Flexibility and functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides a fantastic space to work with your team, near or far. I can Miro in a virtual setting, or in person and the experience is great for all. I love that Miro is always improving their products with new features and their customer team is engaged and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging for folks to get into Miro. I think there could be a bigger focus on integration, and tools that make is easy for folks to pick up and get working. I've found some get overwhelmed really easy as it is a powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual maps to outline and demo strategies has been incredibly valuable. Folks can't see what's in your head and PowerPoint just doesn't cut it. Miro makes it easier for me to show folks what I'm thinking so they can weigh in as well.
Using Miro is like having a virtual office
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive work areas are used to work remotely, simulating a virtual office. The work environment is visually appealing, and the interaction is simple.
The roadmaps have just enough functions to be effective without having too much distracting information.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Miro is that the information needs to look better with too large projects. It becomes challenging to manage so much data because the interface needs to show so many elements well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between all team members has dramatically improved since we started using Miro. The dashboards and templates help coordinate projects and for each person to know what activities they have to do. In addition, it is easy to keep track of processes with this software.

A blessing for visual learners
What do you like best about the product?
For those who miss physical whiteboards and post-its this is the solution to easily (and virtually) visualize projects and organize brainstorming, project management and workflow visualization. It's very friendly, intuitive and compatible with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some toolboxes usually overlap important information, and sharing options are not that easy to understand and use, mainly with external (not frequent) users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced physical whiteboards for discovery and brainstorming sessions. It also works as an excellent ice-breaker and teambuilding tool to have everyone active during meetings or learning sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a seamless collaborative user experience and is always available online for anyone we want to connect to our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the right mouse button to move around the board... It is not as intuitive as clicking the board layer and moving it around.

Miro is helping us structuring our ideas and content in our creative and innovative tasks, as well as engaging with clients in business discovery sessions.
Easy to use and inspiring
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for new users to start. It provides a platform similar to a workshop in a room with participants there in person.

Sometimes it takes a while (about 30 sec) to load a board the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During and after Covid many people were working from home when they are unwell. It is hard to make all required participants to come to a workshop physically. Miro resolves this issue.
Complexity? No Problem with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes complex discovery, planning, and process discussions into a simple, collaborative tool, allowing the full team to see and tell the same story. The use cases for Miro are endless whether you are in the Project, Product, or Engineering space, there are templates and activities at your fingertips aimed at collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connecting shapes together is buggy and more difficult than it should be. I also wish there was a better way to connect Miro into powerpoint or another exported solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a collaborative planning session or discovery session is the main reason I use the miro tool. It makes it easy for everyone to visually see the flow of data as well.
Miro has become my favorite place to take notes, collaborate, and create documents
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I find most helpful with Miro is the collaboration. Instead of sharing versions of documents around, or trying to record physical notes in a way for my whole team to see, we all have the most current online version that is easy to work with and create beautiful designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides to using Miro, sometimes others feel intimidated by using it, but usually, that changes quick. I use Miro to create presentations and designs, which works well and creates high-resolution documents, and while it offers more flexibility in design than PowerPoint, I have to be creative to get the designs I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve group collaboration on final presentations. I had been using InDesign before, but couldn't get everyones eyes on my document quickly. The ability to brainstorm, and share notes when conducting research has also been an important part for my team, with some members having fully remote positions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to start using it, the first time and every day, as soon as I open it I feel I'm already getting work done. I love that is collaborative and new features work grat for team or solo work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions configuration is kind of tricky when being part of a large organization. I know that is responsibility of the company but Miro's error and fallback messages could be more clear to help understand the origin of the problem and how to fix it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration. By allowing different people to work on the boards simultaneously with no issues. Documenting projects. Bye providing different tools of diagraming and presenting information that can be also exported as images.
Organized Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is that I'm able to create an online, easily accessible from a computer or phone, blank page where I can connect and create with my team at the same time. It gives us endless possibilities to be creative and to organize everything in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Miro is when the board has too much content, and the platform starts to be very slow to edit and freezes. Making sure Miro works smoothly, even with heavy boards, is the only thing I see as a need right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes my creative, collaborative workflow more efficient. With it, my whole team can add ideas and visuals of the specific part of the project they are responsible for in one single place. Without having to make a lot of meetings or building presentations that are not as fast to be edited, we can make alignments and approvals.
