Versatile Tool: Collaboration Made Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an intuitive tool that can be used in many different ways. I've used it to help run meetings, conduct brainstorm sessions, present designs, and more (in real-time and on your own time). I haven't used any tools similar to Miro nor have I heard of anything else within the design community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro could be a bit more customizable–not saying it needs to become Figma but there are certain formatting limitations. That said, it's something nice to have the limitation not to overcomplicate things. If your boards have lots of large images and content, it may take a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alignment with business partners, updates to websites, new features to websites, allows for more nimble presentations (less time building out decks that are often unneeded), creating a source of truth for a project, decimating information, etc..
It is best online collaboration software you can also create presentations.
What do you like best about the product?
This is the greatest virtual whiteboard available since it allows you to create templates, frameworks, flow charts, and anything else you can think of. It's really better than a genuine white board with post-its on it in my opinion. I appreciate being able to communicate with individuals both within and outside of the company and work in real time co-creating with everyone on the same page. I enjoy being able to rapidly develop designs or brainstorm concepts and make them visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with unlocked frames might be challenging. Also, occasionally teams might not feel comfortable utilizing the platform, but this can be resolved with a thorough explanation. I'd want to be able to choose a group of post-its and erase the information. I'd also like to be able to put additional text characters inside the text boxes because copying and pasting text can shrink it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's simple to copy and paste your work and then work on the duplicated version to see where you began. I make notes on Miro to keep them visual and synthesized, I select templates to design projects and programs, and I do a variety of other things such as: retros, wireframes, workshops, service design, collaborative exploration of ideas, brainstorming, card sorting, affinity diagrams, and flow charts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program will aid in any group exercise by allowing you to prepare presentations or show research findings. Once you've gotten into it, there's no other tool you'll want to use to develop and execute.

What do you dislike about the product?
We always struggle with the canvas size and post-it sizes, people don't zoom in and use extra large type and XL post-its.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote workshops
Visualizations of all kinds (user journeys, Flows,...)
It's like a war room but online

Excellent collaboration tool, improve productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is simple to understand and use, which is ideal for team members that use it infrequently. It's also quite adaptable; after all, it's a digital whiteboard. I use it for everything product design and management that used to need PowerPoint and Excel. It's simple to use and share with coworkers; adding and modifying photographs is wonderful for brainstorming; and the templates are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd want to add the video function and perhaps obtain a couple additional templates with higher quality visuals and samples of how other businesses are utilizing them to seem professional. Because of the license arrangement, colleagues may be unable to join in a collaborative session at times. Given my company's high compensation structure, more flexibility is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tackle the challenge of having many individuals working on the same concept remotely in real time. The advantages are that we can see who is looking at what element with the pointer, therefore working remotely is really convenient. Miro helps me with the user-centered design process, from research synthesizing, mapping assumptions, and prioritizing through prototype feedback, story mapping, and project tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is currently the greatest collaboration tool available; it is priceless, and we use it for both remote and face-to-face collaboration sessions. I really appreciate Miro for a variety of applications, including remote collaborating, viewing dashboards via the app, and organizing processes and plans, such as collections or campaigns.
Effective and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to collaborate real-time with colleagues and it is so intuitive that colleagues can jump right onto the board and interact without a big learning curve
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike! The free version is a little restrictive, but once you get a paid license then the restrictions are removed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps conversations focused around key ideas on our journey maps and service blueprints. Allowing us to move and change things on the fly and ensure everyone is on the same page. Anyone can add a comment at any time to keep track of their thoughts and ideas around a particular aspect of the design. Many different images, files and artifacts can live in a single place on your Miro Board. The new AI summary functionality is extremely useful for summarising key themes from brainstorming sessions, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go straight to the paid version - hugely valuable in our hybrid working model
Great to get the team together, but user management is really hard
What do you like best about the product?
Creative and fun interface, lots of templates
What do you dislike about the product?
User management, trying to get new team members onto a project, team or whatever its called is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual workshops, capturing ideas, doing demonstrations - the ability NOT to use powerpoint
Miro Is smart because you decide what to do, the app don't choose for you. You have the control.
What do you like best about the product?
Creation of concept maps and calendar for my research, also for the creation of concept schemes
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the format choice phase, often if you try one you have to reopen everything and choose another one, no Memory....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create professional complex concept visualization in a little time. Especially when i have to show my workflow.
Good common workspace soft

Invision UI UX Designer review
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can prototype any number of screens with the detailing that a designer looks for is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks to decide on a few areas for a designer to actually get into the vibe of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prototyping is one thing that every designer would enjoy working on invision. And sharing it with the stakeholders and getting a detailed review with them holds much value.
