What do you dislike about the product?
- At times the font size can be too small, when zooming in too much one can loose track of the bigger picture
- The icons of other users can get annoying, I am sure there is a way of blurring it out. The setting should be made more prominently available

Miro: My Go-To Tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Miro is that it allows me to very quickly put together wireframes and share them with the team to discuss and gain alignment around a visual
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way to create reusable components within Miro. I often will create a component that I use in various places of my wireframes. If that component is updated, I need to manually go and update everywhere I happened to place that component, which can be tedious and error-prone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of transferring what is in my head into a format that team members can quickly grasp. It is much simpler to quickly generate a Miro board and share it than write up tons of documentation that is difficult to understand and time consuming for me
Easy Collaboration with Miro

Miro makes it simple for team collaboration. It promotes engagement with all participants in the team once a clear objective is defined. It allows each other's inputs to be seen in real-time, which often leads to more insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro sometimes lags in performance, especially when being integrated via MS Teams. Also, connecting lines on flow diagrams are not displayed properly when using the Web UI. They appear thicker and change colour, which sometimes creates confusion.

Miro allows for collaboration in a hybrid working environment. Allows for brainstorming sessions with the engineering team and stakeholders. We can flush out a solution from initial thoughts and ideas towards an implementation pathway.
Remote collaboration it's easier with Miro!

I use Miro mostly to facilitate communication and collaboration between my and other teams. It is an excellent platform because it allows different people across the organization to work simultaneously on the same project. As I work in an agile context, it is very important for me and my team to have access to a tool like Miro. I use it often to create flowcharts and it's very convenient and simple to use for this purpose.

It's not very easy to move around the board when more than 10 people are working on it at the same time

It helps me coordinate cross-collaboration with internal and external users on different projects
Love it, not much it can't do
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part of using Miro is that it's fun to use. But the templates are also really great and help to get going quickly. Plus even a blank board is simple enough to use and make into whatever you want
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. It's not the easiest to use if you don't have a trackpad so maybe that could be improved but this doesn't affect me personally so I wouldn't class it as a dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get thoughts about complicated projects out of my head and onto an easily understandable board which I can either share or use as my own personal mind palace
