An amazing platform to work, think, and play!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration features available in Miro. The ability to create boards and give access to others is what sets Miro apart from others. No other platform I have used combines an intuitive virtual whiteboard/mindmapping interface with live collaboration features as seamlessly as Miro. Work asynchronously and simultaneously with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost would probably be the main issue with Miro. While they do have a free tier it can be limiting. I hope with scale, prices can come down. Third-party plugins also can give you some trouble sometimes. While this is not Miro's fault entirely, I think better developer documentation and support would help eliminate these rare incoinviences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who works entirely virtually, Miro solves many of the collaboration constraints of not having a physical office space and not being able to interact with coworkers in person. With Miro, my organization is able to brainstorm, project-manage, share ideas, and celebrate in a virtual space the same as if we were sharing a board room together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate your need and users to determine what tier you would likely need. Use the free tier as much as possible to help get users comfortable with the features and interface. Check out the many templates to help you get started. You should also see what plugins are available and which correspond with other software you currently use and how you can integrate the two. Don't for get to use the features that make it fun like the emojis.
Innovation at Miro keeps the product relevant, and leaves the users amazed
What do you like best about the product?
How it is adaptive to how users might want to use it on tablets with styluses; I was pretty amazed. It is now handy when I am working remotely, and we are trying to collaborate and have some quick brainstorming sessions. Having the ability to capture "writings" opens up the collaborative-ness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The share functionality. It needs to be more streamlined, or rather, more intuitive to use. Having two different options to capture a particular "link" has confused various users around me, and the wrong link sometimes gets distributed around. Which I think can be avoided by streamlining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process and flow visualisations. The abundance of shapes, colours, arrow types, and also the ability to write text on arrows have made it easier to create flows and processes on Miro as comprehensively as possible. Just passing a board with this flow has made communication across teams so much easier and saved time and effort in verbally explaining them in calls.
The comments feature has helped in collaboration and gathering feedback, and consolidating them on the board directly (rather than having them on various messaging platforms).
Also the follow feature - following another person who is online. So much easier to be on the same page (literally :D)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like to explain better, collaborate better by "writing" than typing; miro + a tablet with a stylus has been a boon for me in terms of productivity and visualizing my thoughts.
Boost your meeting experience and workshop results
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive whiteboarding. But best feature is the large amount of available templates for every kind of purpose!
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing and user model i quite complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Document meeting results and workshop on nearly every topic in the new remote working environment.
- Quickly sharing information with colleagues and customers.

Test it and use some of the templates!
Great Tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The endless expandability is very useful. Also, the ability to see/use both standard Miro templates and also online community templates helps in the creative/collaborative process. It is also very powerful for collaboration with colleagues in other locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. The only frustration I have seen (and it is minor) is that at times the mouse gets stuck in "grab" mode after I release it, and so I accidentally move an object when I didn't intend. This is easily rectified with the undo button, so has really only been a slight inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The projects I am working on involve process optimization across a large multi-disciplinary team. The flexibility of Miro to both provide information and to give expandible space allows me to direct different team members to areas of the board pertinent to them. They can work without being distracted by aspects of the project that are not pertinent to them, but I can still very easily maintain the overall "big picture."
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of the online guides. They can be helpful in learning nuances of using Miro in more powerful ways.
Makes Collaboration and documentation easy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes team collaboration easy, and business relevant templates in particular, save a lot of time and even lend a helping hand in case of mental blocks. Integration with other apps and adding plugins is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are tutorials to help with each step, the User interface is complex and it is tough to navigate across functionalities. Getting acquainted with Miro itself is a big task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use miro extensively for our Brain Storming sessions and create mind maps so that ideas don't get lost in transition. Miro is the perfect whiteboard app and does so much more than just a whiteboard. We also use Miro for keeping track of all experiments in one place and crafting user journeys for Resurrection/retargeting purposes, one more frequent use case is voting for crucial product decisions.
Miro changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
Helped enormously with the facilitation or remote workshops in particular but also managing a remote workforce in general.
We have used it for presentations and there are a great range of easy to use templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
The licence cost can add up the more it is used.
Easier access to tutorials or tool tips would be good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote working is the key problem Miro has solved for us.
Having all our Miro boards in one place is also very useful.
Collaboration with clients and internally has improved.

Miro is ideal for easy remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is the ease of use, great experience, and flexibility when it comes to remote work. From ideation to process maps and everything in between, Miro is my tool of choice to help visualize ideas and create a shared understanding amongst my collegaues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one feature I wish Miro had, was image editing capabilities. I like to add images and screens to Miro, but there are no tools to manipulate those images easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote workshops and collaboration; Miro makes this easy and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an easy-to-use tool to create, collaborate and centralize communications within your org, then I would give Miro a shot.
Great program for visual learners!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual learner and I work with alot of engineers who are also visual learners. The interface is super intuitive, so I can start a mind map and screenshare in real-time and people seem to be more engaged during the meeting. It's been a great tool to articulate complex processes
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alot of capabilities and charts on Miro but I don't know what they all do. I know they have little blurbs about the different charts, but maybe a short 3-5 minute video of each charts' use case would be better. Some templates are a little too rigid and don't allow me to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data organization within a team- so folder structure and process flows mostly. It's nice to use in an informal setting when explaining complex tasks to new employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are alot of different programs to use, but Miro seems to be the most robust, powerful, and intuitive to use. It does not take alot of time to get proficient with this program.
Great collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has allowed us to recapture some of the old "whiteboarding" magic. It's not the same as meeting in person, but the next best thing. It will allow us to move forward as a hybrid "in-office/at home" workplace, which is great. Best features are the ability to frame discussions and to draw collaboratively
What do you dislike about the product?
File organisation is an area that could be improved when used across the enterprise. It is not always easy to find boards that you have used, or been invited to some time ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us to solve the problem of how to balance working from multiple locations (homes and office) and remain productive. To help us collaborate and develop new ideas and innovate. Simply, without Miro we would not be able to drive transformations or design new initiatives across the enterprise in the same way.
A big online Whiteboard for all you and your teammates needs.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a handy tool while working with remote teammates and in the situation of working from home. It's a whiteboard with 'n' number of tools for making life easy. It has many pre-built template libraries to start your work with a single click. It's an all-in-one board with whatever stuff you are working on. Miro helps my teammates and me work and plan together on a single multi-shared whiteboard. It has many features and a robust toolbox.
Along with that, it has a library of multiple templates, which is used on the go for various project requirements. It has the feature of a timer which bound the user to follow the time & finish the reviews/action items within the timeframe. one can add cool music while performing the tasks; it's enjoyable & energetic. I like the notes menu where options like meeting notes, To-Do lists, meeting agendas are available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a dependency on the browser environment, so I mostly face issues with loading the board. It's a vast whiteboard, so sometimes, it isn't easy to locate the object or data stored on the board in the past. The toolbox for drawing the thing has enormous scope for improvement. I believe that Miro can add more drawing tools and emojis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Miro for sprint planning and story tracking. For spring review and retrospectives, this is cool to give feedback with multiple emojis. Sometimes we use it for performing fun activities virtually. It is the best tool in the Work from Home situation. Timer helps me a lot to finish my meeting in time & dedicate an ample amount of time to cover each topic. The meeting notes section can be tracked & updated.
