Have generally found it to be a very useful, easy-to-use, organizational & visualization tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of tools & methods for visualization & organization, real-time collaboration, multi-media compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent updates have greatly negatively impacted ability to work comfortably and efficiently (described below). Large boards with lots of content can become slow and heavy to work in. Have noticed tremendous competition of processor power when running large miro boards & zoom at same time, often causing freezing or other system failure problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, move and select no longer work as before and is adding tremendous friction and frustration to my entire user experience, and copy & paste now breaks mindmaps into individual text objects, forcing significant re-work.

Miro has greatly benefitted my ability to visually problem-solve and communicate with peers across a variety of problem-spaces and disciplines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great, accessible, user-friendly collaborative visualization and organizational tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is fully featured platform. It is a great tool, which has helped me in remote working no matter where I am, I easily get started at any time. Its zoom able canvas and web white board is helping us to create, what exactly I want, and aims at providing an engaging, intuitive and collaborating experience about teamwork on an online whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a user-friendly and efficient platform. It is fully featured I have not faced anything bad while using its services. For me it is a complete platform with professional customer services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before starting the session, I mostly carry out discussion in the inbox about the points needed to highlighted an again I am thankful to Miro’s chatting service. It is integrated with various other platforms, like Slack, JIRA, Dropbox, etc, which is helping us to easy mange our workflow by dragging and dropping the files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro has influenced our organization, I easily discuss about our customers journey by building the road maps that provides us a centralized hub for product strategy and execution, so we will suggest it to you as well. It is suitable for medium to large set ups.

Miro Enterprise experience

  • September 21, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The relationship between the accounts manager and the client. It feels like Miro really cares and wishes us to have the best user experience. The amount of Documentation and online sources have been useful for new time users.

A big plus is being able to do a true-up. True-up where in the end you only pay for the users actually using the service. It is clear Miro cares for the experience and users more than making an extra profit. Overall, It has been a very positive experience.

A big plus also is the fact we can domain verify which in turn stops users from being able to create their own Miro offerings. We would like everyone to be using our enterprise offering rather than their own which may not meet company security standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major as of yet. The only thing is the user removal is a bit of a manual process. We are hopping once we have the SCIM enabled it might ease the admin time we spend on user accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided our teams with a better way to collaborate in a more intuitive and visual way. Followed by then being able to integrate it with a wide range of apps/tools has been a great bonus. We are an organisations that one product doesn't fit for all. We use a mix to achieve what we need. It has been great to see Miro as one now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an easy way to connect and collaborate with teams internal or external client Miro seems to be one of the best platforms for this. It is light weight, easy to use and provides all the needed functionality and tools teams may need.

Next best thing to in-person whiteboard collaboration

  • September 18, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The whole system was designed with collaboration in mind. There's a great selection of templates (both from Miro and from 3rd parties) to get you started on whatever type of meeting or collaboration you're working on. They've streamlined the ability to get things into the workspace. Importing things from actual pictures of a real-world whiteboard and converting them to post it notes is a feature as well as integrations with a host of other services like google images etc. to bring assets into the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing tools were a little clunky. I think they just released an update that allows me to share a board with nothing but a link and a password. Previously you had to invite each member to your team which could be frustrating for one-off meetings. But I think this has been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With COVID and our whole team working remote it's been a godsend to enable us to visualize our brainstorming sessions. I've also used to to facilitate retrospective meetings, design sprints... etc. The beauty of Miro is that it's as versatile as a blank whiteboard. I've been able to regain that collaboration aspect that's been missing since we switched to 100% remote because of the pandemic.

Miro provides a very engaging canvas for sharing ideas together as team real time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to allow you to visually work together as if you are in the same room on a white board.
What do you dislike about the product?
There so many things to discover about Miro. I'm sure I could be doing things more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being allowed to brainstorm as a team where everyone can contribute to the virtual board instead of just a meeting host.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are used to having meetings in person, collaborating on a white board, you have to give this tool a try.

Useful tool to promote collaboration, easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows all the members of the work team partnership to create new concepts via notes which can be viewed via a versatile and efficient screen, which are very useful for working remotely, efficiently, and literally. It centralizes every file I create so that I see what I've done on a look. I will do this easily and accurately, without spending time opening different folders, if I have to present an impromptu declaration of the status of my work. I can still review my projects and work on them whenever needed, whether it is in the browser, Mac app or mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the notes are revised or changed, they are not preserved to continue successfully, i.e., whether or not the operation has been done. Improving this little description will be very helpful. This platform also satisfies all my specifications satisfactorily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my point of view, this is an invaluable tool because it enables you to access and manage tasks anywhere remotely and make communication among team members more effective. Better cooperation, company. I can show my work easily and my work is more structured. I can try more and be more transparent by using flexibility. See more advantages also above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the implementation of this tool because it really improves the organization of my projects and improves communication between all team members.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazing Whiteboard Application

  • September 04, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Limitless space to create whiteboard activities. Integrated video chat and the ability to invite non-team members as guest editors. The best solution for converting my in-person workshop to a virtual one. I have created a voting activity, created breakout room boards, converted Powerpoint slides to frames, and can now launch our virtual workshop later this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the large space comes a bit cumbersome navigation. Can be resolved using a mouse not a trackpad, but adds to the need for user training before hosting a collaborative event
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting a 3-day in-person workshop to a five-session online version. The workshop is high interaction and group activities and needed something that would allow for group interaction, a virtual wall to hang visual tools, and strong facilitator tools. Using Miro ic can present content, lead discussions that include group responses, host voting, chat activities, and host videos. I am very impressed with the flexibility and integration with tools like G Drive and Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software in large quantities, mainly for its basic functionalities that it offers, since they are high definition according to the screen when initializing the whiteboard online in group, I love Miro, since it conveys an ease of use in its entirety, including that it contains a variety of tools that allow the system to be operated in an adequate and simple way, making it a platform based on telecommunications through video, as well as multifunctional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a platform that contains programmed bases to have an objective of interaction between the users of this platform and in different ways of issuance, we can emphasize that it does not have a calendar management integrated into the system, which does not allow to have meeting reminders to execute, considering a necessary update so that greater availability can be obtained to the task options that contain most of the services taken into account in telecommunications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers us its visual collaboration tool for virtual whiteboard presentations, to manage better projects in a very sophisticated and unique way, which at the same time allows to share different files or similar formats either privately or in an endless support of Some broadcast platform, be it images, 3D digital mockups, videos, sticky notes, documents, in unpublished quantities, allowing us a better performance when interacting due to its high video definitions and its design complexity, which we use all of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is totally recommended, for developer companies with virtual purposes, whether they are automation or complex aids, that is, software, even for interface elaborations, agile methodology trainers, product managers and others, in the same way it is ideal for design, graphic and web services, agencies that are dedicated to marketing and advertising and others, as this system contains versatility in its use, since users frequently use it for these virtues.
