Very happy with Miro to empower me to do proper business analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro makes working together on one board so easy. In addition, it's versatile: I use it for presentations, brainstorming and workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Miro is the inability to summarise information (in my case: business analysis) in a structured manner for people who have not yet been introduced to the topic to read. Today I use Confluence for this purpose. It could be, however, that this is possible with Miro, but I don't know yet how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Miro is solving for me is the ability to workshop with colleagues online. In my work, it's crucial to have all stakeholders onboard to get to a proper problem definition.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and fun to use. Features to uplift the environment in meetings (for example, stickers). Excellent customer service if you need help with anything. Unlimited space in the whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has found adding line arrows a bit frustrating from time to time since it doesn't let you make a 90-degree turn; there is no option to make rounded edges sharper, which I wish they would add at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a fantastic tool to bring co-workers together from their homes. It lets you interact in real-time, making brainstorming more efficient than other platforms. It provides many tools to suit everybody's needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro allows a 'mind-dump' using the bulk sticky note feature. You can get all the things on your mind out - from work to home to projects. This feature allows you to then sort, organize, give details to, break it down and prioritize. I love how this makes my mind clear for then focusing on the highest priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it seems a bit overwhelming to use, and to know how to implement it successfully without loosing time in the transistion. But there are a lot of instructional tutorials to help you, it just takes a little investment of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows a personal integration of mind-mapping, presentations, brainstorming and team organization into the daily workday. It also allows all team members to see where each other is at, which eliminates duplicate work.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a perfect tool for expressing thoughts visually. I've used it for my business to collaborate with my team and present ideas to my clients. It's my go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro works best when collaborating, and there is a price for collaboration. While it is worth it, I would love to have it cheaper as I live in Mexico, so it is pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me convey complex trains of thought to my team so we start on the same page. We brainstorm inside the platform whether we are in the same room or on a call.
Miro is great for anyone that loves design and collaboration! THE one solution for remote work!

The ease of use and integrations with your favorite everyday platforms, like Google Meets. There are many more integrations to help you get the very best out of Miro! Whether it's facilitating a workshop or mapping out your next big project, Miro has the tools to help you succeed! I use it often and daily! The more you do in Miro the more you'll learn how to use the platform. And they have many ways to learn and grow!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people are intimidated by the many features and complexity of Miro. There are many boards to help new users get acquainted with the features and navigation. It takes some encouragement and hand-holding, but once people see how easy it is, they are sold on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several problems that Miro helps me solve, mind-mapping, diagraming, meetings, and workshop facilitation. I use it in a variety of ways. It's my go-to for documentation and project alignment. It's my tool for diagrams, documenting processes, and understanding workflow and complex tasks. Miro is my go-to for designing and connecting the dots on projects and planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is highly intuitive and the sky is the limit for what you can create. I love the concept of the Miroverse - where you can borrow and steal from big industry names. I've gained a lot professionally from Miro, and even though I'm one of the youngest in my organisation, feel extremely confident leading a meeting or workshop with Miro on my side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i find that certain individuals cannot access my board - I anticipate this comes from my organisation's settings for license owners and non-license owners. It would be great if I could share the links in a meeting and be confident all participants can join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us connect more as a hybrid organisation. With so many functions and component parts, silos are almost guaranteed. With a Miro board, we can communicate ideas and collaborate so easily. It's so much more fun than looking at a boring spreadsheet too!

Miro is an exceptional tool for collaboration across the digital landscape. We use our whiteboards daily to create connections between our diverse team members~
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Miro expand into a more-polished presentation mode. Oftentimes our team is presenting to CEOs, and we would value greater presentation opportunities.

Miro solves the need for an internal boardroom, gathering hub, and ideation space. Our team benefits the most from collaboration, and Miro is our tool of choice for creating that space.
A fantastic intuitive whiteboard and collaboration software for today

Easy to use, the free space to type and do a mind dump or plan your backlog. it works for all situations

The project and boards arrangement in an Enterprise subscription tents to get a bit confusing.

Miro is super useful for brainstorming sessions, be them individual or collaborative. I love that it's super responsive and easy to use
