Excellent multifunctional software

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's interface is so user-friendly that even those who are not familiar with software like Miro can find their way around it. All the tools, such as voting, timers, and templates, make collaboration easy. Miro smart meetings, the latest addition, have helped me organize interactive and fun workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate the different sections of the website. Sometimes it's hard to tell which board is the right one for my post. It would be helpful if each section could be labeled so that we can choose the right one when we right-click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro every day to stay on top of my work. It's easy to use and very effective. I've tried other software but none of them compare to Miro. It's the best tool for collaborating with others and getting work done.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the templates that Miro has pre-built - this saves a lot of time. Plus they look much better than anything I would make!

Very functional and GREAT for collaborating, even with lots of data on a board. Things run smoothly and it's very easy for new team members to pick up on the fly.

Love being able to export boards easily to PDF/ JPEG for storing/ sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it all works smoothly and my team enjoy it also!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to brainstorm, workshop and plan creatively, collaboratively remotely. This was an absolute game-changer during COVID lockdowns and our team continues to use it even though we are back in the office now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend trying!

Great tool for planning projects in general

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is simple to use and has several customization possibilities. Miro's essential tools and template recommendations reduce the horizon, making talks proceed as quickly as, if not quicker than, actual cooperation. I utilize Miro for both professional and personal collaborative endeavors. I make every effort to encourage more people to adopt Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online version works pretty well, but sometimes the app won't load. It also takes quite a while for big boards to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize meetings and seminars for remote design teams using Miro. My customers prefer Miro over the other services. I've likewise discovered that I use Miro more frequently in my everyday job for personal planning and brainstorming, eliminating the need for any other program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is great for making graphs and mind maps that look professional.

Excellent tool for bringing out ideas visually.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the already made templates and the flexibility of sharing Miro work boards outside the organisation too. I use it to draw/duplicate/edit and tweak various wireframes and share them with relevant folks who can then design user journeys, and onboarding flows basis the diagrams, they can also comment in case of doubts. Visualising user journeys and workflows becomes easy with wireframes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Controls while dragging and dropping seem clumsy, also changing the size of sticky notes and the font on them does not come easy. Editing wireframes, inserting arrows and diagramming becomes complex if trying to redo a diagram or wireframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us in drawing mind maps, flows and diagrams. It is also an amazing tool that helps the team stay on top of tasks as they can collaborate on team projects from remote environments. Miro allows us to pretty much organize our boards in any manner we see fit and commenting and comment resolution allows issues to get solved instantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro can be a great help during brainstorming sessions as it helps in collating ideas in a better-organized way and encourages team participation. I think Miro can be a great addition to your team as it gives a definite direction flow for the team to start performing tasks upon.

Pretty satisfied with Miro

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for drawing wireframes and mockups. It also acts as a whiteboard during group calls where team members can contribute from their remote working environments. Miro helps the team ensure that everyone is on the same page and line of thought. The wireframes and mockups help in the better delivery of ideas across cross-functional teams. One Miro board can pretty much accommodate a lot of workflows and wireframes and editing or drag and draw is smooth and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like their default font, I would also want to have some default mockups for better illustration of ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is used for a bunch of things by both Marketing and Customer Engagement teams. It helps us in noting down everything that comes up in anyone's mind during brainstorming sessions in the form of stickynotes and this manner we can organise ideas in one space and start the execution process. This ensures jotting down ideas and tracking their progress systematically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro can be used to customise and organize your workflows and wireframes effortlessly and boosts team collaboration and free flow of ideas. Must try.

Miro board for workflows

  • June 16, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has a clean layout and is very easy to edit or add particular change into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout sometimes feels a bit dated and also the maneuvering is a bit hard than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get our workflows designed and put up as Miro board from there it goes into the development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's highly recommendable for visual representation of your business requirements.

Boards available on all devices

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use and I love the support they provide via blogs, forums, and community. Miro was very easy to use to create virtual workshops. Miro's secure platform is one of the main reasons I use it. Miro is a platform that meets the strict security requirements of enterprise organisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited support for files transferred in various formats, such as word processors and spreadsheets. Miro can only handle documents of different sizes and fonts. This makes it difficult to navigate the site properly. Operating the program without the use of a mouse can be difficult. Some templates can be more complicated than others, but can still be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables us all to work together in a common workspace. When the team is spread out across the globe, it's like we're sitting at the same whiteboard. With facilitation skills, you can solve any problem!

CRN usage

What do you like best about the product?
Best for creative development. The templates are extremely convenient. The fact that multiple people can be in there editing and most of all consistent saving is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The sharing ability is great. I would like to see something similar to Jira swim lanes, and or capacity planning. Maybe a template that is similar to cards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The project we are using is overall in scope. The product managers use it for tasks. The entire team uses it in different capacities. UX/UI for wireframes, product for diagramming

    Design

One of my most important work tools

  • June 08, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its so unlimited in terms of format, and fast to use and introduce other collaborators to. It is the closest I have found to pen and paper, with the opportunity to change things afterwards too. Ever since I found it I have used it in all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the most frustrating things are when there are limitations with shaping things. I often use Miro to structure information and start to process in into visualisations, and it can sometimes be a bit limiting. I would love to have more of the functionality that often makes me have to switch to Illustrator, such as making complex shapes and free drawing with pen with pressure and layers to keep things tidy.
I also find it very frustrating that its not possible to make a better folder structure to organize boards.
Additionally I would like to be able to have multiple windows in the desktop app, as i now have to go back to the browser version in order to do this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to structure large amounts of insights in one place, and allowing collaborators in to work with us, although some are a bit afraid to jump into it. We are all designers so having a place to facilitate workshops digitally with simple tools like postits has been vital to us
