyone can contribute.

What do you dislike about the product?
Here's what I think could be improved:Pricing Structure, Performance Issues, Limited Offline Functionality, Overwhelming Interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating with Other Tools: Miro’s ability to integrate with tools we already use, like Slack and Jira, has streamlined our workflow. It's easier to manage tasks and communicate within the team without constantly switching between different applications.

Best collaboration tool for the new hybrid-working norm
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so intuitive to use and even if I am collaborating with colleagues who have never used it before, it is super easy to integrate into BAU. Being able to have guests on boards, control access and rights and having team and project areas is invaluable. It has everything you need in terms of tools from post-it notes to value stream mapping diagram shapes. I utilise the templates every day and love how it allows me to test ideas, and visualise and communicate concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features do hinder productivity and can be frustrating - such as the tables. Some functionality does not appear in the app as it does in browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to map and diagram - not just remotely but also easily and collaboratively.
Miro is an efficient co-working tool for various team setups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can see all the changes live without someone having to publish a version or something. In a meeting no one has to share a screen to present since people can just follow the presentor in their own computer. It works efficiently in both, large workdhops and smaller meetings as just a meeting notes tool. It is easy to get started with it and share/onboard to new users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boards can get pretty massive which obviously makes them less usable. It is easy to add content and for that reason it is also easy to outdate the old content on the board sofrom that perspective it needs someone to be maintaining and being on top of things. The (mac) application gets updates quite often and has to be restarted. If the organisation uses Miro broadly, it is sometimes hard to remember which board had the certain info and the searching from 'all the b oards ever created ' can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have people in multiple countries in my time and we rarely get to sit in one room. Miro helps in bringing people together in meetings and gives an extra layer of depth to the discussions since it provides vidual aids that someone has already prepared. It is also a lot more fun than having a text document or something as meeting notes. In Miro it is also easy to build "stages" for the discussion in seconds like "hey wait a minute, this looks like a bug that has to be solved by another team. I'll create a box where we can land such blockers and we'll tag the needed persons here as well".
Board for every different purpose
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to track pending task, to design and draft solutions in a very flexible way and also to have meeting with the team a very collaboartive way. There´s no tool like this
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has some problems with the copy/paste

What do you like best about the product?
As a user resercher very often in my role I found myself looking for the best way to work together in defriefing findings with my team and stakeholders; Miro has proven to be the best option for this on top of other research tools.
The curve of learning is fast, with a brief explanation you can have everyone creating and moving posts its to collaborate.
When you are creating a workshop, you don't need to start from scratch, as their area know as the Miroverse will give you plenty of templates to work with.
My product team also likes that we can build Oppportunity solution trees and then move the prioritised opportunites to Jira. So Miro allows you to go through ideation, collaboration and then moving it to planning. I use Miro everyday and my peers as well, as proven my 12 Miro tabs opened at this time.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are problems sometimes when managing tables and wanting to build a diagram inside the table, the arrows just go crazy and it can be really frustrating but my dislike it's more about functionality than lack of purpose from the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storytelling effectively, debriefing research with coworkers who are not used repository tools, making sense of the chaos of information in a platform where I can see everything at the same time and move everything easily to find patters.
In short, helps me to communicate effectively and also to allow ideas to spark by collaboration with the team.

A key tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro really changed the way that we work on remote work. We are able to concentrate a lot of information in the same place in an easy way to find and use. We can use different templates to adapt each step in our process. The integration with Microsoft Teams helped a lot in meeting facilitations and we could show the results to a big audience. Miro became a key tool in our team and I'm really glad to use it in a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes manage the licences is not too easy, even for just one meeting I need to create a new user to explore the full potential of Miro which is not so optimal for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can agroupe all information for differents meetings in the same place, easy to access that later. The major point for me with Miro is faciliting a remote PI planning, is much more efficiency our remote version than the in person version that we used to have, thanks to Miro.
An amazing tool for both UX Design and Research!!
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like about Miro. It allows you to stay organized with your research results, it is great for displaying and presenting your results in a clean and tasteful way, the different features that are available are great for collaborating across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more colors offered in the sticky note section. Because I work in research, I work with a lot of data and when I organize my data into different sticky notes, I find myself running out of color options to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a really helpful tool when it comes to organization and analysis of my data, but what I find extremeley helpful is its ability to allow you to collaborate across different teams which is something that is crucial to my job. Another problem that miro is solving is that it is a really creative platform that offers many different design features. I am not a very creative person, but what I find helpful is the pre-made template designs that Miro offers for their boards.
