Easy & Flexible tool for virtual whiteboard users in collaborative environment
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the way I could collaborate with my team on ideas and mind-mapping processes with invision freehand virtual whiteboard. I can even start with a prototype to interactively showcase the product overview.
Recently I have discovered that while deployment to developers, they can extract colors, fonts and CSS attributes using inspect feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets slower and hangs on a particular task like drawing freehand on the whiteboard. I would love to have the option to create my template in invision so that work will get faster rather than recreating the same elements and ideas every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I & my team's brainstorming sessions were very long and less productive before invision, but we started using a virtual whiteboard, and we have seen better results while working on it. Also, I can take feedback from clients and stakeholders for ideas and prototypes in real-time. This reduced lots of time to go forth and back from client feedback. I have to change something, and it gets reflected live.

Pricing is actually quite steep when you want to give full organizations a paid membership. Therefore you have to manage a mixture between guests, free and full members, which works but takes time and distracts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro aims to solve boring remote meetings. It helps to have a (guided) whiteboard to encourage people to work and think together, instead of waiting till the powerpoint and excelsheet managers are done
Perfect for teamwork, intuitive, easy to use. Basic in some features but do de work.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use/understand. I love the features and tools to improve the workshop experience. Everyone that doesn't know MIRO quickly learns how to navigate and utilise the essential elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you use MIRO regularly to organise your projects and workshops, the images library, the preset palette colours and the available icons start to feel too basic, and you miss the lack of variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a single source of truth for collaborative projects with controlled access and permissions. Being able to have in the same place all the workshops, idea generation, pdf files, process flows, journey maps, Gantt charts, etc.

I like how customizable kanban boards helps me to map, prioritize backlogs and organise tasks into sprints.

Our teams are able to coordinate on real time.

Having everyone working on the same space in real time with easy to use diagramming tools.

The web UI can be slow for large boards or many collaborators.

Miro helps us work out complex design problems in an interactive way even though most of the team is remote.

I like how it is a great tool for visualising our thoughts and having fun while engaging with our team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a platform that makes it easy for project managers to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
The software is simple to use and has a wide range of features. Also, it is highly customizable so that we can tailor the platform to our specific needs for each project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a cloud-based platform, so users need a reliable internet connection to use it. I wouldn't say I like this because it is a limitation. The advantage is I can use the software on any device.

Easy collaboration with co-workers when brainstorming new ideas for features and UX flows
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to put sticky notes and understand what is happening in User Journey, an excellent tool to dive deep into some features and know what you need to do when developing a new feature. I also like that it is suitable for real-time collaboration when brainstorming ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that every time I log in, there is a notification of something new, and I cannot jump straight into work, but I can live with that. Also, one other thing, when there is a lot of work done in the Miro board, it is hard to find what you are looking for, and I'm missing some adequate tool for grouping all notes (I know there is a frame, but I do not find that suitable for this). I'm missing the Eventstorming template, as I think this is one of the best processes that can be executed in the Miro board.

Collaborative work when brainstorming ideas and tool that help you find out what you need to do when developing something new. It helps us with preventing surprises when we start to develop a new feature.
Invision seems to be a powerful rapid prototyping tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Prototyping concept: that makes users easy to understand and explore more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team collaboration thing that still needs some room to improvise. Please come up with a better options to collaborate and work which makes invision a better place to work.

The Smooth interface I liked the most, it kinda gets into it.
