Excellent tool for prototyping, brainstorming, and collaborating.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro easily allows me to ideate and share with my teammates in seconds. It is flexible and can be as in-depth or simple as you would like it to be. One of my favorite miro features is infinite zoom. This allows me to have a large workspace to work with in case it is necessary. Another one of my favorite features is how well miro handles collaboration in real time. Working on a miro board with 4 other people allows ideas to flow well and gives an adequate canvas for my team to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when on a bigger board with multiple creators, Miro can experience some lag and input delay. This may be more dependent on your computer hardware than the software. Overall this was not a big problem and did not affect me too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has allowed me to map out complex flows in a way that is easy for my team members to digest. Miro has been the best solution I have found for this problem so far. This tool is so versatile that it can have a large variety of applications.
Miro was able to save my time and help me to interact with our designers in whole new way.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to create flow very fast and with little effort. I guess quickly adding blocks and connected them. Temples and shapes. It's a lot easier compare to Figma that I used to use for this sort of thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great if there was a button transfer ownership; I've spent 10 minutes figuring out where it is. Sometimes there are a few glitching when I invite users to the board with email, and sometimes when using google chrome, miro doesn't open at all, so I had to reopen it with safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our company, we do our ideas with miro. It's amazing how quickly we can create a user journey. While we used to spend hours on whiteboarding, now 10 people simultaneously can work and get fast results.
Collaborative and interactive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have multiple people collaborate in one space - have used it previously in a lot of workshops and team retros, and it's so useful to surface everything so quickly and easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to get used to it - most of the icons and symbols are quite intuitive, but it takes a while to find out everything you can do. When I'm working or my laptop screen only I find it difficult sometimes to drag, drop, enlarge, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it once a week with my team for our retro and a couple of times monthly on cross functional workshops where we are looking to get together and solve some issues
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch some videos about it or ask how other people use it/tips and tricks
completely flexible way to collaborate virtually using a "white board"
What do you like best about the product?
So many templates to get started right away with collaborative brainstorming and other ideation meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's very easy to use and there are a lot of content starters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Miro to collabrate with clients to create journey maps, positioning ideation, personas, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember what you already know about running brainstorms in real life.
A brilliant way to collaborate and Ideate visually simultaneously
What do you like best about the product?
It's collaboration live between team members. There is no saving needed so you can just focus on doing the work. It's also super easy to follow other people's screens as they present which I find really handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a sandbox to develop in it's easy for untrained users to mass post in an unorganised way making the boards visually cluttered. The templates are also a bit basic with no guidance on how to adapt them for your own use case. It would be great to be able to create your own template. Currently we copy paste one in as a hack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miro to rationalise complex flows of processes into a easy to follow format. The main use case tho is documenting work and being able to annotate it in a collaborative forum. It's made real life workshops digital! It's great!
A great tool that totally reinforced my remote work and helped me to keep people engaged.
What do you like best about the product?
I can share a board to collaborate with other members of my team. It's really helpful to organize productive meetings, team buildings.
In-production education ❤️

What do you dislike about the product?
I use a free subscription so I didn't have a chance to use Miro to the maximum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hate unproductive meetings. Such a waste of time! Miro helps me to organize meetings and keep people engaged.
The de-facto standard for visual collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the (currently) winning product to allow teams to collaborate visually, hence:
- It has a short learning curve to use in a workshop.
- It is often pre-installed on the user's desktop.
It is feature-rich, and the MiroVerse is very useful.
It also integrates perfectly with Welo.io, which makes workshops awesome!
What's more - the free version is often enough for what you need.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are tons of things I could ask for, most of which are not a must (except the last one):
- Allow showing a video to everyone
- Choose my own music when activating a timer (maybe even from songs that are in the length I chose)
- Ability to rotate objects
- Change the opacity of images
- Allow anonymous actions (so no one sees I am writing this post-it)
- Having more flexible post-it sizes, and having the default shape be a rectangle.
And the most problematic of all:
- Support a fluid experience in a details-rich board and many users.

Great product - make sketching on a whiteboard with your team a reality when workng remotely
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sketch in-meeting with my team - either sketching as we talk, bbrainstorming, or presenting concepts. I also like being able to work across multiple devices simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
Stylus is a bit sticky in 'web' mode. On my surface, I find the app works much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Carrying out sketches to define concepts, problems, and solutions. Primarily looking at product problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
With Miro it is possible to manage all the work, creating mind maps, whiteboards, to-do lists and keep the entire flow under control for each single job. An indispensable platform for those who work in the field of design or communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is not exactly low and therefore it is not possible to take advantage of all the features with the free version. The interface, for those who do not use it often, is not immediate, even if the tutorials help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it especially in the communication agencies I work with. I take care of creating mind maps or site maps, keeping the to-do list under control and making the most of whiteboards. Or even to create research and moodboards for each individual project.
Great shared experience with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible for quick mockups, easy sharing, and collaboration options (primarily for not-so-technical savvy people). I like that all the comments and feedback could be seen in the same mockup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools for UX mockups are kinda limited, but it is not a "no-deal" for Miro. For other kinds of models, tools are very useful in general. I'm not using other models a lot, but I like the tools Miro has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focus groups and brainstorming over models in Miro is a blast; people are significantly engaged when we are working (remote and in-office). So all the feedback and improvements can be registered as the meeting progress.
